B&B’s Annika Noelle on the Aftermath of Hope Kissing Thomas: “There Will Be a Fallout That Will Impact the Entire Canvas”
This week on The Bold and the Beautiful, when in Rome and unable to control her feelings for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) any longer, Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) kisses her design partner, and the man who has caused her so much previous pain in her life. While they kissed, who should show up in the Eternal City and catch the whole thing? That’s right, Hope’s husband, Liam (Scott Clifton).
As viewers know, Liam got quite an eyeful of his wife initiating the kiss with his arch-nemesis, Thomas. That sent him reeling, and later he ended up kissing his ex Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). So, now where does this all go from here?
In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest on newsstand now, Annika Noelle previewed what’s to come once Thomas and Hope, Liam and everyone else. is back in Los Angeles from their game-changing trip to Italy.

Noelle shared that upon her return that Hope will have to face the consequences of her action, adding, “There will be a fallout that will impact the entire canvas, and I’m curious to see how she will emerge from the ashes of something she set fire to herself.”
The actress is also not certain if Hope would actually be able to have a future with Thomas, sharing it also depended on the circumstances. Annika explained: “Could something push Hope further into his arms? Would people even be accepting of it? Is she even in her right frame of mind? Is it lust, or something more? I’m wanting to find out myself.”

Remember when RJ returned home a few weeks ago? How many times did we hear him referred to as the ‘half brother’? Now imagine if folks had referred to Thomas as Hope’s ‘stepbrother’. Because that’s what he is. And this whole storyline is gross. My opinion.

I love this answer! I believe the newer generation needs better storyline. Hope should know that Liam kissed Steffy after seeing her kissing Thomas in Rome. Steffy maybe the one to tell Hope. Steffy’s not going to leave Finn. Finn does need a bigger storyline. That’s where escaped Sheila comes in. She somehow gets to baby Hayes and takes him! Zende needs to reignite his romance with Paris without interference from her mom. Hope and Thomas comes to an agreement to just stay in co-parent mode, friends and co-workers. Hope leaves Liam because he did what he always do when he thinks someone took his favorite toy that he did not want to share.”Butters” let a good thing get away because of his possessiveness.
Love that Hope is evolving from the one dimensional character! I actually like her now that she has more layers. Interestingly, she’s becoming her own person and NOT like Brooke w the same ridiculous destiny crap.

Thomas will not want a relationship with hope he is changed but then it ruined hopes marriage with Liam so hope is out with both of them and I look for hope and Finn to get together. We shall see

Irrespective, a STEP BROTHER or SISTER does NOT share ANY bloodlines. So J Brooks has correctly worded ut.
If it was a HALF BROTHER such as Ridge Jnr, then they’d have to look at paternal bloodlines. Hope that clarifies a bit for you.

You’re right this is just a soap opera but you have six people and to me what they do is they play musical chairs with partners. In the beginning of B&B it was Sally Spectra in competition in fashion. It was interesting. Now is just about who sleeping with who!!

Totally disagree but very much appreciate your perspective- Liam & Hope going in different directions (not permanently I’m sure) develops the respective characters in different ways. I really didn’t see chemistry between them, let them round out their characters.
I don’t think a mass change in what happens as they are all cheaters at some point. There will be apologies, arguments, separation,reconciliation,expressions of ongoing fidelity which has yet to happen. Fin may not even get to know that Liam kissed Steffi.

What should happen next? With the 3 couples in Rome that kissed…it was as if they were spellbound by Venus (the love goddess). Wasn’t expecting that from any of them! Brooke and Ridge….can see that being a possibility for the show. Can’t see that for Hope and Thomas OR Stephanie and Liam. Couples can be weak and make mistakes in relationships and need to forgive; so that’s what needs to happen in these cases on the show. Too many people can be affected and hurt with these 4 people on the show. Hope needs to wake up and get FIRM with what she stands for in her marriage with Liam AND set the boundary with Thomas. (She may need to see a marriage counselor). Liam needs to understand how easy it is to make a mistake, and continue on with his marriage to Hope.(He also may need to see a marriage counselor).

All the swamping back and forth between Liam, Steffey, Hope all the time is ridiculous. This soap is the same over and over… Leave Steffey and Finn together… Liam needs to grow up.. he is possessed with Thomas… Looks like Hope is tired of it too. Liam needs to be by himself.
Hope did this because she is tired of her whimpy, whiney husband. But also, Hope always had feeling for Thomas, even when they dated years ago. Do I want to see them together? No. I think Thomas can do much better. Team Thomas!
I feel that Hope is tired of always being a goody two shoe for everybody. Steffy has dogged her out years ago trying to take Liam from her every chance she got. Liam mistreated her as well always running back to Steffy. Steffy always getting her way because she’s a Forrester so Hope is sick and tired of being bossed and run over all the time. In today’s episode, Liam has asked Hope for a divorce and has moved out of the cabin. It appears Hope will run to Thomas and tell him everything that happened. Then Thomas will say to Hope “Move on with me”. Instead of running to Steffy and kissing her, Liam should have confronted Thomas and knocked him into the next county.
Everything is falling into place in there Lustful lives. Except Liam kissing Steffy that blew my lips off. I do not want that twist to happen, everyone just calm down now .

