The drama continued today on the July 1 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful where now the Logan sisters, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Katie (Heather Tom) actually got into a shoving match over Katie secretly unveiling Brooke’s daughter Hope (Annika Noelle) as the new creative director behind Logan’s new fashion house.

After the revelations went down publicly at the Logan fashion show, Brooke continued her confrontation telling Katie, she is going to bring Hope back to Forrester Creations to relaunch the Hope for the Future line. However, Katie is not about to let that happen. Is Hope?

At the end of the episode, Hope walked in on her mother and her aunt (who is also now her boss) going at it and begged them to stop as Brooke wants Hope to return to Forrester pronto.

Annika Noelle gave some insight to TV Insider on Hope’s current stance on her big exit from Forrester and the impact it will have now and down the line for so many characters.

EXPECT FIREWORKS

“The reverberations are felt throughout,” Noelle shared. “You’re going to see it impact multiple characters across the board, and their different reactions. It impacts Zende (Delon de Metz) very differently from how it impacts Deke (Harrison Cone) from how it impacts Brooke from how it impacts Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Eric (John McCook). To see how each character processes this differently, whether they’re viewing it from a place of empowerment and, ‘Good for you, it’s about time,’ versus this being the ultimate betrayal, is such a fun thing, and I can’t wait to watch the air shows and to watch the work of everyone else on the canvas. There are such juicy things coming from this fallout.”

The actress added, “I love being able to watch everyone else play, Heather Tom and Katherine Kelly Lang are like watching two masters at play, and the fallout is going to be a spectacular display of fireworks.”

As to what this means for Hope’s future (not her diamond!), Annika enthused, “I’m really excited about the storyline because I’m really hoping that it solidifies her coming into her own. I think so much of her has been looking for validation in others, so what I’m hoping is that this is the breaking point for her to finally stand in her strength and in her decisions and not doubt herself or question herself so much.”

Coming up on the Friday, July 3 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, official spoilers share: Brooke’s anguish over Hope’s betrayal leads to a dramatic breaking point.

So, what do you think of Hope’s choice? Glad she jumped ship from Forrester to Logan? Do you hope she does not waffle and stays put and becomes a sought after designer in her own right with her own power? Or do you think how she betrayed those who loved her and were counting on her at Forrester will weigh-on her so much, that within short order, she will head back to Forrester leaving Katie searching once again for a lead designer and visionary? Let us know your thoughts via the comment section.

Hope need to stay at Logan

yes

Hope has to expand her horizons professionally and personally – ultimately she should branch out on her own entirely and perhaps come head to head with Steffy who always seems to want things to go her way, and throws a hissy fit when they don’t. Brooke should also just show some understanding and stop treating her daughter like a possession or an infant.

Slaps are in order.

yes

hope return to fc

No. She should stay. All the self righteous people at Forester lying and making up stories of the truth is getting old. Will had the obligation of keeping his family’s business secret so Electra needs to grow up and stop listening to RJ he is biased of course. Also Brook acting like Katie is a thief and Hope a child??? Hope is a Spencer and So is her husband. Now she and her Brother can be proud and independent and not controlled by Forester any more. Zende and Electra can join Logan also!! This would be awesome!! Brook your selfish angry attitude is getting old, please!!

I totally agree. Storyline needs to keep moving forward. Sick of Brooke’s accusations that are completely out of line. For goodness sake, be PROUD of your daughter! Although what did Hope actually do? It’s Deke’s designs. ‍♀️

Yep! Sick of Brook she needs to go away.

Agreed!

hope retrun to fc

No way Hope stay at Logan and be your best self with your brother

There is a right way and wrong way to change jobs. I dont blame Hope at all. But I think she should have told her Mom and Stephanie. Nice to Brooklyn. Like a bat out of hell to Stephanie. I can not stand Stephanie. Literally can’t stand her. Such a brat and talks down to everyone. Even Ridge.

You go hope it’s your turn to fly

‘General Hospital’s’ Braedyn Bruner Reveals Her Daytime Emmy-Nominated Scenes and How Emma is Getting Her ‘Edge’ Back

Braedyn Bruner

The 53rd annual Daytime Emmy Awards are now just a little over a month and a half away, and General Hospital’s Braedyn Bruner picked up her first nomination for her performances as Emma Drake.

Braedyn received a nod in the Outstanding Emerging Talent in a Daytime Drama Series category along with: Al Calderon (ex-Javi, DAYS) Alice Halsey (ex-Rachel, DAYS) Giovanni Mazza (Gio, GH) Ambyr Michelle (Eva, BTG) and Arielle Prepetit (Naomi, BTG).  The winner will be announced in a ceremony held on October 30 in Hollywood, California.

Now, for the first time, Bruner spoke about what she chose to put on her nominated reel that landed her a chance to go for gold. The 25-year-old actress discussed it when she appeared on an all-new episode of the That’s Awesome with Steve Burton (Jason, GH) and Bradford Anderson (Spinelli, GH), that dropped this Sunday, September 6.

In speaking of her nominated work, Bruner shared how she went about approaching submitting her reel, which was a conglomeration of scenes from the eligibility year and her first on GH. “The first two scenes on my reel are with Anna (Finola Hughes). The first one is in her office after she arrests Emma at the Quartermaine crypt,” explained Braedyn to her GH co-stars. “I felt like, for me as an actor, that was the first time I understood this character really well. I felt like I had become her in some sort of way, and the things that she stands for and she is willing to fight for.”

Bruner continued, “I also love doing scenes with Finola Hughes. The second scene is with Anna also, sort of a similar setting, but a different time of the year, but it was a scene about what Emma stands for, and how much she wants to be like her grandmother, and how influential and important she is to her. I also had included scenes with Gio as well from the post-Nurses’ Ball fallout. We had a lot of wonderful things that I got to choose from.”

Reflecting on now being on the legendary ABC soap opera for a year and a half, Braedyn told Steve and Bradford, “It’s so crazy looking back on where I started, to where I am now, and I think, I’m so grateful for this job. All I ever wanted to do is to tell stories, and even just saying that I have an Emmy nomination is crazy, because that just feels like a great bonus and such an honor. So, that’s really, really cool.”

Since coming to GH, Braedyn said she felt support all along the way behind the scenes. “I love the relationships that I formed on this show,” she shared. “I always tell people that when they ask me what is it like working on General Hospital, I just always say that I’ve truly never been on a set where every person that you encounter is a joy to be around, helpful and kind and supportive. and wants you to succeed.”

As for what’s ahead for Emma, viewers know that music executive Simon (Grady Eldridge) has been asking Emma’s boyfriend Gio and her friend and his musical partner, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to play up a “relationship” when they are on stage performing to help sell them as a recording and performing duo, which may cause problems for Emma in the very near future.

“I love that she’s (Emma) getting her edge back,” confirmed Bruner. “I feel like there had been a period where I was just being really cordial and kind. And that’s fun, but I missed the kind of attitude that she had when she came on the show as this animal rights activist and fighting for justice. I missed that. So, I’ve been really enjoying what we are shooting now. ”

You can check out Braedyn’s guest appearance on the That’s Awesome podcast below.

Now let us know, what do you think about Braedyn’s choices for her Emmy scenes that landed her an Emerging Talent nomination? Do you want Emma to have her edge back? Do you think that Gio and Trina might actually wind up together and Emma will be the one left out in the cold? Stay tuned and weigh-in via the comment section.
