The three day fan fest featured your favorite Salemites attending various charity events. Saturday morning, former DAYS star, and star of the new web series, The Bay, Martha Madison opened the doors to her restaurant, Henry’s Hat which served as the fantastic back-drop for the star-studded Breakfast with Samantha’s Friend’s Benefit. Alison Sweeney, Crystal Chappell, Charles Shaughnessy, Judi Evans, Lauren Koslow and very special guest, Deidre Hall, were just some of the actors who warmed the hearts of the crowd.
Friday night featured the Friday Night Dance Party for Love Charitable Events, which had some of the younger set of Salem cranking up the heat. Casey Deidrick, Molly Burnett, Shelley Hennig, Mark Hapka, and James Scott, were dancing the night away with fans for a good cause. Another fantastic day event was Saturday’s, Afternoon In Salem For Love Charitable Events To Benefit The Cancer Research Institute. Soapers got to see Ejami together…Alison Sweeney and James Scott, plus Arianne Zuker, Eric Martsolf and Lindsay Hartley were also on hand working the crowd into a DAYS frenzy as was Marky Mark Hapka!

On hand were: Galen Gering, Alison Sweeney, Eric Martsolf, Justin and Lindsay Hartley, Nadia Bjorlin and Shawn Christian, and Shelley Hennig to name just a few. ‘Heated Rivalry’ Star Franco LoPresti Opens Up About ‘Days of our Lives’ Debut as Dante Vitali

Next week on Monday, September 14 will mark the first appearance in Salem of Franco LoPresti in his new Days of our Lives role of Dante Vitali.
Heated Rivalry fans now LoPresti very well from his part as hockey player Cliff Marleau in the series first season. (No word yet if Cliff appears in season 2).
Now in a conversation with TV Insider, DAYS fans will learn that LoPresti is on the soap for a limited run. No timetable was given.

Photo: Corday Productions, Inc
When LoPresti does burst onto the scene come Monday, Dante makes quite the impact as Franco LoPresti explains. It seems that viewers will first see him in scenes in Monte Carlo at a poker table with none other than Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier). However, Dante will come to Salem to talk to the Brady family about his supposed fiancée Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney).
Franco shared, “Dante was born and grew up in Italy and educated at this pretty top-tier English boarding school. He then went on to build his own dynasty in finance, all the while trying to distance himself from the Vitali name (as viewers know Tamara Braun played his cousin Ava Vitali).”
“But at the core of Dante, there’s definitely an old-school quality to him”, continued LoPresti. “He’s super passionate, he’s sincere and incredibly generous, but he’s also someone that you probably shouldn’t underestimate. Loyalty is something that means a lot to him. As Dante enters Salem, I think the audience will get to slowly peel back those layers and discover what’s really driving him. So, I’m excited for Days fans to go on that ride with Dante.”

As it turns out, LoPresti taped his episodes of DAYS starting back in November 2025 which happened to be weeks before Heated Rivalry became a smash hit.
Franco recalled, “It’s so funny because I thought my episodes would air in a month (on Days of our Lives). But I found out it was nine to 10 months and I was like, ‘I gotta wait that long?!’ So, I’ve been biting my nails, trying not to think about it, and I think it’s actually kind of helped because now it’s here and it’s all coming at me from all different angles. I’m nervous. I’m excited, and I just can’t wait to see it all come together. It’s one of the best jobs I’ve ever had for sure.”
In his personal life, Franco just had his first child with wife, actress Emily Alatalo, just a weeks ago on August 23rd when they welcomed their daughter, Stella into the world.
So, looking forward to seeing Franco LoPresti’s debut come Monday? What do you think about the fact that it’s being reported as a limited run? Do you think Dante and Sami have a chance on-screen or off-screen to be a happy couple? What do you really think brings Dante to Salem sans Sami? ‘Days of our Lives’ Reveals ‘Class of Season 62’

