THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL Preview: After Hope Warns Steffy, “Someone Might Cut You Down To Size,” Will Finn Eventually Turn To Her?

Last week on The Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) flexed her corporate muscles by telling Hope (Annika Noelle) in no certain terms, she is in charge, and to stop filling her husband, Finn’s (Tanner Novlan) head with notions of Sheila’s (Kimberlin Brown) innocence.

During their exchange, Hope runs through a litany of things Steffy has had with her. She then says, “You got what you wanted, isn’t that enough? ” Hope adds, “But I would be careful because one of these days someone might cut you down to size.” Steffy snarks back, “You?”

Later, Hope is trying on gowns when Finn happens to walk in the room and at that point, Hope (remembering her chat with Steffy), makes a play for Finn, telling him she has thoughts of him and even asks him if Steffy appreciates him. Finn tells her that she can’t talk like that.

Now, for the preview for the action the week of July 22-26, it looks like Finn and Steffy will once again be at odds over Sheila, which might have him seeking solace with Hope. Meanwhile, Katie (Heather Tom) is on to Poppy (Romy Park). Will she save Bill (Don Diamont) from this woman’s deceit, and eventually reunite with him? And, Brooke’s Bedroom line is relaunched with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) as its spokesperson/model.

I appreciate when characters are good and bad, but no one on B&B is worth rooting for. Hope going after Finn is just dumb after we went through for her and Thomas to be together. And that the senior set just plays the same games (still!) and encourages it is shameful. Sheila’s continued evasion of any legal reprimand has gone too far. I think it’s time for some major changes.

For someone who keeps saying I am not a home wrecker and I am not like my mother, she is certainly passing with flying colors, the Brooke Logan class on how to wreck a marriage. Like mother like daughter. Brooke showed her hatred for Taylor by sleeping with Ridge while they were married, ( not to mention the fact that Brooke slept with every Forrester man, but that is a whole different story). Now Hope is going in the same direction. I am really not in the mood for musical chairs. You know Liam will be in his glory if or I should say when Hope and Finn do the deed. This way after Steffie beats the crap out of Hope, her and Liam will go at it after she cries to him about it. And on a side note, was there ever any doubt that Brooke was going to say no about modeling the the lingerie? This is way beyond stale. They need to find more creative writers. I am hoping the Gates is going to be as exciting and creative as they say. We need fresh blood.

I really don’t care if Hope and Finn have a fling. At least it will give that bitch Steffy a legitimate reason to be mad at he and Hope. Yes, we all knew that Brooke would accept Ridges continuous bugging her to go to Italy to represent Forrester’s Bedroom line. P.S, what makes you think that Steffy will beat the crap out of Hope? I don’t think she’s a wimp and hopefully she can hold her own against that witch.

I am so sick of Steffy’s constant meddling!!!!! Also, when is she gonna realize that Sheila will NEVER be permanently locked up?!?!? One last thing: I wish that Hope would give Steffy a long overdue BEATDOWN!!!!! ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!!!

I would pay to see that” beatdown”!

I can’t say how disgusting Steffy looks in that short, tight skirt, she’s been wearing all week. I think it would fit my little 2yr. old Granddaughter. Why do they dress her so inappropriately?

Violet…good question…lol. To me, Steffy always looks like she’s dressed up for a cocktail party. BEYOND BLECH!!!!!

Finn and Hope are as dull as dishwater. There is no sexual tension/chemistry. Finn is Dr Wooden and blank stares, Hope is not a femme fatale. Tamara Braun or Ari Zucker needs to play Hope for this recantation of Hope to work Annika is great actress, but exudes nice girl.

The Young and the Restless

This week, couples get closer and some may be playing with fire, when all-new episodes of The Young and the Restless begin on Monday, September 14.

First, Y&R viewers know that Billy (Jason Thompson) and Sally’s (Courtney Hope) October nuptials will be front and center come October as previously teased by Y&R’s executive producer, Sally McDonald.

