DAYS fans, here’s hoping you don’t get a fiasco like OLTL got.

Awwwwww, Rex and Gigi were a cute couple on OLTL. The bullying storyline was really well done and generated a lot of storyline for the last year of the show.

Oh Good Gawd..

Oh great…she was on Days long before OLTL but still viewers will call her Ron’s pet!!!!

I loved the character of Mimi until she was one in a long line of normal women who were turned into man hungry, desperate, lying psychotic shrews by Jim Reilly. Ron C. LOVED to write for her as Gigi on OLTL, where she was fun and spunky, and very early Mimi like. I hope this version of Mimi is still funny and spunky but once again loveable! They should bring back a version of Phillip K. for her. John Paul Lavoisier played Phillip, he played Rex to her Gigi, and they were involved in real life. They had mad awesome chemistry! Phillip needs to come back not written as a corporate douche bag. He was always the slacker, the surfer type who was not interested in rhe family business, which was a WELCOME presence in the Kiriakis household!!

Best summation, Jovin…..exactly what I would have written.
I love both Farah and John Paul….and, yes, their sexual chemistry was fast, furious and through the roof.

I’m so excited because I LOVE Mimi! 😀

One great thing about RC.
He never forgot the ”forgotten” soap stars ..
When he has an opening he will bring them back, and that is respect for them and a good thing.

Oh my god!!! This is awesome!!! I loved Mimi when she was on the canvas. Can’t wait to see her again. Wonder if she’ll mention anything about her mother Bonnie?

I’m happy to hear it. I liked her as Gigi on One Life to Live. A lot of people didn’t: but, I enjoyed the character and the actress.

ron continues to do good things at days let’s hope she is the spunky mimi we knew and loved have faith in ron jan spears anyone!!!!!!!

DO NOT mention she that shall never be named again!!!!!!!! If her name is even mentioned, Iwould turn DAYS off!!

“… I have for a long time advocated that Gay Twitter should adopt Days of Our Lives for this very reason; watching the soaps alone can be an exercise in nostalgia, but watching them together can be a real scream”

We need to ramp up the storyline with Ciara… She is a great actress and hope there are some big plans for her. Good to see old Days alumnis to come back but rarely the storyline is good enough to keep the interest..

Come on Ronnie.!!!! Great Job so far!

Definitely agree with you Tim S. I think Victoria Konefal is doing a very good job as Ciara. She’s bright and energetic and present in every scene. I hope they involve her in a bigger story. I’m sure she will rise to the occasion.

Geezus…..

Mimi was a waste of a character even BEFORE she became one of ReRon’s pets. I can’t imagine what a shit show she will be now. And did they really need another excuse for him to bring trailer trash Bonnie back again.

Any more Lockhearts show up and I come up there and start throwing pitchforks around!

Liked her as Gigi. I am newer to Days.

About time! The show has brought back everyone else, Shawn, Belle, Philip, & Chloe why did it take them this long to bring her back.

I love the character Mimi!

“Daytime Emmy Award-winning soap opera”
That’s nice. I like reading that in regard to Days.

I liked Mimi. Liked Bonnie even more. Unfortunately, she’s in prison so I doubt we’ll see much of her. Don’t know what story Mimi would be involved in. I wonder if Belle will be back too.

I wonder who she will be involved with! Very age appropriate for Eric and/or Brady!!!

Good Lord, NO. Not a Mimi fan, never was, but she was part of the woodwork on Days back in FF’s time. But FF lost me completely when she was on Days, especially the things she had to say, the people she dissed, including soaps in general when she was on OLTL.
Anyone but her.
