OLTL Finale Preview: Josh Kelly and Jenni "JWoww" Farley! Will Nikki Ruin Cutter & Natalie's Budding Romance?

On Monday August 19th, One Life to Live wraps up its first season on Hulu and iTunes! And one of the stories revolves around Cutter (Josh Kelly) and Natalie’s (Melissa Archer) burgeoning romance.
However, Nikki (Jenni “JWoww” Farley) is ready to ruin it, as she has been sleeping with Cutter this whole time, and knows of his shady dealings at Club Shelter, and just might spill the beans to Nat!
In this exclusive clip first posted at AccessHollywood.com, Nikki tells Cutter why he and Natalie don’t stand a chance while all the drama in Llanview goes down at Club Shelter during the Man of the Year Gala! What else will happen when the final cliffhangers are revealed?

please please cancel one life to live. the reboot really sucks big time. abc made the right decision in cancelling one life to live. i really think the show is done. poor erika slezak, she was desperate for work. erika needs to retire. she looks like an old bat. she needs a face lift. robin strasser is a bitch. never liked the old hag. lol.

Or at least cast a hot new guy; I am not understanding why they are not casting some new guys for our leading ladies. TSJ, RH and ME are not an option, FINE. There are plenty of spicy, good locking actors out there who can give the show back what it is missing. But just to have them all in limbo with rejects….I will stick with them but they need to do better than this. Josh Kelly isn’t even a great actor; I am not moved at all. He has no presence and Cutter has no game and Natalie just jumps in bed with him….why? And her friendship with Destiny is a big joke too, WHAT ARE THEY 5 YEARS OLD? Des has no experience and Nat is a 30something mom with 2 marriages under her belt, a career and many life experiences. Sheesh. Hope Season 2 delivers.

Are you serious? There is no question. Cutter is slimy. Granted GH screwed Jolie fans with the writing for McBain, however even Cartini knew Jolie were endgame. Ultimately Prospect Park needs to correct what GH destroyed so unfairly and reunite the McBain family!

To my surprise, I like Jenni on OLTL. She was well cast and is convincing to me in the role. I would love to see her mess Cutter & Natalie up. Cutter deserves whatever he gets, and Nat should not be so naive as to see him for anything more than the con man he is. I guess she forgot his scam on brother Joey!
Now that’s my thing. I know how soaps are and I am perfectly fine with Nat moving on in the meantime. But Cutter did MORE than just scam Joey. He married Jessica while she was Tess in order to blackmail Clint out of his home and money and then he TRIED to do the same thing to her OTHER brother Rex with Gigi when he thought she was Stacey. Sure they did this “motherless” boy thing at the end to try to redeem him BUT SERIOUSLY? Pairing him with Natalie was a lack of creativity on PP’s end when they were unable to have ME as John. It is clear he is the default guy and to have Nat so enthralled with him simply because he said “I am in good in bed” on the series debut…..REALLY? REALLY, PP? He tried all three of those scams IN ONE YEAR and now all is forgotten and forgiven as though it never happened? Listen up, PP! Fans DON’T FORGET. Give her someone new…don’t use her to redeem this loser. But alas, I am sure they will continue. If Nat is returning to her old ways, Cutter’s personality is right up her alley!
The new writers want us to forget about Cutter vs. Joey, vs. Clint, vs. Jessica, vs. Rex – there ain’t no way Natalie should be/would be with Cutter, he has too much sleazy history and all with the Buchanan Family. Natalie belongs with John McBain and I would like to see more of Liam. I don’t know much about JWow, never watched her before, but she & Cutter make a good couple.

