The finale of Gregori J.Martin’s Far From The Bay concludes with this week’s final installment which finally has long suffering Peter (played by Kristos Andrews) meeting up with his long suffering adoptive mom, Claire (played by Marie Wilson).

With an assist from soap favorite Kimberlin Brown, whose intregral as the doctor who brings mom and son together, Peter and Claire shares an emotional reunion. Then we are given a series of key flashbacks into what happened that led Peter into the arms of another special guest star, Mary Beth Evans who plays Peter’s bio mom, Sarah.

Big kudos to a tremendous performance by Marie Wilson!  As you will see, Claire has a major breakthrough thanks to Peter!

Watch the final webisode after the jump and then stay tuned for the next chapter of The Bay where this series leaves off!

Wow. What a finish! I had tears in my eyes at the end! You know what the best part is…Gregori actually allows the viewer to live in the moment. He doesn’t cut it short or rush things. We were allowed to experience the happiness. I love that! And, talk about an emotion packed episode. Wow…very well done!

The best scenes in a soap series that I’ve seen and enjoyed in quite a while. Amy – I feel the same about Gregori Martin’s writing and directing. And in agreeance with LCS, Kimberin Brown, Marie Wilson, and Kristos Andrews were just the fantastic we’ve grown to look forward to. And newcomer Anthony Aquilino was so great. Wow is right. THE BAY is a series to watch….and these actors will keep me coming back for more. Thank you Michael for publishing !

Wow! That was wonderful. It was great to see all of these actors together…and what a way to set up Season 2! I just can’t help but wonder how Peter and Sara will now resolve what’s bound to be conflict in their relationship.

Excellent finish. I can’t wait to see what happens when Peter returns to Bay City — or when Sara finds him in NY.

Powerful finish! I loved how it tied back to Bay City and of course the glimpse of MBE. Wonderful performances from Marie Wilson and Kimberlin Brown (in a very grounded role). S1 got off to a rocky start, but if this is any indication, S2 should blow it out of the water.

In a once-in-a soap-lifetime event during the Covid-19 pandemic, the cast of As the World Turns will reunite for one night online for a virtual reading of the CBS daytime drama’s final episode that aired back 10 years ago this past September,

This livestream event is for a good cause and is brought to you by former ATWT cast member, Trent Dawson’s (Ex-Henry) theatre group The Katonah Classic Stage.  Dawson is the artistic director there.

The show will be streamed  n The Locher Room YouTube channel, 0n Wednesday night, October 28th at 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST, where fans will also  have the opportunity to comment and ask questions of the cast,

The event is asking for a $15 donation to be able to see it and you can click here for more info!
