Bad news for the former Stacy Morasco of One Life to Live!  Crystal Hunt, who played bad girl Stacy, has landed into serious trouble with the law following our initial reports via TMZ.com this past December that Hunt allegedly smashed a glass into another woman’s face during a bar brawl!

Now TMZ.com is reporting today that Hunt has been hit with a felony assault charge with a deadly weapon where the Los Angeles D.A filed the charge claiming the glass was indeed a deadly weapon!

What do you think of the news that Hunt was charged with a felony assault with a deadly weapon? Comment below!

I dont like weapons in my house…we drink from paper cups, lol

It IS a deadly weapon…you smash it and use it like a knife. Glass/sharp…always told to look around for one in self defense if need be.

As for Crystal…never liked her character on OLTL. If she used it as self defense because she was afraid for her life…fine. If she used it because the woman was pissing her off…Crystal deserves to do the time.

Have you ever heard of broken glass in someone’s face? Or how about glass in the eyes? Your attitude disgusts me ! Have you ever heard of someone taking broken glass to somebody’s throat? I hope you never get threatened by someone with a broken glass maybe it might not be so funny!!!!

FYI: My father took a broken milk bottle to my Mother’s throat when I was 5 years old it was not real funny!

Probably she will get probation typical Hollywood acting out! Just like this story on Phillip Seymour Hoffman oh my gosh such a great actor is all we are hearing maybe so but he was a junkie and where were his so called friends in Hollywood when he needed help. Watching him self-destruct while they now show up to his apartment bringing gifts to his kids. Try pooling your money and seeking counseling for his kids. Ok rant over! And NYC! News Flash HE is the one who stuck the needle in his arm not the dealers.

I so agree with you…people are responsible for their own actions!!!

Harry
Harry

Please don’t put Phillip Seymour Hoffman into this little story about a little known ex soap, sub par actress. Hoffman was a brilliant actor–a true chameleon. Moreover, addiction is real disease often caused by dopamine depletion in the frontal lobes of the brain. Dopamine is what produces feelings of happiness and without substantial levels of it, one is left feeling very depressed. People who suffer from addictions are usually self medicating for their clinical depression. If you haven’t suffered from it, or have a loved one who has suffered from it like many of us do, then you cannot presume to know or judge someone who has suffered from addictions. Please stop with the judging and start educating yourself on the subject.

k/kay
k/kay

@Harry You fit into that category of People who think that no one is responsible for their actions. A popular theory especially the last five and a half years. Dopamine is just another Feel Good response to let responsible people off the hook. While I agree that Mr. Hoffman was a good actor and I enjoyed him in his many roles in the end the only one responsible for Hoffman’s death was Mr. Hoffman. Am I judging maybe yes I have my own demons that I slay every day but tell me this will his children accept your explanation of why Dad is not there to tuck them in at night. I think not!!!

I think it’s a set-up!!!!

Eric Braeden never liked her. I think he is behind all of this!!!

Innocent until proven guilty. We should fly a SAVE CRYSTAL banner over ABC studios!!!

HaHa, thanks guys. Of course I was just being silly.

Then again it is interesting how none of Michael Muhney’s obsessed ladies are coming to Hunt’s defense (or any ladies) yet they are willing to fly to the moon and back to defend Muhney even though a young lady has accused him of a heinous act. Talk about double standards amongst the sexes.

Well, I thought it was a good idea, Joshua.

I hope she goes to jail, she is a spoiled brat, in real life too. I hope she learns, her lesson. When she was on one life to live, she was a big diva. crystal didnt get along with anybody. what a shame, brcause she was a good actress, jail might change her, lets hope, or if she has an attitude in prison, she will get beaten up, by the big mamas in prison, lol.

jimh(leave it to beaver)

well it is said to be a ”during a bar brawl!”
and that takes two to ”brawl”..
she said ” it was self defense, it well may be just that..

People jump without knowing the whole story..
Damn, I hope to heaven none of you are ever on jury duty .,

Well, IF it’s self defense I can’t blame her. IF…..

jaybird369

I gotta say that I am not surprised by any of this. Crystal Hunt has ALWAYS HAD a snotty and diva-like attitude. Back in the day, CH had a major attitude problem while she was playing Lizzie on GL and her attitude got EVEN WORSER when she (later on) was playing Stacy on OLTL. And, if I remember correctly, A LOT of soap fans did not care for her OLTL character. Myself included. Bottom Line Here: Crystal Hunt needs to do serious prison time…and A LOT OF IT, TOO!!!!!

stefano cute smooth gay guy
stefano cute smooth gay guy

I agree with you my friend.. Crystal is a big big diva, justin bieber needs to join her in jail. Lol. They are a big mess. When crystal was on guiding Light, she had major fights with her co workers. she seems like, she is above the law. Like justin bieber. Throw her in jail, and let her become a better person, but i don’t see that happening anytime soon. MY boyfriend says crystal needs a smack across the face, then lock her up. she seems like a snotty woman. peace! Jay

jaybird369
jaybird369

RIGHT ON, Stefano!!!!! Crystal Hunt clearly has ISSUES. Yikes. And, if and when CH does land in prison, she had better watch herself…those big-mama-like female inmates ain’t gonna put up with her snotty ass. No.

Stefano…you and your boyfriend have a good one. Peace.

I believe they will try to make an example of her. It was a glass for goodness sake. Really? Probably an ADA trying to make a name for him/herself. Everything is so political anymore.

geezuz people have wild imaginations lol
”’Hunt allegedly smashed a glass into another woman’s face during a bar brawl!”
nowhere does it say broken and to the throat..

Sooo many really bad dangerous jurors on the soap bards..
To most everyone it is always guilty without even knowing the whole story/the facts..
it also say ”allegedly ” …

rebecca1
rebecca1

“Allegedly” is always stated until proven true. The point is BROKEN GLASS IS DANGEROUS and it IS USED AS A WEAPON that CAN KILL and MAIM! It’s not a LOL thing…

su0000
su0000

It was not said the glass was broken..
No judging should be done saying or assuming it was broken..
See very bad jury people= soap fans.. lol

rebecca1
rebecca1

su0000
the glass was “smashed” into the victim’s face. therefore, if that is indeed what happened…the glass was broken and I repeat is a deadly weapon.

no one here is saying convict…we are saying IF she did it…and there was not threat to her being in personal harm…then she should be held guilty. why are you fighting this? it’s not “soap fans” … it’s common sense. Smashing GLASS into someone’s face, chest, neck…can kill.

GH’s Vinessa Antoine Lands Primetime Series Will Make Canadian TV History!

Fantastic news for General Hospital favorite, Vinessa Antoine (Jordan)! The talented actress had landed the leading role in the primetime Canadian series, Diggstown!

The legal drama is scheduled to air this fall.  In Diggstown, Antoine will play Marcie Diggs, a top corporate lawyer who decides to dedicate herself to a legal aid office in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

This casting news will make Vinessa a part of Canadian TV history as the first Black Canadian actress to star in a prime-time drama on legacy network television, CBC.

Antoine spoke to the Toronto Star about her starring role, “When I first read the script I was really attracted to the notion that she was a corporate lawyer and she believed in the system. And when that crashed for her, life nudged her to do something extraordinary. And because I’m a woman of color, so many things connected. She’s complex, not stereotypical, and that’s refreshing.”

However as suspected, and according to the Toronto Star: “General Hospital fans will not be happy to learn that Antoine, who has been with the show since 2014, will no longer be a series regular when she starts shooting Diggstown in August.”

So, excited to hear Vinessa has been cast in a leading primetime series?  Comment below!