It was strange to see hope and Thomas sitting in a coffee shop drinking espresso after just what happened between them in front of the collosium. They acted so casual like two single people falling for each other. Hope acted like what she just did was no big deal.does she not maybeclue in that she’s married. Definitely something very wrong with this picture. And please don’t use the old cleashay excuse of being lost in the moment. Soo done to death. Poor excuse for bad behavior. Ughhhhhhh.

GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Serena Sets Her Sights on Michael; Jason’s Emotional Exit from the Mob
This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, new and old motivations come into play with dangerous consequences. According to the just released GH video spoilers video for the week of August 3-7, a bailiff calls out, “All rise!”
Now it’s Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) vs. Curtis (Donnell Turner), as the surgeon is suing the owner of the Savoy for assault that ruined is ability to operate. At the end of the day, which of these men has enough evidence against the other? Portia (Brook Kerr) is by Isaiah’s side, while Jordan (Tanisha Harper) is with Curtis.
Next, Lucy (Lynn Herring) has a plan to get the controlling shares of Deception away from Michael (Rory Gibson). She wants her daughter, Serena (Kelly Kruger) to seduce Michael. She tells her, “Pick out your most seductive suit.” Soon, we see Serena in her bathing suit at the Metro Court face to face with Michael.
Later, there is a small baggie containing three blue pills. Nina (Cynthia Watros) ask Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), “What did you do?” We also see Michael asking the same thing of Jacinda (Paige Herschell). Leading into this week, viewers know that Willow doesn’t want the former escort anywhere near her children, Amelia and Wiley. Is this how she stops her, or is Jacinda up to old tricks and wants to frame Willow? Remember when Jacindsa drugged Drew (Cameron Mathison)? Stay tuned.
Finally, in the pick-up from last Friday’s cliffhanger, an emotional Jason (Steve Burton) continues to tell Sonny (Maurice Benard) that he cannot work for him anymore. Sonny ask, “So that’s it? You’re Out?” We fade to black.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL Preview: Katie is Suspicious of Dylan and Warns Will, Steffy Takes Off to Monaco
This week on The Bold and the Beautiful, official spoilers for August 3-7, 2026, reveal that Electra (Laneya Grace) and Will (Crew Morrow) just can’t get past the machinations of everyone meddling with their lives and reach an impasse. Meanwhile Will’s mother, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is very concerned about Dylan (Sydney Bullock) getting her claws into her son.
In addition, with Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) trying to gain access to her grandson Hayes and her son, Finn (Tanner Novlan), Steffy has already told her husband that his mother groveled to her knees in front of her pleading with her for another chance. Steffy had told Finn she hopes he will not allow Sheila anywhere near them, By week’s end, Steffy heads to Monaco and it appears with Finn not far behind.
In the Next on B&B video teaser, Steffy tells Finn to meet her at the church (which would mean the church they reunited after Finn was believed-to-be-dead a few years back). But there’s a catch, Sheila gets wind of Finn’s flight info!

WHO WILL BE APPEARING IN THE MONACO STORY ARC?
As previously reported, series executive producer and head writer, Brad Bell, shared while the B&B stars attended the 65th annual Monte Carlo TV Festival back in June that the CBS soap opera also shooting some remote scenes which will feature: Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, Kimberlin Brown, Thorsten Kaye (Ridge Forrester), Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan Forrester) and Tanner Novlan.
In story, Bell teased, “It’s a secret story, but I can tell you that it involves Steffy, Sheila, all these actors here, Ridge, Brooke. and Finn, and there’s something that changes their lives forever that happens. I can’t reveal, it, but it’s going to be good.” Bell added, that the show was shooting scenes in the morning at the beach and at a church in the afternoon. He also teased in the story, “It’s happy, and then something amazing happens.”

GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: A Shocking Turn Events with Drew Could Spell Curtains for Nina and Willow!
This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, everything points to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) emerging from the water able to talk (which we already know he can after Friday’s cliffhanger) and walk, but will it come to fruition?
According to the just released ABC promo for the week of July 27-July 31, several women in Port Charles are in for a shock, but is it Drew coming for payback to Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)?
First, in the video preview, after pushing a wheelchair-bound Drew into the lake at the Quartermaine boathouse, Nina looks mortified for what she’s done. She apparently goes to her new beau Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) for help. We hear Jack say to Nina, “You pushed Drew’s wheelchair into the lake?” A freaked out Nina begs Jack to. “help me cover this up!”

Next, Gio (Giovanni Mazza) is on the scene at the boathouse and says, “I found him!” However, a panicked Nina, who is with Jack asks, “Where is Drew now?”
Suddenly, we see a moment of a stunned Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) at the hospital, Trina (Tabyana Ali) on edge at the Metro Court pool, and Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) coming to her grandmother Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) house and standing tn the doorway stunned, calling out, “Dad!”
Last and certainly not least, Willow is down on the floor of the Cain living room in the dark and is startled, As she turns what seems most likely towards the door, what does she see? Is Drew back in action? Stay tuned.
