Kristen Has Daniel All Tied-Up! Watch The Return Of Eileen Davidson On Days of our Lives!

Next week on the Monday July 28th episode of Days of our Lives, Daytime Emmy winner, Eileen Davidson returns for her next stint as Kristen DiMera on the NBC soap opera!
It’s been a huge couple of months for Davidson! First signing back on with a new contract to The Young and the Restless to reprise the role of Ashley Abbott. Next, winning her first Daytime Emmy as Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, then having her next arc as Kristen on DAYS about to air, and then big news this week. that although unconfirmed from Bravo, it looks like Eileen has signed on to be in the new season of the hit reality series, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!
However, to get you ready for Eileen’s return to Salem, the series offered up TV Guide this clip you can watch here after the jump, where Kristen has none other than Dr. Daniel Jonas (Shawn Christian) all tied-up, literally! With a little help from a henchmen, looks like Kristen is about to unleash her latest plot! But what is it going to be? Watch the clip, then weigh-in on what you think will happen next?
I don’t know what’s going to happen, but Kristen looks like she means business and that henchman looks like he can bench-press both of them!
Looking forward to seeing what Kristen is up to.
Im sick of Daniel with one woman after another either want him or trying to break up Danial and Jen…give the underused Lucas more story…Eve and Kristen look more like sisters than Eve and Theressa(i know theyre half)…let Jen have a nervous breakdown and pair Daniel with Nicole just as Eric realizes he wuvs her and return to the priesthood…Erik and Danial im getting bored with…either pair Erik with Nicole and Danial with Jen or move them on with others…maybe Nicole and Lucas and leave Danial single…have Clyde rape Abigal who becomes pregnant and decides to keep the baby and tells Ben he is the father…Jen learns the truth and shoots Clyde who lives…there are other suspects including Kate whom Clyde blackmails into marrying him and Rafe who gets fired from his job after beating Clyde for harassing Jordan…Jen is revealed as Clydes shooter but has a breakdown and sent to mental hospital just like her mother…have Eve, like i said before, remark ‘The nut doesnt fall far from the tree’ which she says in front of Laura(in town for the shows 50th) who slaps Eve good…reveal Clyde as the long lost nephew of Stephano Dimera…bring back Bill and Laura!!!
also more Abe and Maxine…have Paiges friend Marybeth be Maxines granddaughter…pair Aiden and Kayla with Aiden hiding his feelings for Hope and Hope trying to do the same about Aiden…have John awaken from his coma thinking he is Roman and still married to Marlena…if Wally Kurth plans at staying at GH have his character of Justin and Bo Brady missing and presumed drowned in the Atlantic in a plane crash as they are returnning to Salem!!!
on staying…
My thought……that Mary Beth looks like a mini version of Anne. Have her be Anne’s daughter. It would certainly explain why Mary Beth is so needlessly bitter and antagonistic towards JJ. Having a child also could give Anne a human side rather than being such a one note shrieking harridan all the time. And it would be nice if the writers would flesh out why she hates Jennifer so much. Blonde and nice and pretty and Horton is not enough to justify such vitriolic hatred.
Johnny, I wanted to believe Anne was the daughter of 70s Days residents Susan Martin and Eric Peters who had a daughter named Annie…sometime ago Jens father operated on Eric who died during surgery but Bill was acquitted of any wrong doing…Annie now calling herself Anne blamed Bill for her fathers death and wants revenge…she meets Bills daughter Jen and decides to make Jens life a living Hell as part of her revenge against Bill…wont happen that way but if it did it could be the real reason she hates Jen…anyway, Anne has now become a pointless character with Eve currently making Jen misreable!!!
Amen, jimh…..you said it !!!!
I don’t know what Kristen has in her head except that she’s mad w/Dr Dan because he helped Eric. She may also use him to get at Victor. I don’t think we’ll have to wait long to find out what she’s up to.