However, this week’s video spoilers show Sally sitting with her ex Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and she asks him for a favor. Adam seems happy to help, when he responds, “Anything.” Next, Sally tells hi, that this,”could be a matter of life or death.” What could Sally be asking Adam? Does it have to do with Billy’s baby that she is carrying? Come Sally’s wedding, will Adam and Billy’s endless feud rear its ugly head in the worse way?

Then, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) can’t fight their attraction to one another and share a few kisses as they slow dance together at Nate’s apartment. Nate says to Stephanie, “Whatever this is, it feels real.”

However, Y&R viewers know that Vivica A. Fox just wrapped her current run as Stephanie to go film her featured role in the Netflix film Women Like Us. At some point soon, Stephanie and Nate will have to put a hold on their growing feelings or will they?

Finally, Kyle (Michael Mealor) lets himself into the Riverbank Motel room and the lights are out.  He goes to reach for the light switch, but Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is there and tell him, “Don’t.” Looks like their one-time fling is going full on affair. But with Kyle being an Abbott and Victoria being a Newman, plus their age difference, is there any hope at all that their burgeoning feelings can survive, if their families can wind of what they have been up to? Stay tuned.

General Hospital Fall Preview

General Hospital’s co-head writers, Chris Van Etten and Elizabeth Korte have given the ABC daytime drama’s fall preview of what to look for in the months ahead in Port Charles.

According to the scribes, as told to TV Insider,  “Unexpected arrivals, unexpected romance and unexpected connections,” are the order of the season, plus, “secrets are going to be exposed that will upend lives for better and worse — and new secrets will need to be kept.”

In the relationship department, don’t expect everything to go the way you may think! Let’s take a look at some of the highlights that point to some major moments in the near future on GH.

Photo: ABC

ROMEO AND JULIET

“The conflict between Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) will continue to build with potentially fatal consequences,” shared the head writers as Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) and Rocco’s (Finn Carr) relationship gets more solid, the more it will be tried to be pulled apart, especially by Drew. This is what they are calling their “Romeo and Juliet” young love story.

BURYING JACK BRENNAN

Nina (Cynthia Watros) will be in the hot seat, thanks to evidence planted by Drew and Carly (Laura Wright) overhearing her threatening the MIA Jack. According to the GH head writers, “Nina may face a dark future — but perhaps not as dark a future as those who seek her downfall.” Meanwhile Ava (Maura West) and Drew’s unholy alliance will have “repercussions for years to come.” Let’s not forget they buried Jack’s body.

JASON AND BRITT MAY NOT LAST

Those who wanted Jason (Steve Burton) and Britt’s (Kelly Thiebaud) romance to come to an end, may get their wish! As the head scribes shared, “Decisions Britt made to stay alive while under (Ross) Cullum’s thumb will come back to haunt her and may prove too difficult for this unlikely couple to survive.”

Photo: ABC

ANNA’S BREAKING POINT AND CAN VALENTIN STAY AWAY ?

As for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), who Jason is trying to save and who has lost her way (thanks to visions of Peter August) and being gaslighted by Cullum and company, it will, “lead to her breaking point and  may lead another person to an early grave.” On that note, Carly and Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) relationship is tested after his attempt to buy back Spoon Island. Only problem is someone else got their first, and it may be hard for Valentin to deny his feelings for Anna aren’t greater than he thinks.

BROOK LYNN’S LIFE AS SHE KNOWS IT BLOWS UP IN HER FACE

The writers added, “Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) face a turning point. Her secret may finally unravel their marriage; worse, it may leave the family vulnerable when someone comes calling with a claim on Phoebe.” Will Chase now hop between the sheets with his ex Willow? And, will Hudson (Troy Lennon Appel) stake his claim to be the father of the little Phoebe? How can Brook Lynn’s life as she knows it survive this?

TRINA’S STALKER … WHO IS IT?

