Bo calls Nora, hoping for forgiveness, but she doesn’t take the call. Rex has a nightmare about the secret he’s concealing from Bo about David. Viki shows up to thank Dorian for getting rid of Echo on Christmas. Viki insists Dorian loves David no matter what she says. Viki gets called by John with the news that Jessica is in the hospital. John waits for Natalie at the hospital, who is still at the hearing room confronting Marty over her attempt to break up their wedding by revealing the truth about Brody. Marty is about to run off to the hospital and Natalie stops her but Marty falls, hitting her head.

Starr reveals to Langston what happened after she and James kissed on NYE.  James tells Ford the same story.  Ford and Langston convince James and Starr to do something about this thwarted relationship. Bo tries to talk to Nora, but she has nothing to say to him.  Rex plants the seeds in Bo’s mind that Inez might have drugged him. As Natalie plans to leave, however, she feels her first labor pain. Inez gets upset when Bo questions whether or not they actually had sex. Bo later tells John he thinks Inez lied to him.  Todd arrives at court to hear Tea suggesting he killed Eddie.  Thinking he’s helping Starr stay true to Cole, James tells her he needs to start dating.  Starr tells Dorian she’d been planning on telling James that she wanted to see where their relationship could go, but in the end she thinks his decision was the right one. David tries to explain his situation to Dorian over the phone. Dorian remains determined to move on while David remains determined to get free. With Cristian’s help, Blair opens the mysterious box from Eli and finds an oil portrait of herself. About to abandon Marty at the Buchanan lodge, Natalie goes into labor. She asks Marty to drive her into town. Marty points out that Natalie had no mercy where Marty’s child was concerned, and she refuses to help Natalie with hers. Marty leaves Natalie helpless and about to have her baby. Jessica awaits test results with Brody, Clint, Viki and Charlie. Vivian tells them Jessica has a condition that puts her and the baby at risk, and it’s caused by scar tissue from a gunshot wound. Clint blasts Charlie, who is the one who shot Jessie in the abdomen. Jessica does not want to have the urgent c-section because she is scared the baby’s not ready, but after Viki and Brody plead with her to protect herself too, she agrees. Dorian realizes that Echo is exploiting her drinking problem to get close to Charlie. Echo meets Charlie at an AA meeting and she confesses she bought some vodka after a run-in with Dorian. Charlie helps her throw it away in the trash. Dorian infiltrates the AA meeting incognita. Charlie fishes the vodka out of the trash. At Nate’s arraignment, Tea tells Todd she thinks Inez may have killed Eddie. The judge grants Tea’s motion to throw out the charges, but Nate announces he’s guilty. Nate is taken to jail. Bo tells John he thinks Inez is lying and may have drugged him. John realizes this would have given her the opportunity to murder Eddie.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Hope’s World is Shattered as She Learns Thomas and Douglas are Leaving for Paris

Henry Joseph Samiri (Douglas) is one of the best child actors on the soaps and he proved it again on Thursday’s March 28th episode of The Bold and the Beautiful.

In story, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) has informed the Forrester family that he and Douglas are leaving and heading to Paris for awhile. This is wonderful news to Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) ear, who implored her brother to forget about Hope (Annika Noelle) after she turned down two proposals for him.

Meanwhile, Douglas goes to see Hope in the dressing room area of Forrester. It is then, that the young boy shares his disappointment that Hope turned down Thomas.

Hope tells Douglas she’s going to reach out to his dad, but the young boy says he already knows she turned down his proposal, again. “He’s not the only one who got his hopes up,” a broken-hearted Douglas shares. Next, he asks Hope why she made it seem like they could be a family together? Although she shares they are a family, she also says she is not ready for marriage, for a big commitment, just yet, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t want to be with his father.

Next, Douglas says that Hope doesn’t love his dad enough to make them a real family. He then tells Hope, “Why aren’t we good enough? You don’t love us enough?”

Assuring Douglas, Hope says she loves him… so much. Hope tells Douglas she’ll always be his mother. However, Douglas says his mother died, adding “Caroline Spencer. Dad was enough for her.” Hope recoils. Douglas says he wants to go with his dad and that if  his father is leaving, he wants to go with him.

In yet another touching moment, Douglas, expresses, “I love him so much. He’s my hero. Please don’t stop me from going. Don’t make me go through court stuff again. He needs me, and I need him.” Then, Douglas turns and walks to the door.  Just then, Hope cries out, “I love you!” Douglas runs back into her arms and the two share a tender moment where Douglas says, “I love you, Mom.”

In Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) office, Douglas enters. He tells everyone he saw Hope and told her he was going away with his dad. Brooke is (Katherine Kelly Lang) shocked, Tomas says “Douglas is coming with me.” Brooke says that Hope, as his mother, and has a say in this. Douglas tells Brooke, “I told her I needed to go with my dad.”

