Elizabeth Hendrickson Wraps-Up Her Run On The Young and the Restless!

While viewers of CBS’ Daytime’s The Young and the Restless learned that Chloe Mitchell is alive on-air this week, in real life Elizabeth Hendrickson was back on set at the number one soap opera taping her final scenes for her ultimate exit from the series.

Liz has been sharing her final days in Genoa City with a series of videos and social media posts.  On Wednesday, she shared the moment she wrapped her last scene which contains no spoilers. On Instagram she posted: “Onto a new chapter… I love my Y&R family so much. Thanks to all of you who went along on this crazy ride this past year with me. Excited for new adventures ahead. Salon life here I come!”

She also posted a video from the hair and make-up room with her longtime on-screen partner, Greg Rikaart (Kevin) relating: “My last day at Y&R…. for now. What I will miss most is my Greg and his super cute face early in the morning.”

So sad to see Liz leave Y&R again?  Have you enjoyed her performances as Chloe Mitchell during her recent return? How do you think Chloe will exit the canvas? Comment below.

Chloe is always a great character! Soap opera writers are superbly great at what they do! I love fictional storylines, and to me daytime soap operas are the best types of fictional storylines!

Sad Elizabeth and Greg are leaving…. perhaps she will surface again IF it is revealed down the road that Adam is indeed still alive……possibilities !
Good Luck to you both !

Yes! Of course! 🙁

She said,,, ”“My last day at Y&R…. for now. ””

It ain’t over the fat lady hasn’t sung ..

(( Anyways- the Y&R couples, the past 2 years, have really stank big time! BORING.

Love the actress, hate the character.
I knew she was going to pop out of that coffin.
Chloe gets to live happily every after with Kevin and Belle while Adam remains dead.
So sick of Chloe, glad she’s gone but know she will probably keep coming back.
I will miss Kevin, too bad that “little monster” (Victor’s words) has to take him with her.

I am sad to see Elizabeth leave Y&R again, she’s is so awesome! Hoping to see her on TV this fall or on some TV show. She’s an awesome actress so someone pick her up!!!

Watch out LA or New York a big star is awaiting you!

It’s sad that she leave y@r we r so sad of this we will miss her a lot and y&r not will be the same without her hope she will come back again she and Kevin its a lot the tow in the same time

The whole story that led up to the exits of Liz and Greg has me pissed. I know Liz signed on for a year but how did Greg become the sacrificial lamb in this story that makes no sense at all. The character of Chloe was always a little nutty but that’s what made us love her. she wasn’t nuts enough to kill anyone. And how do we say goodbye to Kevin when we have so much invested in him and loved all the stories he was in? None of this has made any sense to me and I will be feeling the bite from this one for a long time.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, James.
I feel the same way.
I don’t mind Chloe leaving because I cannot stand her but must she take Kevin with her? Is this why the actor’s contract was not renewed?

It’s criminal, Rhonda. And further proof that no one in charge seems to have a clue as to what fans want. More of Reed and that damn guitar? Lily’s kids? Really? I DO like Chloe’s doctor, though. He’s a keeper. Which they probably won’t. I will be mourning Greg’s departure for a LONG TIME. My only hope is that GH picks him up. Would love to see him reunited with Michelle Stafford and his old sparring partner, Billy Miller. Loved the old “chipmunk” jabs Billy used to lob at Kevin.

I am so sad to see Liz and Chloe go. I really like Chloe and her friendship with Chelsea, her relationships with Kevin, Esther, and Bella. Y&R will be a little less interesting with Chloe gone.

All soaps are getting rid of high salaried people that have run out of story. Dont care if Chloe stays or goes. Y&R is kind of boring. Michael M as Adam kept it fresh but don’t see him returning.

LOL, Irene. Never say never. Who knows, we may be surprised. Considering the explosion of fan-interest in MM, which is still going on, TPTB may overlook whatever happened “back stage”.
Hunter is busy elsewhere, so MM’s return may be facilitated by that fact.
As far as Elizabeth and Greg, I am a stalwart fan of both, always and forever. They, too, may return. I never lose hope…..I am a fatalist.

BYE BYE, Chloe! Kidnap and bound Chelsea’s mouth on your way of town, please?!

Right behind you, dmr. Chelsea’s over-the-top Miss Goody-Two-Shoes goes so against the grain. She may have ‘come up’ in the world, but someone’s essense/persona does not change that drastically.
You can take the girl out of the gutter, but you can’t take the gutter out of the girl.
Nick should know better….he’s wearing frilly panties under those jeans.

& Nick and Chelsea have zero chemistry and are a total bore to watch.

YOUR REPLY MADE MY DAY!!!

Love her! I wish her and Kevin could stay and Chelsea and Yani were leaving instead!

