I’m so happy for the entire cast and crew, plus the fans like me! I originally subscribed to Peacock for BEYOND SALEM 1 & 2, and remain a subscriber because of DAYS.

I’m so happy to hear this! Thankful that it’s airing on Peacock, it’s ridiculous that NBC took it off their network. Love Days and hope it will remain on the air indefinitely!

I am so happy that they renewed. I grew up watching Days with my grandmothers and my great great aunt. They are all gone now and it helps to feel closer to them.

As an occasional star of Days, I’m happy to hear it’s going to stick around a few more years. I might have to come back for the 60th anniversary.

Great news! I thought it was a goner moving to peacock but I guess it all worked out! I’m only disappointed there aren’t more changes with the show.. I thought they were going to get better sets and cameras … the last couple days seem all about sex

Since Days tapes so far out in advance, it will tape a few months for any changes in the soap to be evident in screen. Just my opinion

This is so Great! I love this show! I wish Peacock would release some classic episodes. Since Bo and Hope are back, I wish they would stream their complete love story. I would love to watch from the first episode of them meeting each other, and ALL of their great story lines. Classic episodes I think would draw in more viewers as well. I mean Days of Our Lives is wonderful, and watching it even today gives me that nostalgic feeling for being “sick” from school so I could watch all the drama unfold…!! Days of Our Lives, here’s to… Read more »

You might get your wish. If you have been following the Days YouTube channel, you probably noticed the “Bo & Hope Trivia” clips that have been posted to that channel, each of them showing some classic Bo & Hope scenes from the 80s. Those clips were in HD, and I really doubt they would go to all the trouble of “digitally remastering” all that old footage just to put up 2 minute clips to promote the return of the legendary “supercouple”. To me it seems like a sign that these episodes – and probably a lot more – will be… Read more »

Tyra Banks Exiting ‘Dancing with the Stars’

Yesterday, Tyra Banks dropped a bombshell when speaking with a reporter from TMZ, while out for a stroll.

Banks shared that she’s not going to be returning as host of Dancing with the Stars, and has decided to focus on the business and entrepreneurial side of her career, plus producing behind the scenes entertainment projects.

This morning on Friday, Banks confirmed the news to Deadline.

Tyra had joined DTWTS in season 29 when she replaced longtime host, Tom Bergeron. She also became an executive producer of the reality-ballroom dance competition.

Last season, DWTS streamed exclusively on Disney Plus, and was taken off the ABC network.  During the last season, Tyra co-hosted the show with Alfonso Ribeiro, although she still presided over the ballroom competition.

Thus far, there has been no news of the next season of the series, although it’s expected to return.  In addition to Banks, dancer Mark Ballas along with the previously announced departure of dancer Cheryl Burke, leave the show with some shoes to fill.

Check out Tyra’s chat with TMZ below.