That is good reasoning, Virginia. But, I think she needs Daniel to somehow (and I don’t know how) make it appear that she is innocent of all charges…or drug Brady, so she could whisk him away with Daniel’s help. Far fetched? Of course it is. It is a soap, afterall.
She may also need him to fudge blood work or something of that nature….
Regardless, I am overjoyed having Ms. Davidson back for any reason.
Someone said Stephano stole Abigails embryo when E.J. took her to a Dimero doctor and had Kristen implanted with it ect., so she could have a baby and pass it off as Bradys…she may need Daniel to fix blood work for that…however, wouldnt she just need a Dimera doctor to do the blood work…i thought perhaps Kristen had a baby from Erik and passes it off as Bradys but still she wouldnt need Danial to do that with all the dirty doctors on the Dimera payroll who could help her with any fake blood work or anything else!!!
Actually, jimh, it was I who said that Kristen was implanted with Abigail’s baby, by my cousin’s suggestion. My cousin, Ro, still believes that. Your theory sounds plausible also. I always love and trust your thoughts. You make a lot of sense. Who knows…we shall soon find out. I am really liking the suspense.
Now that i think about it…wasnt it you who said your cousin had the theory about Abigails stolen embryo???
I enjoy reading your comments as well…Days is usually the best of all 4 soaps when it comes to suspense!!!
Jimh…. days suspense.??? If you have time and hang in there.. I find Days is very boring… until the story finally gets going…. There is no reason that the audience has to wait this long to find out the storyline with Jordan….. boorrrrrinnnngggggggg….
Days has done a great job with some episodes…though…. and is hot right now with the Sami revenge storyline which is great….
So glad I have a DVR that gets me thru those scenes….
She is a great actress.. but not really excited to see her spend 3 months of keeping Daniel held hostage in a room…. if she is going to come back… let her be an actress and mingle and act with the days cast… ..
Replying here…you’re right about Jordan…her story is boring and im hoping for improvement…i did say Days is ‘usually’ the one who is the most suspenseful…Nicks storyline was kind of off and on with suspense as was Samis confrontation scenes with E.J. and Abigail…nothing suspensful about the CBS storylines except waiting to see who will play nuAdam at Y&R and GH has just ok storylines…so, imo, Days still has the most cliffhanger and suspenseful moments of all 4 soaps except for Jordans draggy storyline…which is in dire needs to pick up steam…thought Clyde would help move it along then you have those stupid scenes with Clyde and Kate talking together at the Brady Pub where they can easily be seen by anyone especially Rafe, Jordan and Ben who would immediately know Kate is responsible for bringing Clyde to Salem!!!
Kristen will go crazy on several characters! She has a burning desire!!!
Can she do us all a favor & kill him already? Please??? Theresa too!!!
Y-E-S…A-G-R-E-E-D!!!!! They’re both SO ANNOYING…ESPECIALLY Daniel!!!!! Thank you.
And herself. Been there watched this all before. Just when I thought I could return to watching Days .She returns no thanks.EJAMIe one we get another screen chewer, and on every day.
Lol…
I am hoping they do not waste too much of Eileen Davidson’s time with Kristen/Daniel scenes. Ugh! I love all the suggestions above. I was so happy to see Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) the other day. It would be wonderful to see her more. Sorry for sounding like a broken record–it would also be wonderful to see Daniel way LESS. 🙂
Kayla is a better character & doctor than Daniel ANY day of the week. I seriously do not understand the fascination with putting him in every storyline they have. I mean, All My Children did that with Ryan and it drove viewers away IN DROVES. Days is 4th out of 4 and staying there unless they realize that viewers want veteran characters with storylines written for them, not storylines written for new characters that we never get to know & get emotionally invested in. And, sorry not sorry – but making Daniel the egg-baby of Maggie was the most contrived storyline EVER.
