congratulation sweet haert I’am so happy for crystal chappell she is the most talent’s actrice in the world

I luv the idea of Crystal being a cop. Can totally understand her taking on the role it take’s away the pressure of being all things that she has to be for Venice & the soon to be The Grove. Look forward to seeing it.

that is great news!!!! Ms.Chappeell, is such a gifted actresss. I will be watching!!!

I am very happy. I just tweeted CC the other day asking her if she is missing not acting as much. This multi-talented lady & outstanding human being deserves all the goodness in the world. She makes other actors bring their “A” game in scenes with her, a master class. I am sure CC will find time to create & shoot more of her own webseries. Love her. Hugs

Woohoo I cant wait to see Crystal Chappell on the new web series. Congratulations.

If there is a love interest for Payton Kelly/ Crystal Chappell Peter Reckell would be my choice.

It sounds great! Break a leg Crystal!

Sorry but I have ZERO interest in a web series of this kind. I can still watch (and enjoy) Law and Order: SVU, Criminal Minds, NCIS, NCIS LA, CSI, Bones, etc on prime time television. I have no interest or desire to see a web series in the same genre or format. This web series sounds very dull! The only way I watch any web series is if they have unique stories, and premises that I can’t watch already on daytime/primetime television. Count me out for this nonsense that will join the gazillion other boring web series out there.

Woohooo!!! Way to go CC! ..so happy for you and can’t wait to watch it!..xo

Looking forward to a new web series with Crystal Chappell — miss seeing her on TV but this is the next best thing!

Congrats to CC! Sounds like a very different role for her and I can’t wait to see the brilliance she brings to it. Looking forward to seeing the show.

Great news CC congrats. I’ll be watching can’t wait. Bring it Payton Kelly !

Congrats Crystal! I hope it will be an awesome experience!

Woohoo! More opportunities for us to enjoy Crystal’s awesome talents!!!!!!

This is fantastic news! As someone who has followed Crystal’s career for over 20 years, beginning with her first run on Days in the 90’s, I can say that she is one of the most talented and versatile actresses around. Yay for the creators of The Team bein smart enough to snatch her up for the lead role 🙂 Looking very forward to having another vehicle to see CC’s abilities in the forefront. Huge congrats 🙂 Tess

I will be watching and hoping for the success of this new Web Series.

This is awesome news, I’m really excited to see more of Crystal, with all the talent that woman has, she deserves as much screentime as humanly possible 🙂

Exciting news, Crystal’s a born lead actress and we fans can never get enough of watching this talented woman. Can’t wait …. Payton !!

Crystal Chappell is one of the most talented actors in the business. Have watched her now for 3-4 years on daytime and her talent for acting is in another league. I think you all have made a wise move! I will be watching.

I’m very excited for Crystal Chappell & us fans! She’s an amazingly talented actress! She is missed on TV, so I’m glad we get to see her More via the web. Love… the ideal of her playing a cop! Can’t wait for The Team to debut! Woohoo! Weee…

Wow, can’t wait to see it. Congrats to Crystal and the executive producers.

Love all things CC. Will definitely be watching!

Congratulations Crystal can’t wait to see you, lot’s of luck .

Glad to hear about people working but CC is a VASTLY overrated actress.

WOW! Exciting news to say the least! Congrats CC! Wonder if Payton will run into any of those True Blood vamps in Shreveport? Or Sookie? Hmm! Hehe!

I’m so EXCITED that Crystal is going to be in a new webseries and is playing a police officer. Whatever Crystal plays in, I’ll run to it and support it!

So excited about this – I can’t wait to watch! Sounds like and amazing role for CC!

Well, it’s about D–N time a series took an interest in the talented Crystal Chappell!! She’s a wonderful actress and will be an incredible asset to the show. I’m certain she will continue to entertain and inspire the viewing audience with her realistic portrayals of the human experience.

Sounds interesting. I’ll watch and hopefully it’ll be well written enough to keep my interest. I do love CC so I’m happy she’s working on other projects and not just Venice (which I do watch and love) I hope that this doesn’t delay another season of that show.

