They are used to more reality in their soaps…children are never aged and people killed off stay dead!!!

When Re-Ron was at GH, GH felt like sorta/kinda ‘Hollyoaks wanna be’. He started out ok on Days and went to epic fail, so much so, that none of thee cast is on contract.
This is good news for Corday, he got some money, hopefully enough to release Re-Ron from his 5 year contract, with enough left over to start signing some of the cast back.
It’s bad news for The Sony UK channel. UK soap production is the highest quality in the world, a market Days will hardly be noticed in.
Maybe they got enough $$ though to work a deal with Prospect Park.

Fun! This is probably a premium channel and not available at hotels. It would be fun to see Days on TV when I travel there.

I think it would be great if a retro tv network would run Days from the beginning.

channels running past episodes of their soaps, because their soaps are so good, that people want to see the past episodes.

In the US, right now, soaps are on par with the Kardashians, Jenners etc., it’s all so bad, who would tune in to see what happened when.

Maybe they’ll embrace having fun instead of being so angry.

I’m in Australia, and I watch one soap each from the US, UK and Aus. That’s Days of our Lives, Eastenders and Neighbours. All very different styles from each other, but all have family as their strong point. I do like the romance in Days that is very lacking in the UK soaps. It is interesting that Days has never worked in the Uk, whilst in Australia it’s our longest continually running drama.

The Can’t-Miss Week of Days of our Lives: What Happened The Night Adrienne Died? And … More Questions Answered

Make sure to catch Days of our Lives on any platform you can next week! (The President Donald Trump impeachment hearings could alter the regularly scheduled daytime time slot for the series on NBC).  For, it is a pivotal one for fans that have been following along the major storylines of the innovative time jump that started to air last November.

In one emotional week, Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Justin (Wally Kurth) revisit the last day of Adrienne’s life — which happens to be last Mother’s Day.  In addition, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) goes into labor.  While. Brady (Eric Martsolf) causes tension when he brings Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) to his parents’ townhouse for Mother’s Day.  Plus, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) gets an upsetting visit from someone from her past.  How does this all tie-in to what went down that fateful night?

The latest NBC promo for the series promises we will learn what happened to Adrienne, especially since on Friday’s episode, Ciara (Victoria Konefal) told Will(Chandler Massey) he is not responsible for his mother-in-laws death AFTER he signed the divorce papers with Sonny.   Plus major intel on what happened to Brady and Kristen’s baby and how Haley Chen (Thia Megia) died, which had left an anguished JJ (Casey Moss) turning back to drugs.
