GENERAL HOSPITAL: Willow Confesses and Stuns Drew, ‘I’m The One Who Shot You’
Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) plans for Drew (Cameron Mathison) became very apparent when on the Thursday, February 5 episode of General Hospital, she has arranged to set up home care for him instead of transferring him to a facility who takes care of stroke patients and those with Locked-in syndrome.
The GH staff is a bit puzzled by her choice, but she feels with her nursing training that getting Drew back at his house, where she can look after him will make him most comfortable.
Meanwhile, Kai (Jens Austin Austrup) summoned Trina (Tabyana Ali) to Drew’s house, where he is overseeing the set-up of Drew’s medical equipment and delivery. Trina wants him to stop and resign as Drew’s intern, but Kai fires back that he can’t knowingly leave Drew in the situation post-stroke in the care of the woman he knows shot him and not make sure nothing else happens to him.

Just then, Willow walks in as Trina is saying that Willow is “dangerous.” Willow tells Kai he is grateful to him for helping get things set-up for Drew, but then she asks since the ramp has not been installed in the front of the house for his wheelchair, she requests of Kai to bring Drew in from the outside through the back.
MISERY
Next, Kai and Trina visit Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) at her law office and inform her that Willow is going to be taking care of Drew at his house. Kai says he is going to keep working for Drew in order to keep tabs on his safety and Willow. Something tells me Willow might dispense of Kai if she realizing everything he knows!
Back at Drew’s, the medical supply company rep helps get Drew settled in the bedroom as Willow says she can take things from here. Next, Willow walks up to the side of the medical bed. She wants to make sure Drew could hear her, so he blinked one time confirming “yes.” She then snidely told him it’s nice to not have him talking over her all the time. Next, she leaned in and told Drew, “It was me. I’m the one who shot you!” In turn, a shocked Drew blinked multiple times which means “NO!” Willow has Drew right where she wants him, and now she can proceed to scare the life out of him.
HE WHO HOLDS THE ‘KEY’

Meanwhile at the Qs, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) return home while Sonny (Maurice Benard), Carly (Laura Wright) and Michael (Rory Gibson) are all there. Brook Lynn wants to have a private conversation with Sonny, while Michael walks Carly out leaving Chase alone who spots Michael’s keys on the table, and sees one that belongs to Drew’s house, which in turn, confirms to him that he was right and Michael is the prime suspect in Drew’s shooting and the person who should be standing trial. Little does Chase know how wrong and off his instincts truly are!
So, what did you think of Willow confessing to Drew that she shot him? Katelyn MacMullen told Soap Opera Digest on the story point: “She believes that (with Drew in the picture), she’s not safe and no one around her is safe, either. At first, I thought she was doing all of this to try to kill him, and I do think there’s a part of her that might have even wanted to (do that) to be completely free of him, but now I think she probably just wants him to be incapacitated.”
So, do you think Michael ends up being charged with Drew’s shooting? Has Willow gone full ‘Misery’ on Drew? Share your thoughts via the comment section below. But first, watch the key scenes between Kai and Trina discussing Drew being taken care of by the woman who shot him.
Well, Drew has to feel like a complete idiot now. But completely unable to do anything about it. Wonder if Chase will have to be put into a similar state of being before he wakes up?
They’ve ruined Chase. Kind of sad. I once liked him!
Totally agree. He was nice eye candy. Now I can’t stand when he’s on since he’s so one track minded about it. I can’t wait for him to find out that Willow did it. The thing that’s so dumb is that he’s so focused on Michael being there but “forgets” that Willow was there too. And if they charge Michael based on a key. Ugh. Also, who doesn’t notice a random key on their keychain.
I agree.
I love it that Willow leaned in and got right in his face to tell Drew that she is the one who shot him. He must feel like a real jackass now. She needs to tell him how much she hates him and that he is the reason she lost custody of her children. I hope she tells him that she’s the cause of his stroke too. Drew has given so many people nothing but grief for so long. It’s his turn to suffer. I don’t want Willow to get away with everything. But, it’s good to see Drew squirm for a change. Of course, he’s completely paralyzed and can’t squirm. How sad.
Chase needs to mind his own business if he wants to continue to have a marriage and a job. I can see Brook Lynn getting real tired of his constant obsession with Weeping Willow. I know I am.
I’m pretty sure he already knows she’s responsible for his stroke … he felt the jab in his neck from the syringe, and he knew he was alone with her at the time.
Right. And he looked at her all bugged eyed after Willow injected him with the syringe. Okay… I know Drew is always bugged eyed but there were flickers of realization in those buggy eyes.
Love it! My only qualm with recent developments is how anyone would believe that Michael would eagerly put Drew’s house key on his key chain after shooting him? Michael ain’t stupid but clearly Chase is.
This harkens back to Chase’s origin story where he was hoodwinked by Willow’s fellow evil twin Janelle.
Will he discover this deception before it’s too late? Either Chase or Kai (or maybe both) likely won’t survive this storyline.
True. Chase seems to be a sucker for psychos masquerading as damsels in distress. First, Nelle and now her sister, Willow. Speaking of Janelle, I’d rather see Nina direct her attention toward helping and mentoring her rather spending all of her time&energy helping her ungrateful daughter.

The veteran actor was found dead on August 1st in his home in the Bronx, New York. Pastore was 80-years-old. The cause of death is yet to be determined.

So they called up GH’s casting director (Mark Teschner) and Bobby (Robert Guza Jr. ex-head writer, GH) and they wrote me in!”
Pastore was a huge General Hospital fan from way back, who at one point told producers that he would watch the ABC soap opera while working in bars and nightclubs in the 70s and 80s.
Throughout his decades long career, Pastore appeared in films including: Goodfellas, Carlito’s Way and Men of Respect, The Jerky Boys: The Movie and the 1996 HBO TV movie Gotti.