Wow, I would definitely watch Olivia Spencer in action once again. I really miss Guiding Light and loved her in the role. Hope all goes well for her and this new venture.

So happy for Crystal! She deserves this and she will totally rock this! I can not wait to see on this new series. Congratulations, Crystal!

Wonderful news…….. Congratulation to you Crystal, you will rock this new series

i love anything crystal chappell does. looking forward to seeing her do this.

Love me some CC. After GL went off the air, Venice was a total blessing for me. I look forward to it every year and am sad when it is over for the year. CC U Rock!!!

Woo Hoo!!!! I’m so excited for “The Team”!!! Congratulations to those cast (and those to be cast), it’s going to be a raving success! Emily, the producer is amazing as well.

The Team needs some financial help, or it won’t happen. Tristan Rogers and David A. Gregory are also a part of this production. Please check out their Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/theteamwebtv

Lisa Rinna Would Be Down to Reprise Her Role of Taylor McBride in ‘Melrose Place’ Reboot

When Lisa Rinna departed her popular role of Billie Reed on Days of our Lives back in 1995, her next major role would be a jump to primetime and the soapy Melrose Place.

In 1996, Lisa was introduced as new character Taylor McBride and stayed with the Fox young adult sudser for three seasons. Now in 2024, with the recent reveal that a Melrose Place revival is the works with Heather Locklear, Daphne Zuniga and Laura Leighton all on board to reprise their signature roles, would Rinna board the project should it come to fruition?

Speaking with PEOPLE, Rinna expressed, “Well, gosh, I’ve heard about it. I haven’t been approached or anything, but I would love to see what Taylor McBride is up to 25 years later. Wouldn’t that be something?”

Photo: FOX

OG Melrose Place fans know that in story, Taylor moved to the Melrose Place apartment building with her husband Kyle played by Rob Estes. However, Taylor had her eye on Dr. Peter Burns played by former GH star Jack Wagner (ex-Frisco). But, by the time she had moved to the apartment complex, Peter had married tough as nails ad executive, Amanda Woodward, played by Heather Locklear.

Recalling her time on Melrose Place, Rinna added that it, “was one of my greatest and most fun acting experiences, playing Taylor and working with Heather and the whole crew.”  Rinna also noted, “So if they need a Taylor McBride appearance, they know who to call. I’m around.”

The new Melrose Place is in development at CBS Studios. In the premise of the reboot, the Melrose Place residents reunite after the death of one of their friends, “but the pressure cooker of a reunion soon uncovers old traumas, rekindles old romances, reignites old resentments, and reveals new secrets… throwing our characters into chaotic drama that’s reminiscent of the past, but with a much more modern perspective.”

So, would you want to see Lisa Rinna reprise her Melrose Place role as Taylor McBride? Comment below.

Sean Kanan’s Stepdaughter, Juliet Vega, to Appear on The Bold and the Beautiful

Coming up on this Friday’s April 26th episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Juliet Vega, the stepdaughter to Sean Kanan will make an appearance on the CBS daytime drama series in the role of Michele.

Keeping it “All in the Family”, the character is named after Juliet’s real-life mother, and Kanan’s wife, writer and producer, Michele Kanan.

Back in 2012, Sean married Michele Vega and thus began their blended family which included his daughter, Simone, and Michelle’s children, Peter, Gigi, and her twins, Annie and Juliet.

Photo: JPI

According to a B&B show spokesperson, Juliet’s B&B character is intentionally named Michele in honor of her mother and Sean’s wife.

While we don’t know how “Michele” shows up in story, it is the same episode that Clint Howard makes an appearance as well seemingly tied to the case of where in the world is Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown)?

Photo: CBS

We can’t imagine that Juliet wouldn’t get the opportunity to mix it up on-screen with her stepdad, Sean Kanan. Previously, the two acted together in Sean’s streaming series Studio City, where she played the role of Delilah and he played soap actor, Sam Stevens. In it, Delilah is the bio-daughter Sam never knew he had.

So, looking forward to seeing Juliet on B&B and how ‘Michele’ turns up in the story? Comment below.
