THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: A Heartbroken Liam Kisses Steffy, While Ridge Reunites with His ‘Logan’

Friday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful was at once majestic for the remote sequences on location in Rome, Italy, while at the same time infuriating, yet leaving viewers wanting to know just what will happen next.

In story, after witnessing Hope (Annika Noelle) lay a big lip-lock on Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) near the overlook of the famed Colosseum, a devastated Liam (Scott Clifton) leaves the scene and conveniently winds up somewhere near Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).  The two see each other and Steffy can tell her ex is very downtrodden.

Liam opens up and tells her, he saw her brother kissing his wife.  It’s the one thing he can’t live with and Hope knows it. Thomas is his ultimate nemesis.  In tears, Liam proclaims his marriage is over.  Steffy tries to console him saying that he is a good man and doesn’t deserve this.  Suddenly a hug between them, turns into a kiss, when Liam plants one on Steffy.  Now the two exes look at each other in, “What have we done-mode?”

Meanwhile, after seeing Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) through the Aventine keyhole, it all finally dawns on Ridge (Thorsten Ridge).  His future is Brooke and he races off to try to find her and get to the location of where Brooke is standing.  Once he finds her (after passing through a gate and a cameo by B&B supervising producer, Casey Kasprzyk), Ridge tells Brooke, that he looked through the keyhole and this is what he saw, “I saw beauty, I saw grace, I saw my life … I saw you.”  Ridge takes Brooke’s hand and tells her, that he doesn’t want to spend another day without “My Logan.” He then asks, “Will you be my Logan forever?” Brooke is overjoyed and the two reunite.

Elsewhere, after kissing Thomas a second time, Hope seems very happy and content and the two of them take a break to have a drink in a cafe and celebrate their success.  Next, they decide to continue their walk hand-and-hand around the city.

I concur. I’m so over the writers doing this time and time again. Geez . It makes me don’t wanna watch the show. It’s too redundant. If it were not for Jacqueline Macinnes Wood “Steffy” and other characters then the Logan’s I would have been stopped watching. We all know it’s a TV show but stop being so predictable. It’s annoying. As fans we make suggestions and I don’t see our suggestions being used we the ones that keep the ratings up patronize us sometime that would be great. Thank you.

Exactly!! The deplorable language towards the characters should be at the Writers. Maybe the Writers are writing about their lives they’re the whore and evil person you see. Writers strike give the viewers what they want or NOBODY will whatch day-time Soaps anymore…we have free cable station just so the Writers know. It a different world out here. Someone relative pastor. Soldiers returned. Global warming scientists improved work. A cure any disease. Saved child from poverty, adopt, Writers BEWARE it’s a thin line between cancelation of your Soaps life and other entertainment….

I totally agree. I don’t think there’s anyone else left for her to sleep with. Amen to that! Why is that never mentioned while Brook and Taylor fighting?! Or when Taylor talks to Steffy or that Brooks implied reputation is worse than Taylor’s actions?! Really?! They were married and Taylor thinks that he left Brook randomly to be with her?! And Taylor making out with Ridge over and over while he was still married didn’t count as her most “slutish” moments?! But Brook gets manipulated by Sheila and she got drunk and kissed Deacon ONCE and only ONCE make her a slut from the valley?! Sick of this show not exposing Taylor and making her Saint Taylor. Why don’t the other characters expose her Taylor?! Like Brook?! And What about Steffy? who didn’t she sleep with? Her husband’s father isn’t scandalous and almost got pregnant with him?! This show is a double standard when it goes to Taylor and Brook. Brook and the Logans are always thrown under the bus while Saint Taylor and get weird kids are the pegged to be the normal ones?!
You all have memory fog who think Taylor is perfect!! Because she is far from that. Give Brook the peace she earned and deserves. Leave her alone. I would love a dialog between Brook and Taylor and Brook finally finally call her out for her sleeping patterns.

Well said. Not to mention for a supposily renowned psychiatrist she’s the biggest fruitcake on the show. Even accepted that she shot Bill because she was in a rage, but someone else does something they can’t be excused. Every relationship Brooke was in had circumstances, and the men wanted her and convinced her. The only man she’s tried to be with is Ridge. I think Taylor’s a phycho.

We are drawn to our thoughts. Every single day for weeks every single actor on the shows only lines were “Thomas and Hope” over and over everyday. Hope would never of given him a 2nd thought. They put it in there heads nagging them for weeks on end everybody. I almost smashed my tv. Writers are ridiculous.

This soap has become very boring. Please let Brooke and Ridge stay together. Liam is too soft he should meet another character, and give Hope something to worry about. I feel this soap and it’s various characters are going round and round in circles, we need new people introduced to liven the whole storey line up. In the British soaps they have intertwining stories with lots of characters, which has proved to be extremely successful.

They were doing fine in their marriage until first Sheila changing wine labels to get her drinking again, then the conniving of Steph and and thomas, the call to social services to set Brook up to take the fall, and then Queen conniver taylor knowing about the call doesn’t say anything cause she’s
so hot to trot with Brook’s husband. Brook tried everything to get ridge to tell her what the problem was but to no avail. He should restore the marriage and tell his kids to get a life and their conniving mother to buy a ticket back to where she came from.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Has Dylan’s Mystery Caller/Stalker Been Revealed to Be an Alive Luna Nozawa?