I know Cutter and Natalie for some are an attractive couple. I don’t see it but to each his own. More importantly the reality is they seem like a couple just thrown together haphazardly. I cannot support them, I don’t care how “into” Natalie he seems. Prospect Park reunited Todd and Blair as well as Tea and Victor. They really need to reunite Archer and Easton. Easton stated he’d be open to resurrecting his role on OLTL. Would love to see this happen. One can only hope!
I totally agree. I am not necessarily impressed with Josh Kelly but I am also not against him either. I just don’t find the appeal with Natalie and Cutter; he’s the only man in Natalie’s age group that is not related to her..it just seems like they just went with something and now they are trying to MAKE it happen. JP already said she has a lot in store for Natalie and Cutter. So that made me think that they are PP’s endgame since John isn’t on. I mean, if they choose not to recast John, I get that. ME is not available at least until 2015. But at least cast a new guy that she can build some history with. Sure she was with Jared, but even Jared wasn’t slimy like this guy. And Nat liked Jared BEFORE he went through with that scam and he wasn’t trying to destroy her family. Cutter definitely was malicious. So nothing has sold me on it; he flirted with her and next thing you know..SHE’S INTO HIM? WHY? Makes no sense. JWOW plays her part well but I don’t see her and Cutter together; if anything she is the one trying to come between them and it seems like they are running with that.
Give me my Jolie back! Easton and Archer all the way!

ME said he would love to come back if the writers would write him in and it could be arranged with his GH scheduling. Something tells me ABC wouldn’t like this, he doesn’t have to wait for 2015 either, just needs scheduling time.

Yes ME did clearly state this in his recent examiner interview. I was surprised he said this. He invested almost a decade developing his character. It would be a great way to do this wonderful couple and their story justice after the injustice GH imposed on them. I certainly hope things work out so we can see him as McBain again.
What ME said and what can happen are 2 different things..
He is polite man and I’m sure he’d like a week or 2 at OLTL but not a permit thing, he with ABC has much more pay and good benefits etc..
Acting is a job, they work for money and benefits etc..
To take a way lesser deal would be crazy!!
OLTL is a 1 hour a week show and pays accordingly..
ABC will not let him go, and I believe John McBain will eventually be recast therefore its bye bye to the original..

This is so true. TPTB at Prospect Park need to fix what Carlivati and Valentini messed up on GH. They never should have kept John away from Liam and Natalie for so long and it is so wrong. I cannot support GH for that reason and now we have Natalie with Cutter. UGH! He is a poor substitute and shady. I am appreciative of PP’s efforts but please , hoping for Jolie on 2014.

I agree or at least do a recast. ME is hard to replace so I guess even if that is an option, they will probably take their time before they do to make sure they good a good guy to pull it off. I don’t want them to rush it; I want them to make me believe it. Like Bo and Hope. They replaced Peter Reckell for 3 years and the fans accepted him. But even if they delay John coming back AT LEAST pair her with someone else. No disrespect to those who like Cutter; I just don’t care for him but he tried to get over on her family 3 times. And Natalie has already done the “fall in love with con man” thing with Jared and even he wasn’t being malicious. He wanted to add to their money; not take it away. But at the end of the day, they will do what they want. They listen to some things; but for the most part we don’t really have a voice. JMO
I like josh Kelly and I like his character Cutter. Even on the ABC version he combined hot good looks, charm and a boyish quality that made him likeable as the storyline went on. I think he’s a good/bad guy….just as Todd, Victor, Clint. He’s just a con man…he’s not evil.
I think they could be a great couple…and I think people have to let go of the McBain character. Unless they recast John’s not comin’ back.

This jwoww’s a reality tv personality from 1 of the worst reality tv shows to ever be on any network w/c is quite the accomplishment considering how horrid a lot of reality tv shows are. Couldn’t oltl have hired a trained Asian american actress and not jwoww considering how day soaps really lack Asian american representation?
I believe TPTB picked her because of her following on the reality shows. They are trying to pick up the younger viewers and thought this was one way to bring them in.
I was really liking Cutter and Natalie together…I think they were sweet yet hot together…..after watching this though maybe he is just a sleaze and belongs with the sleazy bartender….I think GMC from ATWT would be a great John recast…by the way MA has never looked better and she deserves a really good story next arc……fingers crossed there is a next arc.

