GH's Parry Shen Shares Video Farewell Message To Kelly Thiebaud Containing BEST OF BRATT Moments!

Courtesy/ABC

What a testament to Kelly Thiebaud (Britt) that so many of her cast mates, the series head writer, and the fans, have been sending special messages via social media today to the talented actress who wrapped-up her on-screen run on today’s episode of General Hospital!

But perhaps the most special bond the character of Britt Westbourne shared was with her bestie Brad Cooper played by Parry Shen.

In a very special video send-off and message to his co-star, Parry gives his reactions upon hearing gal pal Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) was going to exit GH, then shares a personal heartfelt message, and then launches into a video compilation of BRATT’s greatest moments!

Parry’s message to Kelly:  “Kel, I’m going to miss you.  These past 18 months have been fantastic. I don’t know if Britt and Brad were supposed to become friends, when she first roped him into doctoring the Hyperemesis gravidarum results, but I am glad it did. I have been doing this long enough to know when something works, it’s really cool and rare.  But I hope to work with you on maybe this show, or maybe on another show, but I am going to miss you. (blows kiss)  You will always be my hag … and here are some of Britt and Brad’s greatest hits!”

And next, Parry put together so many of the “Best Of” moments from the relationship of BRATT!  It’s sweet, funny, and dramatic, just like the relationship these two actors delivered to the GH audience for the last year and a half.

Watch the video from Parry below!  Then, let us know what you thought of it … and what was your favorite scene of Britt and Brad’s!

Awwww. Loved Bratt. Their relationship made both characters loveable and rootable. Will miss Britt’s relationships with Brad, Spencer & her mother. She can do better than Nick and Patrick IMO.

Can I just say, awww?!

That was so sweet and, I appreciate the high definition. What a tribute!

Can Parry release a single of that song, Brokenhearted, because he sings it so much better than the original (Karmin).

Soaps need more of these naughty, but fun friendships. I guess the only thing we have left is Theresa and Anne on DAYS and maybe Kevin and Mariah on Y&R.

I liked The Britch …
Britt was rather bland..
Britt and Nikolas were a snore..
I wish they would have never put out the fire of The Britch ..
but-
Kelly is beautiful and a great actress..
I am sure she will find her happiness and a great career outside of GH..
We will be seeing Kelly 🙂

((I had a chuckle seeing Kelly signed her message
” I love you all – Britch!”

I liked all the scenes they were in together. I truly felt that I watched two real friends and not two actors. They made everything real. She is such a beauty and I reacted like he did in the beginning of the tape. They should never let her go. She can really act.

oh jeeez now I’m crying again! between this and Daniel’s demise on Revenge I’m a blubbering, bawlin’, bowl of tears. I LOVE Britt! (Why am I suddenly channeling Spencer?) Sigh..I really, really do like her. Hate that’s she’s leaving. Great, adorable, heartwarming video though. They really were great together! Perry’s got a lot of personality on and off camera!

First..Parry, not Perry. Argh!!! Didn’t you think it was a tad out-of-character for Helena to stand by during the teary farewell? And as if that wasn’t enough…she put her arm consolingly over Dr. O’s. (Maybe tomorrow shel’ll shove her off the pier! lol. At least I’d recognize THAT Helena!) She killed her own daughter…I doubt she’s got a tender spot in her body other than for Nicolas and Spencer! It was a nice touch…but all of a sudden we have a warm-hearted Faison too! Maybe they’re ALL under under some kind of mind control! But yeah, jimh…really is a pity… Read more »

What a great tribute to a “love to hate”, yet “you just gotta love” duo. Their friendship became genuine and sweet to watch. I will miss the team. How sweet of Parry to put this together, showing their friendship goes beyond the walls of GH ! I loved Britt and Brad’s friendship, as well as Britt and Nicolas’ romance (even though it was not based on honesty – they made a good couple). I wish Kelly the best of luck, and she will be missed by Parry, and sooooooo many of us I am sure.

