That’s it? I was hoping for more names than this. For one James DePaiva. Does this guy even act anymore? How about Robin Strausser or Erika Slesak?? Oh well………….

Wonderful news. I’ll even break my own rule and watch the alphabet network just to see my beloved OLTL stars again.

Ditto! I admit to still watching GH but that’s it. This episode of Caste will definitely be (another) exception to the rule.

You should watch Castle if you really like Nathan Fillion, Its a really good show.
And I would hate to see it canceled because not enough people watched it. I think if all of the One Life to live fans watched the show maybe they would have more of the stars from One Life to Live on the show

Same here. I never watch ABC except to record GH, but I will try to remember this episode of Castle. It’s a shame so many good actors were put out of work by the network cost cutters. 🙁

Really looking forward to this.

BRING back OLTL as a nighttime presentation and call it LANDVIEW presented
on Sunday nights for the 10PM slot. Throw in some of the alumni from All My Children and ABC-TV would have a great Sunday night show.

Really looking forward to this episode. Been following Nathan’s career since Joey and Dorian days. Love everything he’s been in. Great to see Kassie and Tuc together again. And speaking of Sonya, she was the “star” of today’s GH. Loved the way she put Sonny in his place.

Of course we are! Would love to see the whole series back on television everyone Robertos warrants Hillary be Smith Robin Strawser susan Batten everybody! It was wrongly removed from television and certainly should’ve been picked up by either the Oprah network or some other network like USA. I will never understand why it didn’t happen. The Fanbase is strong as ever and you guys will see this when you seen the ratings for the show go through the rough! Kassie is so great! What a beautiful lady and interest! Everyone on the show was top of the heap and… Read more »

The fanbase was only about 2 milliion, not enough to keep advertisers happy. Thats why it was cancelled. A truly loyal group of fans, but not enough.

The only roadblock I can see with bringing back any type of new inception of ONE LIFE TO LIVE (or All My Children) either as a night time presentation or a daytime drama is that no one seems to know for certain who currently owns the rights to these two iconic shows.
Does Prospect Park still technically “own” the leasing rights, or does ABC-TV actually “own” the rights to the show(s).
Does anyone know because the lawsuit between the two companies has not (I don’t think) been settled…has it?

Tom Pelphrey Set As Series Regular For Amazon’s Mystery Drama ‘Outer Range’

Another great feather in the cap for one of the finest actors we know, former Guiding Light and As the World Turns alum, and two-time Daytime Emmy winner, Tom Pelphrey.

Fresh of his star-turn in Netflix;s Ozark as Laura Linney’s on-screen brother Ben, Pelphrey has nabbed a key role in the upcoming Amazon series, Outer Range.

The show also stars Lilli Taylor and Tamara Podemski and Josh Brolin.  Outer Range is from playwright Brian Watkins, Brad Pitt’s Plan B Entertainment and Amazon Studios.

According to Deadline: The story centers on Royal Abbott (Brolin), a rancher fighting for his land and family, who discovers an unfathomable mystery at the edge of Wyoming’s wilderness.  Taylor will portray Cecilia Abbott, the matriarch of the Abbott family. Cecilia is a woman of deep faith, which she finds tested as never before. Podemski will play Deputy Sheriff Joy. A life-long cop, Joy is running for county sheriff, and is the first gay Native American to ever do so in Wyoming. Pelphrey is Perry Abbott, the dutiful, eldest Abbott son, who is torn up inside by the lingering mystery of his missing wife.”

Coming up this Oscar season look for Tom in David Fincher’s Mank, where he plays Joseph Mankiewicz .