As he exits with Thomas, he turns and says, “Bye, Brooke.” Meanwhile, Brooke  cries. “I can only imagine what Hope is feeling about all of this.” Fade to black.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Jason Learns Britt Died and Tells Anna He Has Been Working For Cates Since November 2021

On the Tuesday, March 26th of General Hospital, Anna (Finola Hughes) and the viewers learn about where Jason (Steve Burton) has been for over two and half years. However, Jason gets some news of his own.

Anna is visiting Jason at the PCPD interrogation room. She asks him if he shot Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), which he flatly denies. Anna believes him, but she tells Jason it doesn’t matter, because video footage shows him on the roof at the time of the shooting

When talk turns to Jason not willing to speak without his lawyer present, Anna can’t grasp why Jason would instead spend an hour alone talking with John Cates (Adam J. Harrington).

Photo: ABC

It is then that Anna brings up that John went by “Jagger” and that the two of them knew each other in high school. Jason doesn’t recall much of his time in high school following his brain injury, but then he gets furious realizing John knew about “Jason’s” past. That is when Jason slams the table and tells Anna, “I’ve been working for John Cates since November 2021.”

Next, Jason explains further that he has been working as an informant for the FBI. Anna wants to know how this came about and he tells her that after the tunnel collapsed, and he couldn’t make it to Britt (Kelly Thiebaud)… all of a sudden he sees Anna’s face drop.  Anna is the first person to tell him that Britt died and was murdered. She tells Jason the killer is in custody, but he continues to be shocked, overwhelmed with tears welling up in his eyes. Realizing he has to pivot to save his life, Jason continues telling Anna how he wound up working with John.

Jason explains that after the tunnel collapse in Greece, FBI agents grabbed him and placed him under arrest and took him to Quantico where he met John. At Quantico, John played a recording of RICO violations and offered Jason a deal if he agreed to be an informant against Pikeman, the illegal arms dealer.

Anna hears from Jason that he thinks Pikeman is selling illegal arms to anyone flagged by the NSA but has ties to the WSB which they needed a civilian to infiltrate their organization as a military soldier, a mercenary.

Jason tells Anna he was a part of the team brought into eliminate Sonny (Maurice Benard). Every time an attempt was made on Sonny’s life over the last two years, a different team was sent to do the job. Anna gets furious when she learns that John told Jason his job was to kill Sonny and she was with John at the warehouse that night. Jason ensured the sniper missed Sonny and left the rifle behind. However, they were supposed to meet an extraction team. Before he was shot, Dante saw it was Jason on the roof and when he turned around with his hands over his head, Dante was shot by the other guy. Jason says if Dante dies, he’ll be charged with capital murder and then will be useless to the FBI.

Meanwhile, John visits Bobbie’s and runs into Carly (Laura Wright). She learns Jason is in custody and is going to head to the PCPD. Before she does, Carly has some words with Cates when she learns not only does John have a vendetta against Sonny, but Jason too.  Carly tells John he should recuse himself from the case.

So, what did you think about the moment when Jason learned Britt died? What do you think of Jason’s return storyline thus far and what we learned about Jagger/Jason and more? Comment below. But first, check out a moment from today’s GH with Jason and Anna.

American Idol

AMERICAN IDOL: Should Former ‘Bachelor’ Juan Pablo Gervais’ Daughter Camila, Been Voted Through to Hollywood Week?

On the final round of audition to make it into Hollywood Week, Sunday night’s March 24th episode of American Idol brought with it some top-notch musical performances by contestants around the country.

An interesting moment occurred when the former ‘Bachelor’ Juan Pablo Gervais revealed himself. Gervais’ daughter, Camila, who we watched grow-up before our eyes, before and after Juan Pablo’s season on the reality dating series is now 14-years-old and entering the competition.

When Camila explained who her dad was to the judges: Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Luke Perry, he was brought into the audition room.

Photo: ABC

Katy asked Juan Pablo, “You know what it’s like to be on television, and you’re trying to throw her in this lion’s den?” Juan Pablo admitted he has been actually trying to temper Camila’s musical aspirations until he felt she was ready to audition and be a part of ‘Idol’.

When it was time to perform, Camila choose to performance Joaquina’s “Rabia.” Her audition drew mixed reactions from the judges. It was a “no” from Lionel Richie. It was a “yes” from Katy Perry although she expressed her concern about Camila’s vocal limitations as measured against the other singers who made it through.

Photo: ABC

The deciding vote was from Luke Bryan who gave Camila another “yes”. However, Luke was originally a “no.”  He said with the right producer she could make it. Katy mentioned that Spanish music is the industry’s fastest growing genre, and Camila is “authentically that.”

Many on social media and viewer reaction felt if her father, former ABC star Juan Pablo, was not standing in the room awaiting the judges decision, they would have given her a hard pass, since they continually brought up she needed more time to develop her potential and to come back and audition in a few years.

This was yet another controversial pick by the judges.  You can watch Camila’s performance below.  Then let us know, do you feel Camila should have been voted through to Hollywood Week? Share your thoughts in the comment section.