In a metaphor for the start of the school year and their upcoming anniversary in November, Days of our Lives revealed its “Class of Season 62,” with a very clever yearbook montage on their social media handles, welcoming new cast members, while paying respect to the veterans and “class”-iying the other characters in Salem.
The official Days of our Lives Instagram account shared on the posting, “The Class of Salem Season 62 has arrived. Familiar faces, new names and plenty of personality. Flip through our yearbook for a peek at this year’s class.”
Let’s take a look at how they broke it all down: The Salem Yearbook starts with saying “another unforgettable season,” with some group pics, and then we dovetail into Salem’s new class which features: Sydney Malakeh (Sydney DiMera), Brandon Butler (Mason Whitfield), Angelica Nero (Victoria Kiriakis), Cole Gersmeyer (Thomas DiMera) and Lorelei Olivia Mote (Rachel Black).

Next up, are the likes of: Cherie Jimenez (Gabi Hernandez), John-Paul Lavoisier (Philip Kiriakis), Tyler Joseph Andrews (Theo Carver) and LeeAnn Hopkins (Joy Wesley). Then, in the “Drama Club” section are: Dan Feuerriegel (EJ DiMera) and AnnaLynne Cipriani (Cat Greene).
Following the ‘Recess” section with some group snaps, comes “Homeroom Highlights” with: Abigail Klein (Stephanie Johnson), Eric Martsolf (Brady Black), Rob Scott Wilson (Alex Kiriakis), Lamon Archey (Eli Grant) and Sal Stowers (Lani Price Grant).
The “Salem Spectator” section features: Conner Floyd (Chad DiMera), Greg Rikaart (Leo Stark), Stowers again, and Ashely Puzemis (Holly Jonas). In the “Afternoon Sweets” section look for: Paul Telfer (Xander Kiriakis) and Linsey Godfey (Sarah Horton), Emily O’ Brien (Gwen Rizchech), Stacy Haiduk (Kristen DiMera/Susan Banks), Brandon Beemer (Shawn Brady), plus Jackée Harry (Paulina Price).
Towards the end of the yearbook, veteran performers such as: Mary Beth Evans (Kayla Johnson), Stephen Nichols (Steve Johnson), Lauren Koslow (Kate Roberts) and Josh Taylor (Roman Brady) are featured, plus Deidre Hall (Marlena Evans), James Reynolds (Abe Carver) and Matthew Ashford (Jack Deveraux), Susan Seaforth Hayes (Julie Williams) and Suzanne Rogers (Maggie Kiraikis) with her on-screen daughter, Linsey Godfrey.
The Salem Yearbook comes to a conclusion noting “Big things happening in Salem” and to tune-in on Peacock, where we also find Jacob Martinez (Javi Hernandez), Maggie Carney (Rita Lesley), and a host of other favorites previewing what’s to come this fall.
So, what do you think of the Days of our Lives Class of Season 62? Looking forward to seeing what happens in Salem? Did you like the yearbook concept for promotional tune-in? Let us know via the comment section below.

‘Days of our Lives’ Head Writers Give Fall 2026 Preview: Marlena and Stefano’s Chess Mystery, The Arrivals of Dante and Sydney, Romance Drama for Sarah and Others

As summer comes to a close with Labor Day weekend, the former Days of our Lives co-head writing duo of Paula Cwikly and Jeanne Marie Ford have given their annual fall season preview in episodes taped some 10-11 months ago.
As previously reported this past July, Ryan Quan returned to Days of our Lives and is now co-head writing the show with Ford, while Cwikly is now a consultant. The new co-head writing teams stories will not be seen till late spring/early summer 2027.
So for now, the stories pick up from where we left off with Cwikly and Ford promising via TV Insider, “Fall in Salem is full of twists and turns and secrets and surprises. Dots connect in unexpected ways as seemingly unrelated threads converge.”

