THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS Preview: Traci to Jack, “It’s Alan! I’m Not Sure He is Who He Says He is!”

Thank goodness, it looks like Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) has some smarts on this one, and the long-running CBS soap opera is not dumbing her down on upcoming episodes of The Young and the Restless.

In the video preview for the action this week in and around Genoa City, Traci, who has become increasingly suspect of “Alan” and his behavior, tells her brother Jack (Peter Bergman) she is worried about the man saying he is Alan (Christopher Cousins). With tears in her eyes, she says, “I’m not sure he is who he says he is!”

Jack, should know a thing or two about having his life hijacked. Remember when Victor (Eric Braeden) brought Marco Annicelli to town who looked just like Jack? But will it finally be revealed that Alan’s twin, Martin, who was believed to have died months ago, is alive and well, and Alan actually died in their fight?

As the story picks-up, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) are still reeling from their kidnapper (“Alan”) and trying to figure out who locked them away for days in the basement of a mental health facility. Phyllis informs Billy (Jason Thompson) that maybe there is something he could do for her to help her through her trauma. What does Phyllis want? Will Billy kiss her?

Now, take a look at the rest of Y&R’s official spoilers for the week of March 24-28 below.

Monday, March 24

Victor sets a trap behind enemy lines, Billy sets the record straight with Sally, and Nick comforts Phyllis.

Tuesday, March 25, 2025

Victor shares valuable intel with Lily, Sharon and Phyllis find themselves in a strange place, and Devon receives troubling news.

Wednesday, March 26

Nikki and Jack share a difference of opinion, Kyle and Claire break the rules, and Sharon helps Traci connect the dots about Alan.

Thursday, March 27

Traci voices her concerns with Jack, Diane keeps up appearances, and Billy shares his latest plan with Phyllis.

Friday, March 28

Victor catches his family off guard, Jack worries about Traci’s safety, and Sally calls Billy’s bluff.

So, do you think Traci will figure out if Alan is truly “Alan” or if he is “Martin”? Will her heart be broken yet again, if it is revealed that this man who she is engaged to was just using her as “in” to torture Sharon and Phyllis et al? Share your theories of what you think will happen next in the comment section, but first check out the video preview from Y&R below.

Alan could very well truly be Alan, but just as damn crazy as his dead, ( or not dead brother), I believe both twins were likely… Coo Coo for Coco Puffs. Maybe even worked together for years

I thought from the time ‘Alan’ came back up from that fight that he was ‘Martin’ .. the hair was different. Why torture Phyllis and Sharon – what do they have to gain from those two?

A sociopath doesn’t really need a reason, but if he knew the issues the 2 had with each other, he could have been conducting an experiment to prove what a “great” psychologist he is!

That’s my exact thoughts

How did he know so much about Sharon and Phyllis’s past, he had to be working with someone that knew them well

But the shirt was Alan’s

The shirt was Alan’s, because when Martin first broke into Ashly’s apt, at one point he ran in to the bedroom and put on Alan’s clothes, to pretend better to be him, consequently he died with Alan’s shirt on, making me think that Alan, still being alive is truly the nutcase, or a nutty as his brother was.

Please don’t let Traci get hurt again. She’s so nice so it’s her turn to be happy . Sharon and Nick need to get back together.

No

At least she’s figuring it out herself. I was afraid Jack or whomever would try to convince her about the twins involvement and she wouldn’t believe them,

Just 2 words for Mr. Griffith…..MAUREEN BAUER. Don’t even think of repeating history!

They say he may very well be working with Ian..possibility

Martin killed allen.hes the one that locked Phyllis and Sharon ip. And martini and Jordan. Are at it.

I think he truly loves Traci but, i don’t believe he did this alone

I glad Tracy is on this early Alan will be found out before they get married please help us now she need to be happy now it’s her time

PLEASE don’t break Tracys heart. She needs happiness. I hope Alan is alive, but I can’ t see him doing that to Phyliss and Sharon. Althought it worked to forgive each other

I hate it for Tracy, but was afraid of it all along.

I knew the whole time about Allen I knew that he was the wrong one that died I should have been a fortune tell her hahaha

Don’t pat yourself in the back yet, we don’t really know the details yet.

Wow, just when I thought the writing couldn’t get any worse, the April 7th show outdid itself with just unthinkable writing. Almost like nobody checks their work. Chance is easily the dumbest person ever to be on the Genoa City police force….and now Victor is a pimp??? Come on CBS and SONY, do something to fix this.

Ok, tell me if anyone else thought about this. Ian Ward is behind this. He could have made the same arrangement with Martin that he made with Claire’s aunt, Jordan. Ian’s original plan involved Sharon and Phyllis. Who did Martin go after and why them?