We have another scream machine on her hands at The Bold and the Beautiful after the dramatic ending of the May 1 episode, and that would be Dylan (Sydney Bullock)!

B&B is finally making some headway on just who was the person behind the mystery call that Dylan received telling her they have some “unfinished business.” At the time of the mysterious call, it was clear that the voice was altered to disguise the true identify of the person on the the other line.

On today’s show, after Dylan and Electra (Laneya Grace) exchange words in the wardrobe room about Dylan wanting to rebuild their trust and friendship and how Electra has issues stemming from way back trusting anyone after what Remy (Christian Weissmanm) did to her by befriending her and then plastering deep fake nude photos of her across social media.

The timing of Electra bringing up Remy is also interesting to us, as we had previously reported now that Christian Weissmann is back and on on contract with The Bold and the Beautiful, he’s already teased that Remy has another connection to someone on the canvas, which many are still believing its Dylan.

At the end of the episode, after Electra leaves the room, Dylan hears noises coming from behind the dress rack. She asks, “Jamie” is that with you? After no answer and a bit more hangar and dress ruffling, a figure steps out behind it, while Dylan is looking down at her tablet trying to get back to work.

When Dylan looks up, she lets out a scream that could be heard to Nebraska, as viewers see partial view of what looks to be a woman with long dark hair from the back. Dylan in shock, says, “It’s you!” We fade to black.

So, what’s going on here? Is the reason the caller said to her that we have “unfinished business” because on Monday, it will be revealed to actually be an alive and well, Luna (Lisa Yamada)? Did the two strikes some sort of deal, that allowed Dylan to help Luna escape after Luna supposedly died after Dylan ran her down with her car, which was all off-screen? Another theory, is the mystery caller is Remy and he is doing some sort of Luna fakeout on Dylan for a yet to be revealed reason.

CBS Daytime Preemption Schedule for UEFA Champions League Games: What This Means for ‘Beyond the Gates,’ B&B and Y&R

Your favorite soaps operas on CBS, have a scheduling shift over the next few days for the network’s fifth annual broadcast for the UEFA Champions League Soccer games in Europe.

This will effect the Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 29; and next week’s Tuesday, May 5 and Wednesday, May 6 line-up of Beyond the Gates, The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless.

First, and the most affected is all-new episodes of Beyond the Gates which will not air today or tomorrow. As well, game show Let’s Make a Deal will also be preempted. The two shows will also be fully preempted on May 5 and May 6.

However, The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful will air as normal for East Coast viewers, but those on the West Coast in Mountain and Pacific Time Zones will have a full preemption. Only, the top-rated The Price is Right will air coast-to-coast with no interruptions because of its time slot of 11am ET/10am PT.

UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SCHEDULE

The UEFA, the Union of European Football Associations, semi-final matches begin airing today on April 28 when  Paris Saint Germain PSG plays a home game in France and goes up against Bayern Munich, and on April 29, viewers can look for Atlético de Madrid plays at home vs. Arsenal FC.

Next week, on Tuesday, May 5, Arsenal FC plays at home in England vs. Atletico Madrid, while Bayern Munich faces Paris Saint-Germain, on Wednesday May 6, in Munich, Germany.

CBS will air a one-hour UEFA Champions League Today before each of the matches at 2pm ET as the matches begin each day of the tournament at 3pm ET.

BEYOND THE GATES PREVIEW

When Beyond the Gates returns this Thursday, April 3o it will be the pick-up of the Monday, April 27 cliffhanger which found the Dr. Lia Whitmore (Cecelia Specht) threatening Grayson (Jordi Vilasuso) and Ashley (Jen Jacob) and Dani (Karla Mosley) becoming even more suspicious of Hayley (Marquita Goings) and her plans for Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett).

In addition look for, Leslie (Tricia Mann-Grant) to be confronted by Anita (Tamara Tunie), while exes, Ted (Keith D. Robinson) and Nicole (Daphnee Duplaix) share a close moment witnessed by Shanice.

RATINGS: ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Tops ‘The Young and the Restless’ in Key Demos

The recent Nielsen ratings report for the period of the week of April 6-10 reveal that The Bold and the Beautiful bested its sister soap, The Young and the Restless in the key women’s demo ratings of 18-49 and 25-54.

According to Soap Opera Network, in Women 19-49: B&B came in with a 0.27 ratings share up +0.01 from the previous week, while Y&R came in at number two with 0.22 ratings share and down 0.01 from the previous week. General Hospital came in third, while Beyond the Gates came in fourth.

For Women 25-54, B&B once again landed in the top spot above Y&R with a ratings share of 0.39, the same value as the previous week, while Y&R was slightly down at 0.38 with a net loss of -0.02. Beyond the Gates and General Hospital were closely tied for third.

In story, The Bold and the Beautiful played heavy that week, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) coming to the realization that her husband Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) was having an affair with Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) and she confronted both Deacon and Taylor separately, but ultimately, for the moment, does not retaliate against them.

Meanwhile over in Genoa City and The Young and the Restless, the top-rated soap opera heralded the returns of Shemar Moore (Malcolm) and Vivica A. Fox (Stephanie) as viewers learned that Malcolm is in dire need of a bone marrow transplant, which leads to the reveal that none other than Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) is Malcolm’s biological son with Stephanie, while Lily (Christel Khalil) is devastated to learn she can’t be a donor match for her biological father because of her previous bout with cancer.
