GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Will Tracy Get Out of Handcuffs? Will Carly Lie About Michael’s Choice for Care? Is it Curtains for Cyrus Renault?
General Hospital will return with all new episodes beginning tomorrow on January 21st following its preemption on Monday for continued coverage of the inauguration of President-elect Donald J. Trump.
When it returns, what will happen after Tracy (Jane Elliot) was handcuffed at the Quartermaines, seemingly on her way to the PCPD for refusing to give Wiley and Amelia back to her mother, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)? Then, Michael (Chad Duell) has a decision to make. Will he choose to have medical care for his burns in Germany or closer by at Johns Hopkins?
Carly (Laura Wright) is the person who will receive that information from Michael, while he lays in extreme pain in his hospital room. The question is, will she tell Michael’s true decision to Willow and Sonny (Maurice Benard), or lie?

Meanwhile, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) continue to work to prove that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is murdering patients in the hospital, including Dex, Sam and an attempt on Michael’s life after injecting digitalis in their IVs.

What story point are you looking forward to the most? Which story point are you looking forward to least, coming up on General Hospital? Comment below.
Donald will never be my president!
TDS alive and well
You have the wrong site. This is not a political site. We don’t care who is or isn’t your president.
I care and if you don’t, just move along to the topic you would like to discuss. It’s been a rough day for our country for profoundly disconcerting reasons.
He wrote about the soaps being pre-emoted for the inauguration so I was commenting on that.
Ooooo but he is. Suck it up buttercup.
He’ll never be “MY PRESIDENT” EITHER!!!!!!!
He is and always will be the best President ever. He makes America great. He will make us all safe so we Americans can prosper.
Fasten your seat belt naive one. You haven’t seen nothing yet.
He is not even close to being the best president ever.
Good work, comrade. You get an extra bowl of borscht today
He’s the messiah for morons!
Minnesota either
Well he is
GET OVER YOURSELF!!!! PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH!! MY PRESIDENT DONALD J TRUMP
Actually he’s my President. I paid for him.
So did I! I salute him! Heil Trumpler!
Sure hope you have lots of strength, so after 4 miserable years, you’ll be able to kick yourself in the head, and say, “what was I thinking?”
Oh how I desperately hope Tracy will be the one to destroy Drew. Her involvement in this story has elevated it immensely. Same with Brennan and Martin, can’t get enough of those two.
And Ric too! I wish they’d give Ava a better storyline than the redundant child custody issue. The incredibly talented Maura West deserves better. The funny thing about Drew is he doesn’t seem to understand that he’s the bad guy here. Conversely, Cameron Matheson doesn’t seem to get it either as he’s still playing the part as if he’s the hero despite all the horrendous things he is doing. This injects the character of Drew with an intense sense of creepiness that merges with his Howdy Doody persona.
I agree 100%hes a creep with his nose where it dont belong
Me too! They want to get rid of someone, it needs to be him!!
I’m not sure I agree with Martin’s theory today about Cyrus, but on another note. People have been mentioning Drew’s facial hair. I think it just spells sleeze and more hateful, if that’s possible. I wonder if he’s as full of himself as he acts?
Natalia is still here?
Natalia is that pesky houseguest who has overstayed her welcome.
Kind of like fish, after 3 days, , you throw them out! Unfortunately, she’s harder to get rid of. Guess she’ll be Sonny’s savior, like with Nina and then we’ll have Sonny falling all over her for saving his life. Oy Vey!
I think it would be funny as hell, if they lock up Tracy, even for a short time. She needs to know that she doesn’t own P.C and if she does something against the law, she has to pay, like everyone else. What will she do if that happens, sue the Judicial System?

GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Serena Sets Her Sights on Michael; Jason’s Emotional Exit from the Mob

This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, new and old motivations come into play with dangerous consequences. According to the just released GH video spoilers video for the week of August 3-7, a bailiff calls out, “All rise!”
Now it’s Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) vs. Curtis (Donnell Turner), as the surgeon is suing the owner of the Savoy for assault that ruined is ability to operate. At the end of the day, which of these men has enough evidence against the other? Portia (Brook Kerr) is by Isaiah’s side, while Jordan (Tanisha Harper) is with Curtis.
Next, Lucy (Lynn Herring) has a plan to get the controlling shares of Deception away from Michael (Rory Gibson). She wants her daughter, Serena (Kelly Kruger) to seduce Michael. She tells her, “Pick out your most seductive suit.” Soon, we see Serena in her bathing suit at the Metro Court face to face with Michael.
Later, there is a small baggie containing three blue pills. Nina (Cynthia Watros) ask Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), “What did you do?” We also see Michael asking the same thing of Jacinda (Paige Herschell). Leading into this week, viewers know that Willow doesn’t want the former escort anywhere near her children, Amelia and Wiley. Is this how she stops her, or is Jacinda up to old tricks and wants to frame Willow? Remember when Jacindsa drugged Drew (Cameron Mathison)? Stay tuned.
Finally, in the pick-up from last Friday’s cliffhanger, an emotional Jason (Steve Burton) continues to tell Sonny (Maurice Benard) that he cannot work for him anymore. Sonny ask, “So that’s it? You’re Out?” We fade to black.

Vincent Pastore of ‘Sopranos’ Fame and ‘General Hospital’s’ Maximus Giambetti Dies at 80

Vincent Pastore, best known for his memorable role as Salvatore “Big Pussy” Bonpensiero on HBO’s The Sopranos has passed away.
The veteran actor was found dead on August 1st in his home in the Bronx, New York. Pastore was 80-years-old. The cause of death is yet to be determined.
As well as his role on The Sopranos, many soap fans will recall he played multiple smaller roles on the beloved One Life to Live from 1995 and 2004. However, in 2008, he landed the short-term role as Maximus Giambetti on General Hospital.

PASTORE WANTED TO BE ON GENERAL HOSPITAL
Maximus was the mobster father of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) bodyguards: Max (Derk Cheetwood) and Milo (Drew Cheetwood)
According to Soap Opera Digest, Pastore told Soaps In Depth back in 2009, after appearing in a SOAPnet promotional campaign as a celebrity fan of General Hospital: “‘I’d love to be on the show. So they called up GH’s casting director (Mark Teschner) and Bobby (Robert Guza Jr. ex-head writer, GH) and they wrote me in!”
Pastore was a huge General Hospital fan from way back, who at one point told producers that he would watch the ABC soap opera while working in bars and nightclubs in the 70s and 80s.
Throughout his decades long career, Pastore appeared in films including: Goodfellas, Carlito’s Way and Men of Respect, The Jerky Boys: The Movie and the 1996 HBO TV movie Gotti.
In TV, besides The Sopranos, Pastore’s credits included: Law & Order, The Practice, Son of the Beach, Queens Supreme, Hawaii Five-0, Wu-Tang: An American Saga, plus the miniseries The Last Don II. Most recently, Vincent was a series regular on Gravesend and guest starred on Yellowjackets.
Pastore is survived by his daughter, Renee, son-in-law and granddaughter.