I shall sorely miss these “Wonder Twins” of witty and withering snark…..’Tis truly a special thing when one finds their “sarcastic soulmate!” Maybe for Christmas Dr. O. will take Brad under her wing! That would definitely help to fill the considerable void Britt left for both of these unique characters! I’ve become so accustomed to her playing off Mutta and the labmaster that I’m having a difficult time imagining either one of them without the presence of “The Britch!” (Brad more than Liesl….Obrecht can make talking to a wall amusing, but having said that, what a devastating mother-daughter duo KT… Read more »

I hear you, jimh!!!! It simply will not be as much fun without Obrecht and her co-scheming offspring,”Schatzi,”although I am glad that Dr. O. still has Nathan to dote upon….wasn’t she awesome today in her “Mama Bear” mode when she stepped in to treat him? And her little wink at Maxie when she left the room to allow the forbidden couple a few moments of privacy was adorable!!!! That’s what I love about KG….she never ceases to surprise and delight, no matter what sort of material she is presented. By the way, I am highly desirous of a holiday treat… Read more »

Hugs all around, Patrick…and thank you!!! Seems so many of us are left bereft by the bon voyage to our brilliant “Britta!” Her character had so much left to offer, it is a real shame that some accommodations to KT could not have been arranged to keep her on the GH canvas in some capacity with her beloved Mutta, BFF Brad, partner-in-cahoots Spencer, et al! While you are undoubtedly aware that I am no Nina devotee’, I will say that she was much more tolerable when dealing with her newly discovered relatives….who actually ended up being the saner branch of… Read more »

Yes, lets hear Dr.O sing…maybe ‘ill Be Home For Christmas’ while thinking of Britt and Faison with a tear streaming down her face…Santa appears and makes her wish come true by bringing her to Britt and Santa rips off his mask(lol) and its Ceaser!!! I agree about Nina being more tolerable with her relatives…maybe in more scenes with them she may grow to be somewhat likeable…love Liesl in her ‘mama bear mode’…Helene was suprising, showing a softer side in those scenes with Spenser and co. at the piers…Spenser can get on my nerves but i do enjoy him with Britt…hope… Read more »

what an emotional exit. She will truly be missed. I hope the door stays open for her. Some actors just make a difference and she is one. Another one was Connie/Kate. She was a big loss to the show. I wish Kelly luck and I do hope someday she will return.

I love Bratt! Parry is a sweetheart and a class act! I know Brad has Lucas, but I still hope they give him a new friend, preferably on the same snark/fun level as Bratt. 🙂 Britt and Brad together were gold! They had the most realistic friendship compared to the other characters and were NEVER boring. I have so many favorite lines from them, but my favorite scene is definitely from the nurse’s ball when Brad was singing at Lucas’s table with Kelly and some random woman jumping up and down in the background. The contrast between the reactions of… Read more »

That was a very sweet tribute to Britt (Kelly) from Brad (Parry). Everyone can see why they had such great chemistry on screen…they have a great friendship off screen. Gonna miss Britt. Her last scenes with Spencer broke my heart! Great actress! As an avid GH fan, I wish her the best of luck in the future but would wholeheartedly welcome her back anytime!!!

I am so impressed by Parry Shen, not only his acting, but now this sweet tribute to his acting partner. To me, the friendship between Britt and Brad has been one of the (few) bright spots at GH. I thoroughly enjoyed their interaction and their support of one another. Such friendships are hard to cultivate in real life (in my opinion). These actors made it look so easy, so natural. I was half-expecting a storyline at some point in which Brad was questioning his feelings for Britt and wondering whether he might be bisexual or even straight. Hang in there,… Read more »

I also liked these two. Wish Kelly all the best, and Parry a few more lines to say. Nice to see they actually enjoyed working with each other. They both are talented actors and they each went from trouble makers to likable characters.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Felicia, Robert & Holly’s Masterplan Revealed Featuring Heart-Tugging Moments from Tristan Rogers & Emma Samms

Wednesday’s General Hospital began where the previous episode left off, with an on-fire, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), literally! As the action picks up, Robert (Tristan Rogers) covers Holly with blankets to try and douse the flames.  The paramedics announce Holly has suffered second-degree burns over 75% of her body.

When the ambulance takes off, Robert goes with it. Meanwhile, Jordan (Tanisha Harper) and Mac (John J. York) are looking for evidence from the cabin fire … and wonder where the necklace has gone?

Courtesy/ABC

Later, the ambulance pulls over to the side of the road, and one of the drivers is none other than paramedic Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner)! Felicia reveals herself as does Holly, who is perfectly fine, and Robert, who was in on the entire ruse to get Holly safely out of the country and away from Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).

