GH’s Former Nikolas Cassadines, Tyler Christopher and Marcus Coloma, Come Face to Face
Who would have ever thought GH fans would get to see scenes between two of the actors who formerly played the role of Nikolas Cassadine? We’re talking about Daytime Emmy-winner Tyler Christopher and Marcus Coloma.
Tyler Christopher, played the part on and off from 1996-2016, while Marcus Coloma was the most recent on-contract actor to take on the role from 2019-2022. He last aired in January of 2023. After his exit, Adam Huss took over the role, once again (he had previously subbed for Coloma) until the part was written out, for now.
You can catch Tyler and Marcus together in the latest installment of Coloma and Kin Shriner’s (Scott, GH) Instagram series, “Two Dicks”. In the story, Coloma and Kin are out of work and have a sort of, kind of, PI agency? They receive a call from Maurice Benard (Sonny, GH) that one of his Daytime Emmys had gone MIA, and thus begins the journey of the fumbling ‘Dicks’ attempting to get clues and solve the mystery.

It is then, that Coloma meets up with Christopher to try to glean some intel on the mystery. This all leads to a stare down near a metro liner waiting area, and then Coloma following Christopher around.
It was a clever move from Coloma and Shriner to have Christopher appear in their short form series given the rich history of GH.
As previously reported, Christopher was arrested for public intoxication on May 26th.

Coloma is currently residing in Florida and going back and forth to Los Angeles for his acting career as well as working on other projects. Kin Shriner also spends time in Florida.

So was this before or after the sad story with Tyler drunk at the airport.
GH Films about 4-6 weeks in Advance so After.
An attention-grab from Marcus Coloma who I wish would just… disappear into the background.
What’s really strange is the lead photo for this post is at the Burbank Airport train station. Tyler’s recent arrest occurred outside the airport terminal. Coincidence or bad optics?
Here is an idea get TC some help ok he has a problem with alcohol he needs to get sober and stop with the videos and the Hollywood crap! Disgusting
I did not enjoy this video. Tyler also does not look well.
Totally agree. Contrary to all the gushing comments on Instagram I was more uncomfortable with it. His battle with alcoholism has affected his whole life. I was affected by someone’s alcoholism and I just wish I could “shake” some sense in Tyler Christopher. I feel for his children.
He does need help. Treatment and meetings will help him change his life. Being a addicted with 12 years clean and sober I know it works. I encourage you Tyler. Seel out Treatment because if you want something different you have to do something different.
Love ❤️ and prayers
Wow.. Lotta haters in the comments section. Why bother if you only want to spread negativity? Anywho.. loved it! Glad to see Marcus and Tyler together! Pretty wild! Wishing them both the best and hopeful that one of them gets back to being Nikolas, ASAP!! Much love!
Are you unfilimiliar with Tyler’s long struggle with alcohol? The comments read more about concern and caring for his welfare.
Exactly.
There’s no chance that Marcus comes back to the show. It’s either a new recast or Adam Huss.

GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Serena Sets Her Sights on Michael; Jason’s Emotional Exit from the Mob

This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, new and old motivations come into play with dangerous consequences. According to the just released GH video spoilers video for the week of August 3-7, a bailiff calls out, “All rise!”

At the end of the day, which of these men has enough evidence against the other? Portia (Brook Kerr) is by Isaiah’s side, while Jordan (Tanisha Harper) is with Curtis.

Leading into this week, viewers know that Willow doesn’t want the former escort anywhere near her children, Amelia and Wiley. Is this how she stops her, or is Jacinda up to old tricks and wants to frame Willow? Remember when Jacindsa drugged Drew (Cameron Mathison)? Stay tuned.

Vincent Pastore of ‘Sopranos’ Fame and ‘General Hospital’s’ Maximus Giambetti Dies at 80

Vincent Pastore, best known for his memorable role as Salvatore “Big Pussy” Bonpensiero on HBO’s The Sopranos has passed away.
The veteran actor was found dead on August 1st in his home in the Bronx, New York. Pastore was 80-years-old. The cause of death is yet to be determined.
As well as his role on The Sopranos, many soap fans will recall he played multiple smaller roles on the beloved One Life to Live from 1995 and 2004. However, in 2008, he landed the short-term role as Maximus Giambetti on General Hospital.

PASTORE WANTED TO BE ON GENERAL HOSPITAL
Maximus was the mobster father of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) bodyguards: Max (Derk Cheetwood) and Milo (Drew Cheetwood)
According to Soap Opera Digest, Pastore told Soaps In Depth back in 2009, after appearing in a SOAPnet promotional campaign as a celebrity fan of General Hospital: “‘I’d love to be on the show. So they called up GH’s casting director (Mark Teschner) and Bobby (Robert Guza Jr. ex-head writer, GH) and they wrote me in!”
Pastore was a huge General Hospital fan from way back, who at one point told producers that he would watch the ABC soap opera while working in bars and nightclubs in the 70s and 80s.
Throughout his decades long career, Pastore appeared in films including: Goodfellas, Carlito’s Way and Men of Respect, The Jerky Boys: The Movie and the 1996 HBO TV movie Gotti.
In TV, besides The Sopranos, Pastore’s credits included: Law & Order, The Practice, Son of the Beach, Queens Supreme, Hawaii Five-0, Wu-Tang: An American Saga, plus the miniseries The Last Don II. Most recently, Vincent was a series regular on Gravesend and guest starred on Yellowjackets.
Pastore is survived by his daughter, Renee, son-in-law and granddaughter.
