The Young and the Restless’ Daytime Emmy winning star, Kristoff St. John (Neil Winters) is being remembered today on February 3rd by the daytime community and his loved ones on the anniversary of his passing one year ago on February 3, 2019.

The remembrances began yesterday from his longtime past and present Y&R co-stars including: Bryton James (Devon), Victoria Rowell (Drucilla), Shemar Moore (Malcom), Daniel Goddard (Cane) and others.

The Young and the Restless put out a photo of St. John on social media accompanied by the thoughts: “Today and every day we remember the man behind Neil Winters.  Kristoff St. John is a greatly missed member of the family who will always be in our hearts.”

Moore, who played St. John’s brother, Malcolm Winters for many years on Y&R shared: “One year….. I miss you STOFF!!! I always will… I hate that I can’t pick you up on my shoulders and talk shit with you anymore.. but One year.. two years.. Ten years…. for the rest of my breathing life, I will ALWAYS carry you in my heart!! Keep Dancing and White Boy Rapping and being a Goofball up there….I LOVE YOU n MISS YOU n HATE that you’re not telling me what i’m doing right or wrong!!! Till we meet again… and we Will meet again… THANK YOU!!!

Mia St. John, the ex-wife of Kristoff, expressed: “I’ve died twice in my life already. The day my son passed and the day #superbowlsunday last year when his father passed💔2020 will be my rebirth 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼For them and all the others that continue to suffer #mentalillness #addiction #depression #anxiety #ptsd awareness”

Bryton James simply put with his photo with St. John: “My man… I love you forever.”

Many of Kristoff’s friends and colleagues joined Michael Fairman and guest co-host Daniel Goddard (Ex-Cane, Y&R) in a tribute to Kristoff St. John several weeks following his death on Soap Nation Live’s special podcast.  The guests included: Y&R’s Joshua Morrow, Christel Khalil, Mishael Morgan, Eileen Davidson, Eric Braeden, Bryton James and Victoria Rowell.   We have posted the broadcast below in honor of Kristoff’s passing.

One year ago today… we lost you, and when I say “we” I mean the world. It’s such an emptier place without you. You were loved by so many. Wherever you went, people fell in love with you… because you were just one of those people that gave so much positive energy to every single person that entered your life. To this day I still cannot believe you’re gone… And not a day goes by that I don’t think about you. The amount of ridiculousness that we shared brought so much joy to not just my life, but everybody that was close to you. You would shortcut through my dressing room on the way to the soundstage for no other reason than to make me laugh…. It’s crazy how much you made Everyone laugh. And somehow… you managed to do all of this while suffering through so much emotional pain. Rest my brother… rest now in peace. You will forever be missed. #RIPKristoffStJohn #SayHisName #StayLookingUp 💔