CHECKMATE?
In one of the top mystery’s, Marlena is still having troubling memories and she will have another one on the Monday, September 7 episode. Meanwhile, her daughter Belle (Martha Madison) has gotten very close to Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) and as pictured here, the two smooch while in Italy searching for answers to the chess set that Stefano DiMera gifted th the late John Black and Marlena (Deidre Hall) that has some significance.
The head scribes share, “The (chess board) mystery and its fallout are central to the fall stories. Chad and Belle follow the clues to a discovery that changes both of their families, and Salem, forever. Marlena worries that their investigation/the chess set may be a Pandora’s box that has been opened. And she is right…”
Newcomers are also the order of the day for Cwikly and Ford, this fall. We have already seen the debut as Brandon Butler as Mason Whitfield, and next week you can add as previously reported Sydney Malakeh on the Thursday September 1o episode as Sydney DiMera, followed by the the Monday, September 14 arrival of Franco LoPresti as Dante Vitali.

Photo: Corday Productions
Paula and Jeanne Marie expressed on the incoming Dante, “The arrival of a stranger who will set the whole town on its ear. The character has several strong ties to the current canvas and impacts many storylines.” What will Dante be up to? We know Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) had mentioned in 2025 she got engaged to the man, but that was off-screen.
LOVE THE ONE YOU’RE WITH OR THE ONE YOU WANT?
In the romance department, the triangle between Brady/Sarah/Xander heats up with a very conflicted Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). The head writers reveal, “When Sarah faces attacks personally and professionally, Xander (Paul Telfer) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) work together to help and protect her. Sarah’s new love for Brady is challenged by her lingering love for Xander. Xander risks everything for Sarah.”
In addition look for, “Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoiser) to draw closer as he tries to save the family company and home.”
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) will also be returning at some point this fall and she won’t be alone. Who might she bring with her? And from the looks of the Peacock promo for next week’s DAYS, someone is wearing Stefano’s ring around their finger, but who … and how does it all tie in this fall?
So, what do you think about some of the highlights coming up this fall on Days of our Lives per the series head writers? Does anything float your boat or pique your interest? If so, what? Let us know via the comment section. But first, check out the action next week on DAYS in the promo entitled “Bag of Tricks” below.

