This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, official spoilers for the ABC daytime drama series, and the just released video teaser, reveal that several women are in serious peril, but in very different ways.

First, Lulu (Alexa Havins) finds out that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is suing her for libel! Looks like Willow took Chase’s (Josh Swickard) advice to fight back on these “allegations” levied by an “out-of-it “Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) who now claims everything he told Lulu in their recorded interview was a lie. However, the GH faithful viewers know what Sidwell said is true.

Willow is ready to prove her innocence to the Quartermaines too after entering their home. Will anyone be able to crack Willow and get her to admit to all she has perpetrated, but in a court of law, so she can be sentenced for some of her crimes, or will she continue to walk around Port Charles forever unscathed?

A SONNY TAKEDOWN

Meanwhile, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) wants to take down Sonny (Maurice Benard). So, she has decided to leverage being forced by the WSB to take the CEO position of her father’s company, JJE, in order to do so.

Sonny contends he has gone straight and is no longer in the mob, but try as he might, he may have to fall back into his old ways so people see the light!

Knowing Josslyn, and everyone else refuses to believe he had nothing to do with the prison beatdown of Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Sidwell, Sonny says, “If Josslyn thinks I’m gonna let her destroy me. She’s dead wrong.”

ROSES AND CAR TROUBLE

Meanwhile, looks like Trina’s stalker is amping up their obsession. Now, at her latest musical gig at the Cat’s Eye Lounge, she receives a card and a bouquet of roses. The card reads, ‘From your biggest fan.”

Later, we see Trina sitting in her car having trouble getting it to start. Suddenly, there is a knock on her car window. Quinn (Jequan Jackson) is standing there with a smile on his face, and says, “Car trouble?” Trina is startled. Is Quinn just there to help out, or is something more heinous about to go down? Stay tuned.

General Hospital wants well never to pay for what she does so she’ll get keep going what she’s doing and get away with everything she’s done. I’m just getting tired of the General Hospital letting her get away with it and Chase is a stupidest detective I ever seen in my life can’t even see that she’s lying through her teeth. He deserves her because he’s just stupid.

Willow, drew, need to pay get them out of show permanently

No No No! Jos is being a spoiled self righteous brat, Sonny always looked out for her growing up and this is how the writers are gonna write a storyline! NO!

Trina needs to get off her high horse.
Chase needs to get a clue.
Willow needs to pay for SOMETHING.
Jose has been obsessed with Sonny for years, she needs to move on.
There’s just too many bad characters right now.
Where’s the good guys? They need to show up

Trina definitely needs to get off her high horse. Writers are aging the young too fast and unimaginable storylines. She’s a great actress, but really. Can’t wait for her, tho, to turn on Ava!

I don’t get why y’all are saying Trina needs to get off her high horse. Trina is annoying but she isn’t arrogant or acts like she is better than everyone. That would be Joss.

Yeah. I don’t like any of this:Joss’s sneering arrogance is not enjoyable, Lulu being treated like the bad guy for doing her job as a journalist while Willow is painted as a victim once again is not the payoff viewers have been waiting for, and finally, giving Trina a stalker will not make this character interesting and less annoying.

Been watching GH since the 60s and now my daughter watches too. I am sick of what the writers have done to these characters, Self righteous, selfish, sniveling, no one who commits crimes ever pays. Drew needs to go. Chase is a total fool now, Joss is anything but smart, Trina needs to grow up, the triangle of Jordan, Portia, Curtis has been overdone with all of them pig headed. Curtis and Jordan were sucking face instead of her paying mind to the road so no one else is to blame. Since the 70s and 80s this keeps getting progressively worse especially since 2020. Fix this and give the characters some respect.