Don’t care for Nikki in the least. She’s tacky and dull, but then so is Shelter most of the time. That place needs to stop being a haven for druggies and other assorted low-lifes. It should be a classy supper club. As for JWoww, send her packing and bring back Ilene Kristen (Roxy).
i think john stamos would be a pretty good mcbain—-stamos did start his acting career on GH as “blackie” –so he knows the ropes to soaps– 😉 that is if ME could not come back to OLTL! stamos has the looks & definitely the sex appeal!
I actually have no idea why ME, AKA McPAIN, has so many fans.
He wasnt that great and he has more chemistry with Sam on GH than he ever had with Natalie on OLTL. He fits on GH in a much better way imo. I say this as a bigger OLTL fan.
Cutter is a great character but theyre just not giving him a great storyline with the selling drugs in the club as well as having a flimsy triangle with Natalie and Nikki.
I would prefer a multitude of people to ME: VICTOR, JESSICA, REX, STARR, ROXY, TINA, TODD, and even the resurrection of FORD!
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, you like ME with Sam, to me she looks like Minnie Mouse next to a grown man. The actress is an attractive woman don’t get me wrong. Granted they had chemistry on Port Charles. That show is over. Their attempted pairing now is forced as usual. The majority of posters on this board as you can see are Jolie fans. We are upset because we watched this couple reunite at the end of OLTL and their story was supposed to continue. They had their family and we were looking forward to continuation of their story and growth of the characters.Thanks to Cartini the Jolie story was screwed, even though we were told they were endgame. OLTL is back and yes things are different. Yes it is a soap but the reality is ME did not have to say anything about
His friends at OLTL and how much he misses McBain. What purpose does that serve? To appease fans, gain sympathy? Yes, we can hope things might work out for ME to join OLTL even in the capacity that Howarth came especially since the actor himself expressed a desire to do so. And yes the character may very well be recast. The fact is we love Archer and Easton together and yes many of us know they DO have chemistry and if they were ever reunited they would deliver and knock it out of the park. I hope you enjoy ME and KM on GH.
Still holding out for ME . The fact that he has been so vocal about missing McBain and wanting to work with his friends again impresses me. Even if it is later as opposed to earlier I would welcome it. This Cutter romance seems a little tawdry to me. I don’t see him as a long term option for Natalie especially with Liam. He is no substitute for John.
As much as TPTB try and “clean up” Cutter there is no way they can convince me he is Natalie and Liam’s future and I know McBain hurt Natalie, but damn they need to fix this mess. I need to see those happy , smokin beautiful Jolie faces lovin each other again.

ME has a great income and benefits/much more offered to him than what PP could ever give him at a one hour a week soap, if he would even be used during that hour to get paid..
ME, RH, KA are doing well with their ABC/GH contracts..

In some ways I feel like the writers just paired Natalie n cutter together b/c the show is lacking leading men on the show. With no RH,TSJ, or ME who are ladies going to be with?

They have had a couple of dates, no big deal..

they just are attracted to each other and moving with it but not a committed couple….