Does Trina (Tabyana Ali) have a stalker … or a true number one genuine fan? Whatever the case, something ominous is going to happen to Kai (Jen Austin Astrup), when the GH writers shared, “Kai is true blue and will step up to defend Trina— but his closeness to Trina may prove detrimental to his health.” In addition, the stalker situation pairs up Emma (Braedyn Bruner) and Trina to try get to the bottom of who is behind it, but in doing so, may have put a target on Emma’s back.

‘BLOODY’ SITUATION WHERE JOSSLYN IS CONCERNED

Josslyn  Eden McCoy) gets new orders from the WSB after Brennan goes missing, and things may get “bloody” report the writers. They add, “Joss has her sights set on Sonny — but she’s a target, too. JJE is a big prize, and she isn’t the only one entitled to it.” Who else could be?

Photo: ABC

PAST ROMANCE FOR ALEXIS COMES BACK AROUND

Could Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Ric (Rick Hearst) find themselves in each other’s arms? According to the GH head writers, “A past romance will rear its head in a surprising way,” for Alexis. Who else could it be if not Ric, who may feel jilted by Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) if she and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) get any closer? Might it be the return of Jerry Jacks?

MICHAEL AND JORDAN BECOME CLOSE

Michael (Rory Gibson) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) will develop a “special bond” while working together at Aurora and while Curtis (Donnell Turner) is away in prison. However, “a face from Jordan’s past will complicate her future. We’ll start to learn more about the woman Jordan was before she ever joined the DEA and came to Port Charles.” Is this William Baines (Alimi Ballard) or someone else yet to arrive? Stay tuned.

So, which of the story points listed above pique’s your interest the most? Are you excited about the fall on General Hospital? Let us know your thoughts via the comment section.

GENERAL HOSPITAL Promo: Women on the Edge

Published

By

General Hospital has released their official video teaser for all-new episodes starting today on September 8 through September 11. In it, several women in Port Charles have reached their breaking point. Who will do or say something they cannot come back from? Let’s take a look!

First, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) in tears and who is wracked with guilt, might be forced to admit her cover-up in driving a car after having a bit to drink to get to her son Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) performance. Brook Lynn believes she was the driver of the other car involved in Jordan (Tanisha Harper) and Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) car accident.

In the Quartermaine living room, Trina confronts her with, “Were you the driver who kept going and left them there to die?” What will BLQ say? And, is the moment that Chase (Josh Swickard) is so fed up with his wife, he hightails it to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)? Stay tuned.

SIX FEET UNDER

Then, with Jack out of the picture (and buried six feet under), Drew (Cameron Mathison) feels vindicated and that he holds all the cards and confronts his now ex-wife for shooting him in the back. Willow blurts out with indignation, “Prove it!” Will this be Willow’s ultimate downfall or Drew’s?

Next, WSB agent Baines (Alimi Ballard) is on the case of Brennan’s disappearance and confronts Carly (Laura Wright) and says, “When was the last time you saw Jack Brennan?”

Will she flip the situation and throw shade at Nina (Cynthia Watros) and tell Baines she heard and saw Nina threatening to kill Jack? We already know Drew is setting Nina to take the fall for Jack’s murder, too!

INTO THE WOODS

Finally, Jason (Steve Burton) has located Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Anna (Finola Hughes) in the woods. He asks Anna to stop, just as it appears she is going to pull the trigger and end the life of Dr. Britt Westbourne.

Shots are fired after Anna says, “This has to end tonight!” Do you think anyone was on the receiving end of a bullet, or did Jason save the day?

Check out the official GH promo for this week entitled “The Fallout Continues” below and our previously reported additional spoilers for the action in Port Charles here.

Now weigh-in: Do you think GH has several ladies on the brink of disaster? Who do you think will end up A-OK, and whose life do you think may be vastly altered by week’s end? Let us know your thoughts and theories via the comment section.
