On Tuesday, Peacock has released the first look trailer for the highly-anticipated, Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem Chapter Two streaming series that will drop on July 11th.

In the upcoming five episode event through July 15th, look for the returns of fan favorites: Kristian Alfonso (Hope), Peter Reckell (Bo), Eileen Davidson (Kristen), Christopher Sean (Paul) plus Steve Burton making a DAYS return in his first-ever soap role as Harris Michaels.

In story, an action-packed tale that spans the entire globe, from Monte Carlo to Hong Kong, beloved characters from Days of our Lives once again go “Beyond Salem!” as they trade the comforts of home for an adventure of a lifetime! Supercouple Steve and Kayla make a surprise visit to their children in Seattle, while private eye John Black travels to San Francisco to see his son, Paul. Meanwhile, new parents Ben and Ciara drop anchor in Montreal – where they are greeted by a much-missed Hope! Over the course of five thrilling episodes, heartwarming family reunions take a dangerous turn as a mysterious adversary wreaks havoc on their lives.

The next chapter of Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem is story full of larger-than-life romance, jaw-dropping twists, and high-stakes drama – and it all connects back to a plot that long-time fans of Days of our Lives will surely remember.

In its sixth and final season, This Is Us delivered unforgettable episodes and performances that will remain with us for some time to come.  From the intrinsic writing, tying stories together from the past, present and future, and the remarkable standout of the season, Mandy Moore (Rebecca), the NBC drama series airs one last time for its series finale tonight at 9 pm ET/8 pm CT.

While we have been prepped to have the tissues ready, the cast and creatives have previewed that the finale will also feel like a big warm hug to longtime viewers who have watched the Pearson family every step of the way from the very beginning.

Last week’s penultimate episode, “The Train”, saw Rebecca’s life come to an end after her battle with Alzheimer’s.  Now in the finale, the funeral is front and center stage and a part of the story that is previewed as much more than that.

The series finale is simply titled “Us” and many of the scenes were actually shot four years ago.  Mandy Moore told Deadline at the This Is Us finale party, “To be honest, a lot of what is in the finale for Milo (Ventimiglia) and I was filmed years ago.  I don’t even remember what it was. We had a couple of things we shot for this that I’m excited to see. But I read the script and I’m excited to see everyone else’s work. I think it’s really beautiful. In my own selfish way—maybe because my character passed on in the last episode—I felt like last week was the finale and this one feels more like an epilogue in a way. I think it’s a really beautiful way to tie things all together and tie them up in a very satisfactory fashion.”

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Justin Hartley (Kevin) just simply said the finale comes “full circle.”

The NBC official This Is Us twitter account, came up with the most clever way to promote and remember their beloved series, with a doctors note from OBGYN Dr. Katowski (played by Gerald McRaney) to get the day off work or school to recover from the emotions you will experience during the airing of the show’s conclusion.  (See it below).

In a surprise promo for next week’s action on NBC’s Days of our Lives, none other than Peter Reckell makes a previously unannounced return to the mothership series as the iconic Bo Brady.

Reckell, who had been tapped to reprise his soap-famous role for the upcoming summer limited-series, Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem (Chapter Two), on Peacock, and taped his scenes a few weeks ago, must have gotten a little extra from the writers, to get to return to the network series in which he was one of the mainstays for over four decades.

As viewers know, Bo died several years ago, and now in 2022, it looks like Bo is making a heavenly visit to his daughter Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and her husband Ben (Rob Scott Wilson) in their time of need with their newborn baby, as well as best friend, Steve (Stephen Nichols), who needs a miracle to help save his son, Tripp (Lucas Adams) … all part of the AllDevil’s (Lindsay Arnold) heinous plots that has several major moments play out the week of May 16th.  This is May Sweeps after all!