If Prospect Park wants to really make OLTL successful again and have original shows streamed not only on itunes and HULU but also OWN, it’s very simple what it needs to do. It needs to seriously invest in OLTL (money, characters and Llanview sets). Also, it needs to broadcast four 1 hour shows (with commercials) per week to compete with the other soaps.
First off, yes, Michael Easton is under contract with ABC. This girl is a lawyer and all actors can be released from contracts. Let’s face it Silas Clay is a boring, non-enduring character who is only on GH to force a relationship with Sam. There’s no chemistry. Michael Easton was born to play John McBain and frankly, the only replacement I see to fill his boots is Viggo Mortensen. Since I don’t see that happening anytime soon, Prospect Park needs to cut a deal with ABC. It would be a win/win for everyone. Silas won’t last on GH and Sam needs to be with a younger man more like Jason. At some point, GH will give up on Silas so they might as well now once he cures Danny. A great opportunity should open up for him in a hospital in Pennsylvania.
Then Prospect Park needs to offer Michael Easton serious money to come back. It’s not just his amazing love story with Natalie which is EPIC. John McBain is the glue that has held Llanview together since 2003. He’s a champion of justice and fairness. Someone everyone can root for. He helps everyone and in my opinion, there are not enough hero characters on SOAPs these days.
Writers and Prospect Park listen up, JOLIE is ratings gold. Every woman wants a JOHN MCBAIN in her life. A man who loves her unconditionally and will fight for her everytime. Stop trying to destroy these two and bring them together to solve adventure after adventure. Haven’t seen anything better since the Glory Days of Luke and Laura and that didn’t last longer before they destroyed them. Women want to see a couple last and stay together and make it through the tough times.
Michael and Melissa, what you have is unique and special as John and Natalie and you won’t find it with other actors. Maximize it now while your characters are young and vital. Your love story is the best ranking up there with Luke and Laura, Holly and Robert, Robert and Anna, Hope and Bo and vintage Clint and Vicki. ABC destroyed the character of Clint Buchanan over the years and that’s why Clint Richie stayed away so much until he died. Clint Buchanan used to be a hero and that’s why everyone loved him.
We need a couple we can look up to who shows us what true love is about. It’s not MCBAM and it’s not Silas and Sam. It’s JOLIE!!
Next, Prospect Park needs to secure Roger or Trevor or both even if it’s for portions of the year. Both are the best lovable villains. We can’t help loving them even though they do awful things because they are both so tormented.
Moreover, we need some vintage characters. We need Jessica (whether it’s Bree or Erin). Jessica’s adds a bit of sunshine and hope to Llanview. Always has and always will. How about Joey and Kelly, Marcy and Michael, Rex, Roxy, Christian and Max Holden to name a few. Match Christian back up with Jessica. The way it was always meant to be.
We need vintage Llanview sets. Enough of Shelter. It feels cramped and claustrophobic. Bring back UltraViolet, Clint’s mansion, Rodi’s, the Buenos Dias, Llanfair’s kitchen, a full police station and build the house Ron and Frank used on GH for JOLIE. It’s such a dreamhouse for a perfect couple.
If Prospect Park doesn’t seriously invest in this show, ratings won’t increase and viewers will walk away.
I commend JOLIE fans for speaking out. Please continue to do so. Again, contracts are make to be broken and actors can be released. Silas is not a popular character and will eventually be dropped. Beside money, why would Michael Easton want to play a mediocre character when he could continue to be the star of OLTL. I am sorry but Bo can’t cut being the Police Commissioner and Head Detective. The police stories only come alive with John and Natalie. We need our Lieutenant John McBain back in Llanview and an OLTL that views original shows on OWN, Hulu and iTunes four times a week.
Unless Prospect Park is going to cast Viggo as John McBain, they need to go after Michael Easton. There’s not much more Ron and Frank can do with him and I am sure they know it too. They destroyed his integrity while on the show and they only saved him in the end by not having him sleep with Sam. They redeemed him when John resists Sam and knows he has to go home to Natalie and Liam but only to be sequestered by the FBI.
JOLIE and OLTL fans don’t give up. OLTL is back and that’s a miracle. We just need Prospect Park to hear us and build a stronger OLTL with our beloved vintage characters, sets and stories. If they want to be successful, they will hear us.
Gentry, thank you for so articulately saying what so many of us hope for and wish to see. From your mouth to PP’s ears. Speaking for myself it has been a tough pill to swallow watching this couple be destroyed. So much story left to be told, I just hope we get to see it with Michael and Melissa. They indeed are ratings gold and I sense the actors are not satisfied with the turn of events. Michael stated clearly he would be open to returning. I sincerely hope we can see them together again. It is not the same without Jolie.

we are not the care takers of ME’s life, you all should butt out and knock off telling/begging him what he should do because you want him to live a certain way.
I am sure PP and ME have talked, and most likely offers made, ME said no went to GH.. that is reality..
He is an actor watching out for himself and his family, He needs good pay and benefits and a solid contract and to work with a soap that airs more than one hour a week.
And, I doubt that ABC will share him.. but perhaps for a week or two, never know.
McBain may have to be recast or simply put aside, time moves on and so do people and situations.
Really, stop begging PP to do what has already been done .. There is no doubt that ME and PP have talked.
ME made his choice to be with ABC/GH.
PP has control of the soaps and how they want them to be, people who want it their way should consider investing a few million to have somewhat of a voice 🙂

Last I checked, we live in a democracy where people are allowed to voice their opinions and speak their mind. If you don’t agree that’s one thing, but have the decency to respect other people’s opinions.

