Always loved Gordon Thomson, such a charismatic actor. (Unrelated style note, I wonder why the soap press always puts ex- in front of characters from shows that are over. I mean, everyone is an ex-character on “Dynasty” or “Santa Barbara.” They’re gone! I always thought the ex- distinction was for actors who left a role on a show still on the air.)

Chelsea didn’t let moss grow under her feet. Who knows what she really got up to? The grifter.

This is fantastic news. I loved him on Dynasty, however, he was easily my least favourite Mason Capwell. But I am very happy that he is coming back to daytime!

I really liked him back in the day, but now that he’s aged, maybe not so much. The only woman in his age bracket would be Nicki. I am now thinking he may be related to Calvin in some way, looks like a good ‘ole boy!

All these new characters tied to ..Chelsea?!. Is she really that important to the canvas?.
Why is this turning into the Chelsea show. Adam is 1 thing because the actor portraying is amazing. But theres little rooting value for a rapist child napping theif conartist
..can we just get Arturo and Mia back atleast offcontract?. We lost two young hopefuls for senior relations to Chelsea?. Ugh

I don’t think so. Years ago it was established that Jeffrey Bardwell, played by the great Ted Shackelford of Dallas and Knotts Landing was her father. He married Gloria, Michael and Kevin’s mom.

Hi Violet – you are so right here! I trigger-finger replied to that story and approximately an hour or so later I remembered Jeffrey Bardwell was already id’d as her father years ago! And yes couldn’t agree more that Ted S. is one of the greats, in fact I wish they would bring him back on but unfortunately I don’t think that will happen. So you never know – it’s soap opera and storyline can be reversed! Gordon Thomson’s character may just turn out to be connected to Chelsea biologically, maybe even her father!? Remember Anita and Jeffrey are con-artists… Read more »

You certainly have a good point. I never trusted Anita, and sure wouldn’t put it past her to have lied to Chelsea and Jeffery, as to her parentage.

The Bold and the Beautiful to Dedicate Episode to Betty White On What Would Have Been Her 100th Birthday

Television legend, Betty White, who passed away a few weeks ago at the age of 99, will have the upcoming Monday, January 17th of The Bold and the Beautiful dedicated to her.

What makes the choosing of this date to honor White s so meaningful is that it would have marked Betty’s 100th birthday.

Within her storied career, Betty played Ann Douglas on The Bold and the Beautiful – the mother to Pam and Stephanie.  She made her final appearances on B&B in 2009 when the show killed-off the character.

White, passed away a few weeks ago on New Year’s Eve, and earlier this week it came to light that she suffered a stroke six days before her death.

Pictured in this post are Alley Mills (Pam_, the late Lee Phillip Bell (Co-creator B&B and Y&R), Betty White and Susan Flannery (Ex-Stephanie).

So, what do you think of B&B honoring Betty on what would have been her 100th birthday by dedicating the episode to her? Comment below.