General Hospital storylines are getting too weak the villains like Willow and Drew are getting away with everything this big going on for too long over a year bring it to it and Willow needs to go to jail and so do Drew. Also y’all have made Jocelyn so ruthless and think she’s spotless that she can do no wrong. She is not perfect. Y’all need to stop acting like she is rewrite this storyline with Jocelyn or take her out of the WSB. How can she be there this short of time all of a sudden she’s electrician she could do everything she could hear and everything she could break down everybody she can solve every problem like she’s never wrong. This is not real life. This is not the way this should go you giving Jocelyn too much power for her age in the circle that she’s in with her mom and her stepfather.

You nailed it…and I agree. Don’t want to see anyone leave, but they can work of softening up and wise up Drew, great actor, and Chase, an anvil needs to hit him in the head.

Yes, that’s why I quit watching the show three months ago and haven’t looked back. They’ve destroyed almost every character and every good couple. I’ve been watching the reruns from the 80s with Luke and Laura. Now that’s when GH was at its prime. Incredible writing incredible stories.

Im so sick of willow lies it time for her and drew and ava to pay for their crimes

You are right. I’m tired of this story line. Willow need to be exposed and Chase need to loose everything. Sonny needs to go back to the mob and take control.

I couldn’t agree with you more Annie Bailey. Weeping Willow needs to be exposed as the lying, manipulative attempted murderer and sent to prison. Then Chase can finally learn how truly stupid he is. Drew and Ava also need to turn in their designer wear for prison jump suits.

What is happening to GH – The direction of the show is disappointing. This used to be must watch tv at 3:00 p.m.

Yes…now when I watch, I’m just aggravated and puts me in bad mood. Chase is the worse! Where did all this stupidity come from???

For the love of all that is right, stop with the incessant propping of Joss. She doesn’t even feel like a real person anymore. Today she dons a black cat for no particular reason. It’s like Frank is all starry eyed about Carly’s spawn and he has adopted her as his new pet. She is smug, obnoxious and arrogant. And the thing is, I think we’re supposed to like her.

I meant to say “black cat suit.” Yeah. I kind of hate Joss. It is not Eden’s fault but the executive producer’s dictating this god awful writing.

I think sidwell needs to make Chase disappear, for a bit. GH needs to rehabilitate his character real fast or no one is going to care if he comes or goes. Some still like to see him at the pool and lake…wink, wink!

Im not watching until Drew/Willow get arrested and stupid Chase gets punched in the gut with the truth about lying Willow. Drew needs to tell on Willow or his daughter needs to come forward about what she seen n heard

Jeff Kober

Last night at the 53rd annual Daytime Emmy Awards, Jeff Kober’s name was called as the winner of the Outstanding Guest Performer in a Daytime Drama Series for his role as murderer and all around misunderstood bad guy, Cyrus Renault on General Hospital.

Kober added a second Daytime Emmy to his collection for playing Laura Collins’ Genie Francis) half-brother. He previously won in the Best Supporting Actor category in 2022. He was also nominated the year prior.

Due to appearing in a “theater gig,” the actor revealed in a videotaped acceptance speech why he couldn’t be at the Hollywood Palladium on October 30 for the livestreamed ceremony.

In his acceptance speech, Kober shared, “I want to say thank you to all of the actors who made this happen, and thank you especially to GH and my GH family. What a treat it has been to be with them. Sorry I wasn’t there last night. I had a prior commitment with a theater gig.”

He added, “I’m really sorry I didn’t get to see Genie (Francis) and the recognition by the Emmys she so richly deserves. Love you guys. Oh, also, congratulations to my pal, Roger Howarth (Matt, Y&R, and ex-Franco, GH). Maybe now GH will bring our characters back from the dead. Who knows? I see a storyline. Love to all. Thanks.”‘

Roger Howarth

Last night, Genie Francis received the Lifetime Achievement Award by the National Academy of Television of Arts and Sciences for her body of work since she joined GH initially in 1977 as a young teenaged Laura Vining.

Meanwhile, Howarth made history for the longest gap between Emmy wins for actors. It had been 32 years since he won Outstanding Younger Actor for his performance as Todd Manning in One Life to Live back in 1994.