I am definitely impressed by JWoww. Was not a fan of hers at all before this, but she has done fine with what they have given her (haven’t seen this weeks episodes yet).
I don’t see Cutter and Natalie as a long term couple, but they can work with the flirtations and be FWB’s. I can see them being friends and scheming together. I can even see Natalie and Nikki being friends.
For all those who are missing JOLIE – bummer. You can flood PP with requests for them to offer ME gobs of money…he can’t accept – he is under contract with another show. They also DON’T have the kind of money you are talking about to offer him. Don’t let it get you down and try to enjoy what we DO have. 🙂

ME is under contract so he is unable to come back. He also made it clear that it would be too dificult for him considering his family to do both shows. It’s not that he doesn’t WANT TO DO IT. He made it clear how he felt. Actors may not get AS emotional as the fans but they do have feelings behind the characters that they play and he played John for nearly 10 full years. He embodies John and he loved playing him. What he said was to let the stories play out. He said he misses him; he is a sincere guy, he’s not lying to appease either side. He said GH was the best choice AT THE TIME for his family and that everyone is doing the best they can under the circumstances. He also said that he WANTED TO COME BACK. He said he wanted to take that ride with his friends to the internet and that he was sad that he couldn’t be a part of it. But all that aside, as much as I’d love to see Jolie come back; the best course is a recast. If not, just get a new hot guy cause Cutter and Natalie just don’t do it for me. Yeah there are many unlikely couples on soaps but his is a bit steep for her to disregard it all and sleep with him. She was closer to Rex than anyone so she find him as deplorable as we do. I am sure they’ll redeem him in some way but I won’t ever ship them as a couple, fling or otherwise.

‘One Life to Live’ Alum Tuc Watkins Joins Cast of Brett Goldstein’s Prime Video Series ‘Escorted’
Tuc Watkins (ex-David Vickers, One Life to Live) continues to be booking role after role, and now comes word that the Llanview soap alum has joined the cast of Escorted, the upcoming comedy series from and starring Ted Lasso and Shrinking star, Brett Goldstein.
According to Deadline, Tuc has signed on for the production of the series, where he will play the role of Neil, who looks like a cowboy. However, here’s the catch! Neil is a trainer at a high-end gym and a male escort to wealthy woman on the side. Shades of Llanview’s David Vickers, for sure!
In the premise of Escorted, a divorced Manhattan dad, played by Goldstein, accidentally becomes a male escort in a romantic comedy about sexual dynamics, keeping secrets, and whether real intimacy can ever be bought.

Prime Video ordered the eight-episode, half-hour single-camera romantic comedy from Brett Goldstein last November. Goldstein will star, executive, produce, write, and co-showrun. In a statement, Brett expressed, “I’m so excited to bring a wholesome show about condoms, co-parenting, and cosplay to Amazon.”
As for Watkins, he is currently recurring on Hulu’s Paradise and appeared in the second season of ABC’s Shifting Gears. His other TV credits include: HBO Max’s The Other Two, Showtime’s Black Monday, and series regular roles on ABC’s Desperate Housewives, Showtime’s Beggars and Choosers, and more.
In addition, Tuc has a recurring role in Shemar Moore’s upcoming S.W.A.T. Exiles for Starz which premieres on September 25. Watkins numerous film credits include: The Mummy, The Good Shepherd and Retake. Watkins recently wrapped the indie feature, Cowboy, and in 2025 starred in the feature Exile Interviews.

Y&R’s Victoria and Kyle’s Love Affair to Kick-Off; Amelia Heinle Says EP Sally McDonald Shared Why; ‘You’ve Got Chemistry’ with Michael Mealor
A day many fans of The Young and the Restless have been dreading, and others are down for, is here. Beginning with the Thursday, August 27 episode of The Young and the Restless, Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will have sex taking their growing attraction to each other to another level.
But why is Y&R heading down the path of an older woman/younger man, Newman/Abbott, former love interest of Victoria’s daughter Claire (Hayley Erin) and all the complications with longtime waring families? Because to the series, it will generate story to come.
Two-time Daytime Emmy winner, Amelia Heinle revealed to TV Insider, how she found out what she suspected that the powers-that-be were setting up a romance between Victoria and Kyle.

