Now, five leading ladies of the soaps are vying for the gold for Lead Actress and the category marked the first-ever nominations for CBS daytime’s Beyond the Gates when two actresses made the final cut. Days has been awesome the past few days!!! I cannot wait for the s#$% to hit the fan!!! Loved the confrontation between Sami and Marlena today; so typical and true to the characters and history. Love, love, love! Now it’s 2:00 est and there’s nothing on…I guess I can find something outside to do. LOL.
good, every time I see her giving rafe a lecture on how hurt she is ,I want to reach out to the t v and strangle her ,she gets me so mad.what she did is far worse then a stupid kiss he gave carrie, which would piss me off to ,but not if I was doing the you know what, with someone else ,that just so happens to be my ex,hello, who is she to get all high and mighty, well , thats going to be a must see t v.
Days is definitely keeping my interest. Rafe and Sami are good together.
But I sure would like to have One Life to Live back. I so wish NBC would pick up One Life.
I agree about OLTL. All of the reality/talk shows on all of the networks in the afternoon are awful. OLTL would be an improvement over any of them.
It should be interesting, whatever happens. Thought Sami was going to be pregnant and then have to go through a paternity test with the truth coming out that way.
True. I thought that Sami would be pregnant as well. I just cant wait for EJAMI to get back together. EJOLE are soooooooooooooooooo boring, I want to tear my hair to shreds. Arianne Zuker is a good actress but lately her pairing with James Scott has brought her down. In fact most storylines are boring on DAYS. This storyline has perked my interest though.
I can’t stand Rafe and Carrie together. I hope they don’t go anywhere with that storyline!!
I dont like them together either ,but what sami did to rafe ,there is no way ,If I was him, that I would stick around with her.I would go back to the apartment, pack all my things, then get a divorce lawyer ,all in the same day.
LOL Days “BORING” No way.
you must be watching B&B 🙂
Sami and mama today was great,I was hopeing mama-dearest would bitch slap Sami.
AS/Sami has always been at her best acting with BD/Lucas Horton :0
I would have loved to see marlana ,smack sami,I kept waiting for her to say ,I know what you did.days is not boring,it was classic soap opera today.its the stuff that makes you tune in tomorrow, cant wait till 1 oclock.
I’m so excited about this, Sami and Rafe have always been the most boring couple in Days history… can’t wait for that farce of a relationship to be over and just in time for Sami’s soulmate Lucas to pick up the pieces. I think this will be a bump in the road for Ejole but they were technically separated when EJ & Sami did the nasty & i think their love & this new baby Nicole is expecting will bring them back together, stronger & better than ever! Ejole & LUMI!!!! it doesn’t get better than those two couples!
It’s not OLTL, but I am trying to get into it. It’s hard starting to watch a new soap and knowing nothing about the characters. I realize you can read about their history online, but it isn’t the same as watching their history and emotions develop over time. At least based on a recent NY Times article, NBC seems committed to continuing soaps, unlike ABC. Maybe the executives at NBC are smart enough to understand many people cannot stand talk/reality programming.
If NBC seems to be committed on keeping the soaps on that channel … Abc should learn a lesson from NBC… I still say put OLTL on another channel becaues ABC doesn’t appreciate OLTL and The talented acting & the wonderful stories that goes with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m not sure that will happen………… STILL MISS OLTL!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m septical about NBC wanting to keep Days regardless about what that guy said on the New York Times this past Sunday. The ratings of Days are bad and the only reason why it’s still around is most likely because it is under contract with NBC until 2013. If NBC really wanted to keep Days (as what that guy from the NY Times article pretend) then how come they have not renewed yet Days through 2014 (the stipulation on the contract with Sony has an option that allows NBC to renew Days until 2014).
If NBC renews again Days , then I’ll believe that the network is truly commited to the genre. But right now, I have the bad feeling that NBC wants to exit the industry just as much as ABC. Remember this is the network that has murdered Passions, Another World, Sunset Beach and Santa Barbara. So I have no reason to believe that NBC would renew Days in 2013, especially if ABC cancels GH.
I see your point. I didn’t realize NBC had already killed so many soaps and has only one left. You are probably right. NBC may not turn out to be any different than ABC.

You got that right..! My God, NBC has murdered FOUR soaps, and it started with them. We need a soap opera network Heather.
As of today 02/23/12 Days of Our Lives crossed a line with Will kissing a male. Im not old or old fashion but this was wrong. There is just certain things that should not be on Days and this is one of them. Its about respect for the viewers and having certain values. I do believe that Ken Corday said with the new writers the show would return to its “CORE VALUES” ,, Please tell me this is not a preview of whats going to happen!!!!!!!!!!!! I have lost so much respect for Days!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please let Sami and Rafe stay together.
Finally! Carrie and Rafe and Lumi will be together. Hopefully EJole reunites after this!
I hope rafe and Sami stay together. They are so cute. It’s so wrong for Carrie and rare to be together. It’s her sisters husband. Carrie is so wrong she first sleeps with Austin then sleeps with his brother Lucas . Then she sleeps with Lucas brother mike. And now she wants her sister husband . Talk about keeping I in the whole family. When will she find her own man and quit sleeping withnpeoples relatives . The writers gave her a bad role model it’s imoral.
I do not want to see Sami and EJ together period. I want Sami and Rafe together forever with no more interruptions.