Thanks for all the good snaps! It was a wonderful weekend in L.A. full of fun and charity. The event at Henry’s Hat was so nice with all the veteran actors and some of the newer stars as well. The FLCE events were such a treat for EJami fans and all the stars who attended were kind and generous to each of us. DCE had a good number of Days stars and Justin Hartley!! All in all, it was a fan’s dream weekend.
Beautiful photo gallery with all the stars looking so happy to help support these worthy causes. Thanks Michael for giving us a glimpse of the events with these fun photographs.
Love the Team Jamison Photo!
Thanks for posting those great pics! Too bad I missed seeing “EJami” in person.
LOVED all of the events! I loved that I got to meet James and Ali for the first time, and all of the other great cast members as an added bonus!
Although I must admit that the highlight of the DCE, was that fact that I got to meet Justin Hartley! Mr. Green Arrow himself! (I am SUCH a fangirl! LOL!)
I LOVE “Smallville”, and loved him as the original Fox Crane from Passions!
So to get the chance to meet him in person was awesome!
Thanks for sharing your wonderful photos with those of us who were not able to attend any of the many events last week end. Everyone looked great and they are all wonderful for supporting such wonderful causes.
I don’t usually go for James Scott, but wow! Those glasses work for him. He looks so doable. But this comment will probably make him more full of himself, since that’s how he seems like in his interview here.
EJAMI!!!!/JAMISON!!!! THEY LOOK GREAT!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU MICHAEL SOOOO MUCH FOR THE PIC!!!
OMG GOSH!!! LOVE EJAMI/JAMISON!!!!!!! BEAUTIFUL & AMAZING TOGETHER!!!
THANK YOU FOR THE BEAUTIFUL PICTURES, Got to attend both Sat afternoon and eve events, wonderful time, stars were so gracious and generous with their time. Did especially love the afternoon event, wow James and Ali so terrific together, was on such a high till KC ruined it but I will keep on hoping and rooting for my couple EJAMI. Thanks again for all your great interviews.
The one of James and Ali is gorgeous! Thanks from a very happy EJami fan!
Awww…James & Alison!!! EJAMI!!! Leading Lady Alison Sweeney (Sami) & her Leading Man James Scott!!! (EJ!) Awww, the King & Queen of Days and their wonderful amazing & off the charts chemistry and love story & family together as extremely famous and extremely popular SUPERCOUPLE EJAMI!!! EJ & SAMI! They’re so wonderful together!
Look at that great pic! Go Lovely & Gorgeous Jamison & Ejami!!!
Photo gallery is great, Michael. What a good looking bunch of people!, The scene with Melissa Reeves was wonderful to see . She is a doll and hasn’t changed at all. It would be nice to see her back on the DOOL canvas. I’m sure there are others who would agree with me……
They look great together.
I have never considered that JS is full of himself, but if he is, who could blame him? I mean, just look at him? I do not see a flaw.
Thanks for posting your great pics. Ali and James just look too adorable for words…
Loved the pics so thanks for sharing! Thought Ari Z and Eric M look terrific, like the newly crowned Princess and Prince of Days…they need to be a couple. But where were my faves, the Queens and King, Kristian and Peter???? 😉 😉
Crystal Chappell was rocking those sandals! Looks like a wonderful time was had by all. The Frances Reid tribute had to be full of tears; I know the show is moving me to tears with Alice dying. However, it is really good to see some of the vets, even if it is only for a bit.
I love James and Ali picture long live Ejami.
Loved the pic with Ali and James. Go Jamison/EJami!!
I refused to go to the Flce event bc it was run by the whole 50 members of Forbidden Love. We finally know their true numbers, and a friend showed me the list of people that went. I was told they sold fifty tickets, what a joke. I would never go to an event run by them for their own agenda, Ej and Sami. I am so glad that Ken Coraday put out his article directly after that underwhelming event.
The other events were fab, and everyone was very nice. I heard nobody asked Limdsey Hartley any questions, poor thing. Goes to show it was all about James Scott and Ali Sweeney.
What you “hear” is often wrong. Lindsay Hartley was asked at least one question I saw, a question about her character’s different jobs since coming to Salem. The Q&A was very short, to leave lots of time for the auction. The actors where very vocal during the auction, jumping in to try to drive the bids higher, especially Alison Sweeney, Eric Martsolf, and Ari Zucker. Those three clearly love attention, but Lindsay Hartley was quiet. I think she must be a shy, quiet person.
Refusing to go to a charity event because you don’t like some of the organizers fictional rooting couple is childish. There were Days cast members there besides James and Alison, including members of other pairings of Sami and EJ, Galen Gering, and Ari Zucker. They must have felt cancer research was a worthwhile cause. The agenda was raising money for cancer research, not James Scott and Alison Sweeney. Nobody tried to convert me to being an Ejami all weekend. And there where way more than 50 people there. I couldn’t even tell you how many. I would think 50 members of one website organizing an event must mean they have a huge membership, since a very low percent of any group has people who actively do things like organize charity events. Whoever did it, they did a fantastic job.
Sounds like good time for a good cause!
I don’t get it! Even in that picture the chemistry is there!
Go EJAMI!
The beautiful thing is I didn’t go bc I don’t like Ej and Sami. This was nothing but an event for their fans, who have made posting in general and watching the show miserable. Why, bc they are mean and vicous and spiteful. I know I am not the only one who has been treated badly by the Ejami fan base. If you must know, I ablsoutely refuse to associate myself with people who act like nothing more then school yard bullies. Now, I did get a look at that list, so I know for a fact how many people were there. A friend showed me. She is very trustworthy. Now, as for not wanting to associate myself with people who are like a cult at best, that is my right and it is not childish. As a free thinking person, I have the right to spend time with whom ever I want. I refuse to spend time with people who behave like bullies on the net. There they have the key board to hide behind, who knows what they would do to people w.o. that key board.
Please there are die-hard fans in any soap fanbase, it is nothing new.
And the Ejami fans are certainly not the worst so don’t participate, not big deal many other will participate for you, don’t worry ! lol
Can CC please do something with her advertise here forehead. Cut some bangs ease up on the botox or something.