“At one point a while back, I noticed Kyle was always coming to talk to Victoria or we’d run into each other and I told Michael, ‘I don’t think they would ever put us together, but this is kind of funny because it feels like they’re trying to test our chemistry, which would be really, really odd,” recalled Heinle. ”
“But that memory passed quickly. And then I walked off set one day after finishing a scene with Michael and I got called up to our executive producer, Sally McDonald’s, office and she said, ‘We’re giving you a romance with him.’ And I’m like, ‘Who?’ And she said, ‘Him,’ and she pointed at the monitor because Michael was still on set. I was like, ‘Oh, OK. Are you sure?’ And she was like, ‘Uh-huh. Yup. You’ve got chemistry.’”
Once she learned the news, Heinle talks with Michael Mealor to make sure he was OK with the romantic story turn. “I walked up to him one day on set when I found out and said, ‘Do you know about this yet?’. Hw was like, ‘Yeah,’ and then I said, ‘So, are you OK?’ And he said, ‘Are you OK?’ And I said, ‘I’m good. I think we could make something out of this,’ and he said, ‘I do, too. I plan on leaning into it all.’ So, we were in agreement. Michael and I have always gotten along. We’ve always liked each other.”

The storyline was started by now former Y&R head writer Josh Griffith. So now that Jamey Giddens and Dan O’Connor are in place as the new co-head writers of the top-rated soap, things could change dramatically or go full steam ahead.
Heinle offered up, “It’s not going to be boring, that’s for sure. I feel like right now with the new writers coming in, it’s a work in progress. I feel like we’re seeing how it goes. They’re fully committed to it, but nothing is set in stone in terms of the story yet.”

Dolly Parton Remembered: Y&R Alum Alyvia Alyn Lind Shares Heartfelt Tribute to the Legendary Singer and Songwriter
The world is in mourning on Tuesday, August 25 with the news of the passing of iconic and beloved country western singer/songwriter/actress Dolly Parton. The 11-time Grammy winner crafted and performed memorable hits such as “Jolene,” “I Will Always Love You,” 9 to 5″, and “Here You Come Again, ” to name but a few.
Parton died in Nashville today. She was 80-years-old. Not only was Dolly an iconic name in the world of music, she was also an actor, producer, playwright, theme park founder (Dollywood), and a noted philanthropist.
One of the people lucky enough to know and experience the life of Dolly through a different lens was Alyvia Alyn Lind, the one time Faith Newman of The Young and the Restless. Lind played the role of Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon’s (Sharon Case) daughter on and off from 2011-2021.

However, it was Lind, who portrayed a young Dolly in the television movie adaption of Parton’s song and book “A Coat of Many Colors” in 2015, and its sequel in 2016 Dolly Parton’s Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love.
Parton and Lind shared a close bond following the project, famously performing a touching, emotional duet of Parton’s song “Angel Hill” together on Hallmark’s Home & Family.
Taking to her Instagram just a short time ago, Alyvia paid tribute to the one and only Parton, expressing, “I am truly at a loss for words. There are some people who come into your life and leave a mark that can never be erased. Dolly was one of those people. will forever be grateful that I had the privilege of knowing her, learning from her, and carrying a piece of her with me through such an important and formative part of my childhood. Getting to play Dolly changed my life, but getting to know her changed my heart. Memories, lessons, laughter, and a light that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.”
Alyvia added, “The world will never be the same without her, but that light will live on in all of us who were lucky enough to experience it. Thank you for believing in me, for teaching me, for letting me be a small part of your story, and for being such a meaningful part of mine. Rest peacefully, Dolly. You will be missed more than words can ever say. Thank you for everything. ❤️
FAMILY ANNOUNCES THE DEATH OF DOLLY PARTON
Parton also starred alongside Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and Dabney Coleman in the smash 1980 film 9 to 5, and later roles in films including: The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Rhinestone, Steel Magnolias, Straight Talk, and Joyful Noise.
Parton’s death was announced via her official Instagram post by her nephew, Bryan Seaver on behalf of the Parton family. He shared the news in a video statement. You can see that below.
