B&B’s Tanner Novlan on Steffy & Finn’s Reunion Scenes: “It’s Very Cool and I Think ‘Sinn’ Fans Are Going to be Over the Moon with the Payoff”

Photo: JPI

If you caught last Friday’s cliffhanger on The Bold and the Beautiful, a very much alive Finn (Tanner Novlan) is searching for his wife, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) all over Monte Carlo, Monaco.

In the final moments and in slow-motion, Finn believes he sees Steffy.  However, smart soap opera viewers know this could be a red-herring, because we only saw the back of “Steffy”.

Whether this is Steffy or not, or just another twist to keep the reunion on ice for a bit, both Tanner Novlan and Jacqueline MacInnes Wood are telling their fans to hold on, because the moment is almost here.

B&B viewers already witnessed a very touching performance by Novlan when Finn is reunited with his son, Hayes, and Steffy’s daughter, Kelly, as well as Taylor (Krista Allen) and Ridge (Thorsten Ridge), who are all in Monte Carlo.

One thing we know is that The Bold and the Beautiful always delivers against beautiful backdrops; especially when bringing star-crossed lovers together after they have been separated for one reason or another, and this looks to be following that trajectory and on this week’s upcoming airshows.

In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest on newsstands now, Novlan and Wood spoke on the reunion scenes that ‘Sinn’ fans can be on the lookout for.

MacInnes Wood teased: “I don’t want to give it all away because I think this location shoot makes it that much more more magical to watch, but I will say there are some jump-starts, and a few twists, but when it does happen, it is unexpected, romantic, joyful, and even worthy of tears.”

Novlan added: “It’s very cool and I think ‘Sinn’ fans are going to be over the moon with the payoff, and to be there in Monte Carlo with Jacqueline was really cool. To be a part of the couples in B&B’s history, who have had such a romantic reunion was really an honor to play.

Below, watch the final moments from last Friday’s episode of B&B featuring Tanner Novlan.

Then let us know, what did you think of Finn’s reunion scenes with the kids? Are you looking forward to Steffy and Finn seeing each other for the first time, since Steffy believed her husband was dead? Comment below.

Enjoying the remote shoot and the Finn, kids and Steffy reunion. Great to add the church and bells to the storyline as miracles happen everyday and maybe the guest character is just an angel with the good news. Never know with Brad Bell. Smart move to include Dollar Bill! Ratings should be very high this week. My mom watched the reunions and the show for the 1st time and she even cried. Congrats B&B for the emotional rollercoaster! More to come!

These scenes between Steffy,Mommy and Daddy are sickening. If I hear Steffy say one more time how she’s come to realize how short life is and Mom and Dad have to reunite I don’t know what I’ll do. Old Ridge just hangs out while Steffy and Mommy Dearest bad mouth hus wife is disgusting. I can’t stand BROOKE either. I don’t know why I watch this show, just habit I guess.

Violet…I guess Steffy will never learn to keep her big mouth shut. The last time it almost got her and Finn killed.

AEW Dynamite

AEW DYNAMITE Third Anniversary Show Preview

Hard to believe, it’s already been three years since AEW Dynamite (TBS at 8pm ET) made its premiere on the TV landscape, and tonight AEW CEO and President, Tony Khan has a major show planned to celebrate and to further along some of the developing, and red-hot storylines. Khan has also promised that the show will go over 15 minutes, so look for a two-hour and 15-minute action packed night.

Emanating live from Washington D.C.’s Entertainment & Sports Arena, all eyes are on what could go down in the tag team match-up where Daniel Garcia will team with his idol, Bryan Danielson, to go up against ROH champ, Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara.

As AEW fans know, Garcia has been a member of the Jericho Appreciation Society, but as of last week, and after weeks of a building separation, it looks like Garcia may be the next member in Danielson’s Blackpool Combat Club, or will he? Is a swerve coming? And if so on who? Danielson? We’re feeling that Garcia could be playing Bryan and is actually still with the JAS.  However, this match  also sets-up next week’s showdown between Danielson and Jericho for the ROH championship.

To kick-off the anniversary show, look for MJF to take on Wheeler Yuta. AEW’s bonafide star in MJF, took to Twitter to share: “I was the first match at ALL IN. I was in the first ever Dynamite. I’ll be in the first match for the 3 Year anniversary of Wednesday night Dynamite on @TBSNetwork against Wheelsy. I am @AEW …..as long as @TonyKhan keeps paying up #2024.”

AEW Tag Champs, The Acclaimed will be on hand to celebrate National Scissoring Day, but who will ruin their party? Smart bet is on Swerve Strickland, but could someone, or someones, interfere to start a new feud?

Hangman Adam Page has a singles match against Rush, but something tells us that AEW champ Jon Moxley will somehow be involved given that Page will go against Moxley for the title on October 18th.  In addition, Wardlow defends his TNT Title against Brian Cage, and more.

In addition, Andrade El Idolo’s is in social media news this week after his verbal altercation on the platform with Sammy Guevara. This comes on top of his ‘career is on the line’ match for Friday’s AEW Rampage, when he goes up against Dark Order’s 10 to claim his mask if he wins. Will Guevara figure into the ending of the match? Stay tuned.

So, which match are you looking forward to on AEW Dynamite’s third anniversary edition tonight? Comment below.

TONIGHT: ‘Dynasty’ Concludes With Its Series Finale

After five seasons, CW’s reboot of ABC’s 80’s primetime soap, Dynasty, will airs its final episode tonight on Friday, September 16th (9pm ET/8pm CT).

Before its goes off the air, in story, look for: a new majordomo beginning to work at the manor who piques the interest of the Carringtons, while Blake (Grant Show) and Cristal (Daniella Alonso) disagree on how to handle recent events at PPA, causing more strain between the two. The unlikely duo of Blake and Alexis (Elaine Hendrix) go on a search and rescue mission.

Elsewhere, Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) and Liam (Adam Huber) run through a practice labor and delivery. Jeff (Sam Adegoke) is put in a precarious position, one that could potentially change his future radically. Fallon is challenged by the FSN board and Dominique (Michael Michele) offers to help. Sam (Rafael de la Fuente) does not accept Culhane’s (Robert C. Riley) business choices and tries to sabotage Culhane’s plan. Amanda (Eliza Bennett) is presented an amazing opportunity which leaves Kirby (Maddison Brown) questioning the future, while Adam (Sam Underwood) can’t seem to scheme his way out of his new mess.

For those who did not catch the 5th and final season, you are in luck!. The entire season will be available and streaming worldwide on Hulu, beginning on September 24th.

Lead by the incredible performances of Elizabeth Gillies as Fallon, the series just never caught on, or properly promoted by the CW.  However, viewers who did partake in watching the episodes, and stayed with it for five seasons, knew that this was actually a diamond-in-the-rough series or shall we say, a soap on steroids which brought the drama and poked great fun at itself all at the same time.

So, will you be checking out the ‘Dynasty’ series finale tonight? Sad to see it go? Share your thoughts via the comment section below.
