Haley Pullos Returns to Court Over Car Crash and Felony Counts

Haley Pullos was back in court yesterday on August 30th, after pleading not guilty, in the ongoing case of the felony charges levied against her in a major car crash back in April of this year.
At that time, Pullos was arrested for colliding head-on into another vehicle, when she was driving the wrong way on the freeway. She also hit another car before that. Since then, the actress has been on an extended leave from her role as Molly on General Hospital. Since her DUI-incident, two other actress have filled in for her – Holiday Mia Kriegel and currently, Brooke Ann Smith.
According to the Daily Mail, during her court appearance, the judge adjourned the case until October, so attorney’s could exchange evidence ahead of her trial. Haley is charged with one felony count of DUI causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08 BAC or higher, and one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run.
Pullos, who reportedly used crutches during last month’s court appearance, appeared this time wearing a black ankle brace.
The driver of the other car in the crash was identified as 23-year-old Courtney Wilder, who sustained serious injuries and was rushed to hospital, and almost died. Reportedly, Pullos is also being sued by the victim. In the lawsuit, the victim claims, Pullos ‘dangerously and recklessly’ drove her vehicle the wrong way up the off-ramp to Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena and onto the Eastbound Freeway.
The report also alleged that Pullos hit a firefighter who was assessing her injuries and shouted,’This is a $400 f****** shirt!’, seemingly unaware of what happened to the other driver.
The Daily Mail also showed photos of Pullos in the courtroom and arriving on the scene.
So, what do you make of this most recent appearance by Haley in court? Do you think she will be found guilty during her trial? Will she ever return to GH? Share your thoughts and theories below.
Lock her up, she deserves to be in jail.
I feel very sorry for Courtney who was injured. May she get better with medical attention and rehabilitation.
I hope Miss Poulos gets the book thrown at her and never works again. Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!
I hope courtney and you both get better! I also wish Haley gets the help she needs! Id very much like to see her back as Molly!
She would have done herself a favor by pleading guilty and taken her punishment. The court probably would have been more lenient with her if she admitted her “mistake”.
She definitely needs to spend some time in jail tho!!
I agree
Why is mistake in quotes? She committed a felony there is nothing funny about DUI.
I don’t understand why she is pleading not guilty either! Her lawyer must be money hungry if he/she advised her to plead this way! With all of the evidence against her I don’t know how she thinks a jury won’t find her guilty. Jensen Buchanan (ex-Sarah One Life To Live) did the same thing her DUI was also a head on crash causing injury. She pleaded guilty and got 1 year in county jail and 5 years probation which seems pretty light considering she could have killed someone. I don’t know if Haley or her lawyer think the fact she checked into rehab will help her case and that’s the reason she’s pleading not guilty??? I doubt that will work and she’d be better off pleading guilty! She’s gonna do time no matter what and now the jury will decide how much!
I want her back on the show as molly we all make mistakes
I agree. She has been the best Molly. I don’t like the ones that have replaced her.
I miss her on the show. Her victim deserves whatever compensation she’s owed and I hope Haley is remorseful. Only then does she deserve some grace.
We all make mistakes but DUI i find so reprehensible and it is just so obvious she could care less she injured someone. And in the age of Lyft and Uber there is just no excuse anymore for this stupid behavior.
Ms. Pullos needs to get her sh*t together and accept responsibility for her actions, and doing some jail time could be the wake-up call she needs to begin to do that. She almost killed someone, and her only concern was that she was wearing an expensive shirt!! That’s just so tone deaf and shows that her priorities are completely screwed up. I don’t want to see her as Molly on General Hospital, I want to see her step up and make meaningful amends to all of the people who she has harmed. That is the only thing that matters.
Really don’t like this Nicholas, he creeps me out bring back Marcus!
Don’t get me wrong. I love Haley as Molly. Can’t stand Nunu,Molly. However, I have a cousin who was recently hit on by a drunk driver. He is 15 years old and will spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair. Drunk driving. Zero tolerance.
Totally
Let her be gone!
Let there be justice for the harm she has caused others. As for GH, I have no interest in the character of Molly.
Im glad not to be all judgey alcoholism is a disease… the show has people drinking all the time they sure treated Tyler Christopher better…
Tyler was under contract when his drinking issues arose. He did not face felony charges and did not receive physically hurt someone. Haley has never been under contract. She is charged with a felony and caused grear bodily harm. The situations are totally different.
She has a disease that needs to be address. She made a huge mistake. She has to own up to her mistake and get herself help with her problem. She is not the only one in the world to have this issue. But needs to get herself help and take whatever punishment given.. We pray for her and the victim. ❤️
She is just so very unrecognizable from “Molly” of years gone by. Just sad a story and very disappointing by her lack of comprehension of what she caused.
The other person almost died… throw the book at her. I have no pity for Hayley

Kelly Monaco Celebrates 20 Years on GH and Sam’s Evolution: “All the Pieces Don’t Fit Perfectly Yet, But It’s Certainly Not Broken Anymore!”

Sunday, October 1st will mark the 20th anniversary of Kelly Monaco’s debut on General Hospital as Sam McCall. And as the story goes, when Kelly finished her run on Port Charles as Livvie Locke (2000-2003), and the show had been canceled, the three major networks were all interested in her to join their soaps.
In the end, GH won out and fans of the ABC daytime drama series have been the lucky ones to have Monaco join the A-list cast of the iconic soap. Throughout Sam’s journey in Port Charles, viewers have seen quite the character growth. Sam started on the show as a con and hustler, and bloomed into a bonafide heroine and a private investigator.
Kelly shared with Soap Opera Digest in their latest issue, how she viewed the Sam of old, to the Sam of today: “Sam came on to the canvas only having herself and her brother, always taking care of someone, and never being taken care of. I think the biggest evolution for her is starting from being a really lonely, scared woman and becoming a woman who is still really independent, but is protected by family and friends and love and relationships and loyalty, and she never had that before.”

In a very poetic way, Monaco added on her character’s development: “She came in bent and broken, and I feel like there’s a lot of her that’s still broken, but she’s constantly sort of putting the Rubik’s Cube together. All the pieces don’t fit perfectly, yet, but it’s certainly not broken anymore.”
Throughout Sam’s two decades in Port Charles she has been in love, suffered terrible lost, found family members, had children, and has been involved in some of the most dangerous and criminal cases involving many a villain as she tried to help bring them to justice.

Currently, Sam is involved in a romance with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Viewers wonder if Lulu ever wakes up out of her coma, would that spell trouble for their relationship, and in turn, give Kelly some great meaty story to work with?
Now, in the comment section below, share your congrats to Kelly for her 20-year-run on GH. Then let us know, what has been your favorite Sam story over the years?
