B&B’s Don Diamont On Bill’s Shocking Relationship with Sheila: “He Can Just Be Who He Is. He Can Be His Worst Self”

Photo: Gilles Toucas/CBS

Viewers of The Bold and the Beautiful have been scratching their heads and trying to comprehend the end of the year story that once again saves the hide of villainess Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).  In a stunning reveal, it appears at some point Sheila has been cozying up to Bill during his recent turn to the dark side.

Now the two have formed an alliance where they are threatening to blow the whistle on Taylor (Krista Allen) shooting Bill several years ago in exchange for Sheila’s freedom which includes Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Finn (Tanner Novlan) not pressing charges against her.

In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest on newsstands now, Don Diamont opens up about the story twist.

When discussing how he came to terms with the character turn and his new found relationship with Sheila, Diamont shared: “It makes sense when you consider where Bill is at in his life right now. Bill doesn’t feel he is deserving of anything good. With the Sheila situation, she feeds his worst instincts and he does not have to fight against them.  When it comes to Sheila he has absolute acceptance.  She is not his conscience.  There is no emotional complexity there. He can just be who he is.  He can be his worst self.”

As to how dastardly Sheila and Dollar Bill may be together as a united front is yet to be seen, but clearly the story shifts springs some new life into soap vet, Diamont’s B&B character.

So, what do you think about the thoughts Don shared on the Bill and Sheila alliance? Are you down for their reign of terror in 2023? Comment below.

Maybe it’s not Bill at all, rather Deacon in a mask. Crazy stuff. Difficult to accept and deal with. Too much bad behavior to ever forgive or to redeem. I feel worst for Finn. Run for your life, sexy, run!

Is it really Bill? Also even if Steffy and Finn don’t press charges, there are a lot of other potential charges against Sheila. The DA could still charge her with the attempted murders regardless. Once again the horrible writers act like we are idiots.

The way it ended it look like Bill pulled a scam on Sheila, and really turned her in. Some of it may also have been for Dr. Li (hope I got the name right) whose life he saved after Sheila caused her car to crash into the river.

I have no idea what is going on. I feel like Rolf from Days is controlling his mind.

How did Bill and Sheila hook up when she was living with Deacon?

Michael B. Jordan Recalls His Acting Start as All My Children’s Reggie in SNL Opening Monologue

Last night, Michael B. Jordan hosted Saturday Night Live.  The Creed star, who is the director of the upcoming Creed III due out in March, took to the stage to deliver his opening monologue, and right off the top he mentioned his beginnings as All My Children’s Reggie.

Jordan portrayed Reggie from 2003-2006 on the ABC soap opera (his character was eventually adopted by Jack Montgomery).

When Michael hit the stage, he shared: “Yesterday, I had a crazy full-circle moment. We pre-shot some videos for the show and when I got to the studio I realized it was the exact same place where I shot one of my first acting roles on the soap opera All My Children.

He then tossed to a clip of his 16-year-old self in which Reggie says, “sometimes the animal in me gets kind of crazy” and then howls life a wolf at the end of the scene. Back to the SNL stage, Jordan said mockingly, “I’m pretty sure I hit puberty mid-howl.”

Jordan ended his monologue by looping it back to his early acting days on AMC, sharing: “I just want to say, I’m so grateful to be standing on this stage. Sometimes, I can take myself a little too seriously but tonight, I’m going to have fun, I’m just going to go for it. And maybe, just maybe let the inner animal get a little crazy.”
