General Hospital’s Finn Carr Has High Praise for His New TV Mom: “It’s Been Such a Gift Working with Alexa Havins!”
The story of General Hospital’s Lulu Spencer, waking up after four years in a coma, is finally kicking into high gear, now that former All My Children favorite, Alexa Havins has made her debut in the role.
If you caught Wednesday’s November 27th episode, GH aired quite the cliffhanger to keep us wanting more as we headed into the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend. In story, Lulu, who had escaped Turning Woods, has come to the Quartermaines and at the end of the episode, she runs into her son, Rocco (Finn Carr).
In a highly-charged emotional moment, Rocco is overwhelmed and overjoyed to see his mom alive, while Lulu recognizes her son, although for a minute she probably is thinking how much he has grown since the last time she saw him four years ago.

The moment was played to perfection. Actor Finn Carr took to x following the beginning of the mother/son reunion and shared on his co-star, “It’s been such a gift working with Alexa Havins! She is a tremendous actor and wonderful human! Happy Thanksgiving #gh friends!!! 🦃”
Carr first played Rocco Falconeri in 2022, and then returned to the show in 2024 and has been upped to part of the main cast.

Now, coming up on the December 2nd episode, look for the mother/son reunion to continue as Lulu tries to get her bearings and Rocco tries to help her though it and much more.

I find it rather amusing, that after a four-year coma, Lulu’s legs are like rubber bands, but her arms and upper body strength seem to be rather in tact, and able to drag herself around.
The writer are terrible they should have contacted a doctor before writing a stupid script like that never has any persons been in coma and never learned how to do things all over I gave general hospital writers a 0
Not to mention that her legs fully recovered within 24 hours, and now she’s walking all over Port Charles… and yet somehow managing to avoid running into anybody who actually knows her.. until being seen by her SORASed son in the Q mansion.
To go from rubber band legs to power walking within 2 days, that’s some rapid recovery!
I think we lucked out. You know, how they usually drag stuff out for ages, looks like this time, they are getting right to the point. That’s OK with me. I know I’d be bored with all the re- hab stuff.
YESSSSSSSSSS
Alexa will steer Finn to GREATNESS
Ms. Havins is going to steer you in the RIGHT DIRECTION
Lulu walking and using arms etc is beyond stupid writing….
Her muscles are mush and would need intense physical therapy for months…she would not, at this point, be able even to walk using a walker– Lulu would, without a doubt be struggling with total body failure… 4 years of not using a muscle could result in never gaining back the strength..
Whoever wrote this junk should be slapped upside the head..
Of course you’re right, but the execs are desperately trying to save the show. No one wanted to wait months to have Lulu back or watch her physical therapy week after week. This is a show that has had an alien, masks that make people dead ringers for others, memory transplants and a device that could “freeze the world.” Lulu’s recovery is not even in the top five unbelievable things that have happened on GH through the years. I’m willing to let it slide if it means a great new story with a fantastic actor playing a beloved legacy character. And it looks like that’s what we’re getting!
I totally agree with that.
Finn Carr has been outstanding throughout the Sam’s death story line. He’s the best younger actor on the show, and it makes me happy to think he’s a nice guy as well as talented.
This Rocco is the sweetest kid! How cute that he even remembered his mom’s favorite sandwich. On another note, why are they delaying Laura and Lulu’s reunion?
It was a nice gesture from Rocco, but considering she hasn’t eaten in 4 years, how’s her body going to react to that sandwich? Turkey soup might have been more appropriate. I’m assuming they have had her on a feeding tube while she was in Veggieland, so at least soup would be less of a drastic change from the liquid diet her body is used to.
I watch GH with no expectations of reality.

Kate Mansi Wraps On-Screen Run as ‘General Hospital’s’ Kristina Corinthos-Davis
The Friday, June 12 episode of General Hospital marked the last for Daytime Emmy winner, Kate Mansi as Kristina Corinthos-Davis. As previously reported, the character was accepted to medical school at UCLA in California, making the end of the run for Mansi who played Kristina for three years.
The decision to depart GH was all Mansi’s decision and as also previously reported, GH executive producer Frank Valentini had left the door open for a return down the line and is currently not planning on recasting the part.
In story, in her final episode, having already said goodbye on Thursday’s show to her parents, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Kristina meets up with her siblings, Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and Michael (Rory Gibson). The three have a chat at the Metro Court Gardens.

SIBLING ADVICE
Before she leaves Port Charles, Kristina tells her brother and sister, she wants them to be there for each other, while each is managing their personal relationships: Molly with Cody (Josh Kelly) and Michael with Jacinda (Paige Herschell). Kristina thanked them for taking her to the airport and urged them to lean on each other while she was gone.
In her last scene, Kristina tells Molly and Michael right before they head for her flight, “I want each of you to be the person the other can call. OK? To show up for each other, no questions asked. Because that’s what you’ve been for me.”
KATE’S NEXT MOVE
Speaking with TV Insider, Mansi shared what she is up to next which has included accompanying her husband, Matt McInnis to Europe. Kate explained she had made the decision a few months back to exit GH. “I knew my contract was up in April and I wanted to give them the proper notice so that they could plan their future storytelling.” Kate added, “Given that my husband is working in Europe predominantly and I’ll be traveling so much, that’s what this next chapter of my life will be.”
Kate expressed that the news of her exit was hard to share with people, because she would feel sad when talking about it. Ultimately, the first to know were Nancy Lee Grahn, Kristen Vaganos, and Rory Gibson. She chose not to tell Maurice Benard, because she was so close to him in real-life, until they filmed their last episode together which aired yesterday.
There’s more! Kate gave a final tease that she has project in the works sharing, “I’m excited to have booked a short-term project in the fall that works within my schedule.” As to a future return to GH, Mansi doesn’t rule it out, “It’s Port Charles. Anything is possible.”
So, what did you think of Kate’s final scenes as Kristina with Sonny, Alexis, Molly and Michael? Do you hope Kate come back in a few years time? Weigh-in via the comment section. In case you missed it, you can catch the scenes where Kristina tells her parents she is leaving Port Charles below.