Viewers learn in flashbacks how this trio worked together to pull this off: Felicia showed up at the cabin with fire retardant clothes for Holly to wear and revealed how she planned to set the stove to start the fire.  We then learn that Holly and Robert staged Robert’s drugging and mugging, in order for Holly to steal the necklace and leave it inside the cabin for the PCPD to find.  It was Holly’s plan to ensure that Victor would have no further use for her.

Next, Robert gives Holly the keys to a car that can’t be traced; as she is to drive to Canada with a new ID and completely disappear.  Felicia adds that records will show that Holly was taken to a burn facility halfway around the world, freeing her to find out just where Victor is holding her beloved son, Ethan.

Courtesy/ABC

Holly has a surprise in store for Victor on her departure! In a flashback, Holly meets up with Selina Wu (Lydia Look) on the pier and gifts her with one of the jewels from the necklace in exchange for poisoning Victor for her. Holly tells Selina she won’t find her son alive and well if Victor is dead, and assures Selina the poison will not kill Victor, but will be payback.

As the episode comes to a conclusion, and if you are a longtime fan of GH, you probably reached for the hankies in touching and beautifully-played moments between Tristan Rogers and Emma Samms.

Courtesy/ABC

In the story, Holly apologizes to Robert for all the trouble she has caused, but the two share a passionate kiss before they say their final goodbyes. BUT .. you didn’t think Holly would try to get away without one last scheme? She had the necklace in her pocket the whole time, begging the question … was she  going to take it with her? However, Robert knew Holly had the necklace and asks her to hand it over to him, which she does.

For her final moments, Holly walks off into the fog, which could only signify that this guest star turn for Emma Samms has come to its conclusion.

So, what did you think about the twists on today’s episode? Did you think Robert, Felicia and Holly were in cahoots? What did you think of the final scenes between Tristan Rogers and Emma Samms? Comment below.

GH’s Holly Set Ablaze; Show Reveals Stunt Double For Emma Samms From Major Cliffhanger

If you caught the end of Tuesday’s fiery episode of General Hospital, you know that Holly (Emma Samms) who was cornered by the PCPD, ended up on fire when the cabin she was in went up in flames!

In the cliffhanger, Holly was seen on fire coming out of the cabin.  Of course, viewers knew that a stunt double would have to be called in to tape such a moment, and that is exactly what the ABC daytime drama series did.

On Wednesday, GH’s official Instagram released a photo of Samms and stunt performer Colby Lemmo stating: “We’re seeing double! 🔥 Let’s give stunt performer @colby_lemmo a hand for helping bring yesterday’s explosive finale to life. 👏👏👏 ”

Lemmo has performed stunts for major motion pictures and TV shows  including: The Mandalorian, Westworld, Criminal Minds, 9-1-1. and many others.

Now the question becomes, what will happen to Holly? We know that Emma Samms only returned to GH for a limited-run to reprise her signature GH role.

Does this mean that Holly might be recast with a new face, if she is badly burned and disfigured … or is this just an exit strategy where the character gets sent away to heal from her burns … or was that not really Holly who came out of the cabin?  Three possible theories that fans are pondering.

So, what did you think of the fiery conclusion of yesterday’s GH? What do you think will happen to Holly? Share your thoughts via the comment section below.

GH’s Josh Swickard Stars in HBO Max Film ‘A Hollywood Christmas’

Circle Thursday, December 1st! That’s when you can see General Hospital’s Josh Swickard (Chase) in yet another holiday film.  This time, Swickard stars alongside Jessika Van in A H0llywood Christmas streaming on HBO Max.

In story, A Hollywood Christmas follows Jessica, a successful Christmas movie director, who begins living her own real-life Christmas movie when a handsome television executive named Christopher (played by Swickard), shows up on the set.

Sent by the network to decide if producing Christmas movies are worth the expense, Christopher’s presence threatens to halt production on Jessica’s latest film. With Christopher looking over her shoulder on behalf of the network, Jessica now has to juggle: actors on the set falling in and out of love, an elf dog, and her own romantic feelings for the network exec!

As many are aware, Josh stars in many holiday films, so it’s a bit of send-up about a guy who is in Christmas movies starring in a movie about the making of one.

Warner Brothers posted tune-in info on their official Instagram a few days ago, sharing, “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas… #AHollywoodChristmas premieres in SIX Days! Spend the #HolidaysWithHBOMax.”

You can check out the trailer below.