Who is Yani?

LOL, T….yes, agreed . I want Cane out the proverbial door. I hope Juliet is pregnant with his baby. That’ll shut his lying mouth.
And, his teen kids—go aaway!!

I love Chloe and Liz is so good in the role. 🙂

AGREE!!!!!!

Chloe… whom I’ve always adored.

lost so much steam… damn TPTB… damnation ! period

without Chance and Ronin… heck without Nina, Katherine, and Esther

invaluable actors who created this dream machine

Elizabeth Hendrickson stood out. I marvel at her presence

Well, what I have felt is that being behind in recording due to my travels, I feel a bit sad. It was clear that all of this silly mixture of things somehow had to end.

I so liked Kevin and was surprised when his departure was announced. I liked him with Mariah. To me Chloe is one of the most skilled of actors and her return was a surprise. The whole story line didn’t resonate with me however. But wish them both the best.

Overall, I watch and don’t start silently screaming as I did when the other fellow was writing. I watch before going to sleep and find it interesting to think about silly things like why Dina is with that younger person. I don’t watch closely enough to even remember the name.

Forgive this, Lilly’s husband seems like he either can’t act or is just playing the role of an incredibly weak man. I don’t like that story.

Funny, but I enjoy a bit of the Sharon news guy story. It depends how you play them , I hope, as being smart; he a writer, she continuing her education. Dillon’s return doesn’t resonate well with me.

Overall, I don’t mind watching again and just fast forwarding for the adds. Guess that is a plus.

Forgive me for this, but

Congratulations on the birth of your new baby

Lisa Rinna Would Be Down to Reprise Her Role of Taylor McBride in ‘Melrose Place’ Reboot

When Lisa Rinna departed her popular role of Billie Reed on Days of our Lives back in 1995, her next major role would be a jump to primetime and the soapy Melrose Place.

In 1996, Lisa was introduced as new character Taylor McBride and stayed with the Fox young adult sudser for three seasons. Now in 2024, with the recent reveal that a Melrose Place revival is the works with Heather Locklear, Daphne Zuniga and Laura Leighton all on board to reprise their signature roles, would Rinna board the project should it come to fruition?

Speaking with PEOPLE, Rinna expressed, “Well, gosh, I’ve heard about it. I haven’t been approached or anything, but I would love to see what Taylor McBride is up to 25 years later. Wouldn’t that be something?”

Photo: FOX

OG Melrose Place fans know that in story, Taylor moved to the Melrose Place apartment building with her husband Kyle played by Rob Estes. However, Taylor had her eye on Dr. Peter Burns played by former GH star Jack Wagner (ex-Frisco). But, by the time she had moved to the apartment complex, Peter had married tough as nails ad executive, Amanda Woodward, played by Heather Locklear.

Recalling her time on Melrose Place, Rinna added that it, “was one of my greatest and most fun acting experiences, playing Taylor and working with Heather and the whole crew.”  Rinna also noted, “So if they need a Taylor McBride appearance, they know who to call. I’m around.”

The new Melrose Place is in development at CBS Studios. In the premise of the reboot, the Melrose Place residents reunite after the death of one of their friends, “but the pressure cooker of a reunion soon uncovers old traumas, rekindles old romances, reignites old resentments, and reveals new secrets… throwing our characters into chaotic drama that’s reminiscent of the past, but with a much more modern perspective.”

So, would you want to see Lisa Rinna reprise her Melrose Place role as Taylor McBride? Comment below.

Sean Kanan’s Stepdaughter, Juliet Vega, to Appear on The Bold and the Beautiful

Coming up on this Friday’s April 26th episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Juliet Vega, the stepdaughter to Sean Kanan will make an appearance on the CBS daytime drama series in the role of Michele.

Keeping it “All in the Family”, the character is named after Juliet’s real-life mother, and Kanan’s wife, writer and producer, Michele Kanan.

Back in 2012, Sean married Michele Vega and thus began their blended family which included his daughter, Simone, and Michelle’s children, Peter, Gigi, and her twins, Annie and Juliet.

According to a B&B show spokesperson, Juliet’s B&B character is intentionally named Michele in honor of her mother and Sean’s wife.

While we don’t know how “Michele” shows up in story, it is the same episode that Clint Howard makes an appearance as well seemingly tied to the case of where in the world is Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown)?

Photo: CBS

We can’t imagine that Juliet wouldn’t get the opportunity to mix it up on-screen with her stepdad, Sean Kanan. Previously, the two acted together in Sean’s streaming series Studio City, where she played the role of Delilah and he played soap actor, Sam Stevens. In it, Delilah is the bio-daughter Sam never knew he had.

So, looking forward to seeing Juliet on B&B and how ‘Michele’ turns up in the story? Comment below.
