“Two of our favorite daytime vets, Y&R’s Colin and Jill, Tristan Rogers and Jess Walton! We are hoping for a Colin sighting soon!” Count me in as we, as in the other mouse in the pocket, because I LOVED Tristan Rogers with Jess Walton! I was happy to see his whole SIX episodes on GH this month, but I will take anything I can get. I am sorry to NOT see Marcy Rylan in the photos. I know she said she and her fiance were there. OH well. Loved the rest of the pictures. Thanks for sharing, Michael!

Is Tristan Rogers returning or did Y&R invite everyone who was on the show last year? Anyone know? I miss Colin and Jill, the writers didn’t even give them a real story before he was cut.

I don’t know this either. I hope someone will shed some light.

I DID hear a blurb somewhere in some spoiler/rumor site that mentioned “Colin” and it was in the future which was interesting because none of the typical Y&R spoiler sites have mentioned anything about Tristan coming back. I sure hope he does though!!

What is sad is I am not even interested in sitting down and watching this show it is still on my DVR list but I usually delete it. I use to love it the photos are nice but it is now just a shell of what it use to be.

All My Children

All My Children Alum Cornelius Smith Jr. Joins the Cast of Apple TV+ Limited Series, ‘Five Days At Memorial’

Daytime fans remember him fondly as the son of Jesse (Darnell Williams) and Angie Hubbard (Debbi Morgan), Frankie, on All My Children.  And now, actor Cornelius Smith Jr., is set to join a major limited series based on the acclaimed nonfiction book by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Sheri Fink, about the the first five days following Hurricane Katrina made landfall entitled Five Days at Memorial.

Written by John Ridley and Carlton Cruse, Smith will play a doctor, (something he is very familiar with playing since Frankie Hubbard was a doctor in Pine Valley!) named Dr. Bryant King, an internist and one of the few doctors of color at the hospital, who finds himself very much in the middle of the crisis.  He will headline the show alongside Vera Farmiga and Adepero Oduye.

The series will stream on Apple TV+, and no word yet as to when it will have its debut following its filming.

Since his time on All My Children, Smith has appeared on ABC’s Scandal, and had recurring roles on God Friended MeSelf Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam C.J. Walker and Manhunt.

Deadline broke the casting news.