I think their plan is to make Daniel and Jennifer then new Alice and Tom Horton of the show– but to do that they had to anchor Daniel to the history of the show and they did it by rewriting history to give him a link to Maggie, who I believe is the longest running character on show now. Of course it was contrived because it was so obvious an attempt to crown Daniel the new “Tom Horton”
I’m with you no1__ I am puzzled by the fascination with Daniel too. For one thing, his speech is very choppy…he utters. Secondly, he must be one of the most boring characters on Days. Perhaps now that he is not “entangled” with his counterpart, boring, frumpy Jenny, his character will gain some spunk. He needs someone such as Nicole to add some spice to his otherwise stale life. I suppose his life mimics his conception…lol…”egg-baby”…that’s a hoot…haha. I love it. Speaking of which. Could Victor be the sperm donor? Where did that story go? Did I miss it?
I-can-do-no-wrong-Eric is another character who grates on my nerves…and just as boring. Poor Nicole…doomed…every relationship is doomed.
I hope Ben will be given a meaty storyline where his character will be honed and developed to full potential…IMO, he has lots of promise.
Kristen will cut the throat of anyone that gets in her way…I love her!
I am thinking that Paige and JJ are siblings.
Unless they want to pull a Carlivati style rewrite…there is no way. Eve and Jack had nothing to do with each other at that time. And Jack was “murdered ” shortly after JJ conceived.
Wow! Wonder of all wonders….Jenny has stepped into the 21st Century. She looked pretty today, and I loved her dress. Thank goodness; no more psychedelic pants…lol.
Is there a chance that Paige and JJ are half brother and sister? I do not know Eve’s complete background. Am I so off the mark? It would be a great plot twist. Also, does anyone else feel badly for Theresa? She seems to have genuine affection for Brady.
It depends if they follow the actual history of the show or if they remake it. In the actual history Eve was with Jack long before he married Jennifer and before they had Abigail, so if Paige was conceived then, she would be way older than JJ and not the same age. If they rewrite history and had Eve hook up with Jack during one of his many disappearances on the show, I suppose it might be possible, but I think it unlikely. I mean wouldn’t Eve put a stop to any romance between those two if she knew Paige was JJ’s half brother? She seems to be in favor of the two of them, so I have to think even Eve wouldn’t let her daughter commit incest unknowingly.
Thank you, Mary SF. I understand. As far as Eve accepting a relationship between Paige and JJ, I get the feeling that she has an ulterior motive. It is probably the reason Eve is so accommodating. Is this typically Eve?
Daniel needs a hot leading lady like Kristen. Not saying that Kristen is the right one for Daniel, because she is a little nuts; but, someone like her-beautiful and strong-willed. Eve would be exciting for Daniel. At least with Eve, we have seen a soft spot. She’s talked about her past hurts with men. I think she genuinely wants the best for Paige. Unlike Theresa, I think we have seen some softness in Eve. I don’t know why Theresa is so evil. I can’t stand the character. Back to Eileen Davidson-so excited to see her back in Salem! I absolutely love Kristen!
Hope Kristen kills Daniel for good so we can finally be rid of him.
Ouch!!!!!!
Doesn’t Eve pick up on the fact that Daniel is not interested in her? It’s almost embarressing to watch – I realize it’s a soap and she’s a persistent and tenacious character, but c’mon – it lacks believabilty that she wouldn’t catch a clue by now that
he’s not hot to trot for her.
True, Tom….but some people do not care about making fools of themselves…not if there is something to be selfishly gained. Perhaps Eve is after something and Daniel is the means to an end. Thus, she is keeping her eye on the prize, which is more important to her than how Daniel perceives her behavior. Wow! This guy is really popular, isn’t he? He’s a regular Barber of Seville…everyone wants him. Besides, I understand that Eve has loose morals and basically no scruples….so, she cannot lose something she has never had before…..self-respect.
Glad to see Kristen is back, She always makes a good story line. Don’t kill off Daniel I like him. Instead get rid of Jennifer she is so pathetic . Daniel is too good for her. Also Jennifer can take her son JJ with her too. The story line between him and his girlfriend is so boring.
