DIRTY SOAP: Poll results are in! Was it "Thumbs Up"? What duo did you like the best?

The results are in from our two days poll after the premiere episode of Sunday’s episode of Dirty Soap on E! After your votes have been tabulated in the two polls that we ran, here are the results below and a big “thank you” to everyone for casting your ballot!
For the question posed; “What did you think of the premiere episode of Dirty Soap?” 61.03% gave the soapy reality series a big “Thumbs Up!” And 26.67% said, ‘On the fence, not sure”, while only 10.77% told us, “Thumbs down, contrived reality show, no interest.” So from this data we can conclude that the majority is digging the show!
In our second question posted we asked, “What duo’s drama did you get into the most?” Now this was very close, illustrating that there seems to be interest in several of the couples or friendships “stories”. In the number one slot was General Hospital’s Kelly Monaco and Kirsten Storm with 32.46% of your vote. Hot on the heels was OLTL’s John-Paul Lavoisier and Farah Fath and DAYS Nadia Bjorlin and B&B Brandon Beemer, both couples tied for the number two slot with 27.23% of your vote. In last place and far behind the pack was Days of our Lives star, Galen Gering and wife, Jenna with only 8.9% of your vote.
So now its on to Dirty Soap episode number two this Sunday. We’ll do another poll in a few weeks and throughout the shows run to check in on your feedback.

I don’t like it. When I say I hate reality shows, I don’t try to be a hypocrite about any of it. I hate all of them, even this one. Reality tv is never real.
I will not make an exception.
I hate Dirty Soaps Reality Show…
I thought Kelly Monaco was the least interesting. I am a huge OLTL fan, so of course I am invested in JPL and FF, but I really enjoyed Nadia Bjorlin. I am surprised, because I never watch DOOL. Her story makes me want to see good things happen for her.
I liked Nadia and Brandon the best. They seem like nice normal people. Farah looked liked a spoiled princess who I could not want to be around. Galen seemed cool but his wife is a little insecure.
I totaly agree with your comment.
Farah sure eeds an attitude adjustment.
I agree about Farah. What really disgusts me is the relationship between Nadia and her mom. She seems like a dimmed slightly arrogant chick and her mom a joke and a serious nightmare!
True, reality TV is never real, however, most TV isn’t “real”.
That being said, I thought the show was just OK. I’d hoped for more and I’ll tune in this week to see if it gets better.
This show really sucks..
Dirty Soap was very fake, contrived, dull, and scripted. All reality tv is fake and scripted but Dirty Soap is one of the worst offenders. The actors chosen are not charismatic, likeable, or interesting enough. I won’t be watching any further. I’m sick of reality tv. What network and cable tv needs is more SCRIPTED dramas and comedies. Down with reality tv!!
The best potential for the show is getting to know these actors as real people. To that end, I thought Nadia and Brandon gave us the most insight into what their lives might be like. Just loved them.
Last night I watched the episode where Jesse tells Angie their baby died. (I have been saving my DVR’d AMC) After it ended I turned off my TV to go to bed, thinking about Angie and Jessie and the mothers out there who suffered the tragedy of a still birth. It distracted me long enough from my own problems to fall asleep.
Isn’t that better then taking a sleeping pill? Maybe when Dr. Oz has his infomercial/show he can suggest watching a soap opera as an insommia cure. But that would ruin his daughter’s ratings. Never, ever has thinking about food caused me to fall asleep.
Dirty Soap was contrived, and phony like all reality TV. The only plus was seeing some behind the scenes action at the soaps and getting to watch a few of the soap stars. I far prefer watching soaps and other scripted shows that don’t pretend to be “real.”
Love Kelly Monaco and Kirsten Storms! I also like Galen, Nadia, and Brandon. As scripted as this show is, I still like it 🙂
You guys are crazy! This is just like any other E reality shows! It does seem scripted, but I dont believe it is.There are somethings you cant not write a script about!
Not true! they are all so different. Some good and some not! This one is so poorly written and edited. I feel like I am watching a bad soap…and they ARE scripted. I just wish Nadia would grow balls and Brandon would gain 10 pounds. He looks like he has an eating disorder – as nice as he seems, she looks bigger than him lol
I enjoyed getting to know the people behind the characters. When you see them in their roles you tend to think of them in a certain way. Watching them on Dirty Soaps has changed my thoughts about most of them. I am a long time fan of DOOL and I now enjoy the characters more. Im just sorry that Nadia has now left the show, but I wish her much success. Gaylen, I have to say really surprised me and I think he and his wife are adorable. Farah was a big shocker, she comes across as such a spoiled brat. And Brandon, should hang in there with Nadia’s Mom. The two of you make a wonderful couple. I will continue to watch. Thanks guys and Good Luck.
Oh sad, that there even RealityShow lovers at all.
And for SOAP stars. Guys you’re just degrading yourselfs this way.
Jan, it that is the case, WHY are you here and leaving comments.
For one thing, Farah has always been awesome to me. She definitely will tell you what she thinks, but is also so wonderful to her fans. She will always be one of my top favorite people. JP is just a sweet, funny guy and yes, he is that goofy. lol. I think he has a great sense of humor. I actually had Farah tell me she knows she’s not my favorite and that Nadia is. Okay, so I’m busted, but that doesn’t mean I still don’t love her. Anyway, I don’t think they are fully showing how she really is. Who else would go out of their way and go have lunch with fans? She’s one of the best!
Nadia is just like she is on the show. And her mom is right about one thing, Nadia has a wonderful heart and she is a good person (amazing, really!). No Doubt! Her and Brandon are so sweet together and I love them as a couple. They definitely have very similar personalities and I hope her mother realizes how great of a guy he really is. So he uses his phone at the dinner table? I’m sure you’ve been guilty of it at least once. I know I am.
I didn’t realize this was a reality show at first. I thought it was like one of those internet soaps. LOL. Anyway, just watching an episode now and love it. It’s reality TV, but not over produced like some reality shows. Enjoying seeing the real lives of actors I’ve watched on TV for years. I hope the show continues and look forward to seeing additional episodes.
Cant get enough. Days fan for over 18 yrs and love watching what life is like for these daytime actors is pretty interesting. A nice peek into their lives and the normalcy of life in relationships off screen.
Doesn’t anyone agree that Brandon needs to grow balls and leave Nadia, unless she is willing to separate her nasty mom, from her blossoming relationship. Her mom is toxic!
All these people bad mouthing “Dirty Soaps”
DON’T watch it.
I for one enjoy it. I love Nadia & Brandon.
Nadias mother is another story.
She can’t be for real.
What a nasty mumma
What is wrong with Kirsten?
I miss her on GH.
I have been watching Days since it started….years ago. I really enjoy watching Dirty Soap since a lot of the people from Days are on it. I think Farah should kick her boy to the curb…what a jerk!!! I really like Nadia and Brandon, it’s cool to see where they live, and all the others too. Galen is hot on Days. I will keep watching.
