THIS WEEK: Jason Thompson Featured In Standalone Episode of Y&R
As Billy (Jason Thompson) has been battling his inner demons and an alternate personality had emerged, which was caused by his deep vendetta with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), and the loss of his daughter Delia.
Now, The Young and the Restless is going to explore that deeper with Jason Thompson front and center in his own Billy-centric standalone episode set to air this Tuesday, September 17th. The hour will focus on Billy grappling with his emotional trauma.
For weeks now, Billy has not been acting like himself as tried to kill Adam, and later was taken to a cabin by Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) to try to get him stabilized. However, Billy does not remember when this dark version of himself emerges as he sets out to get at Adam.
In the latest promo for Y&R, Billy is seen choking himself as both he and his alter-ego seem to battle it out. Look for others to appear in the episode along with Thompson including: Peter Bergman (Jack), Jess Walton (Jill), and Michelle Stafford (Phyllis)
In the hands of the incredibly talent Thompson, we know this will be a can’t-miss performance, as Jason always delivers and gives 110% to his work.

Jason has been KILLING it as Billy!! I hope the recent rumours of Billy Miller returning are false. Dont get me wrong…I like Miller, but during his last yesr or so at Y and R, and basically his entire tenure at GH, he was just sleepwalking (ironic) through his parts. Millers version of Billy was more a man child, but the character has changed snd matured. Jason plays an adult Billy. He still has that reckless, inmature side, but its different. Some of his scenes with this alter ego have been chilling and haunting! He is definitely a front runner for Lead Actor Emmy! I hope he doesnt get rewarded with a pink slip! The chemistry with him and Amelia as Victoria is also off the charts! I look forward to this episode! The writing in this story has been layered and sophisticated. I am impressed all around!

I think if they even attempted to do that to Jason I think viewers would be throwing a fit their ratings are already in the tank over some choices they have made .

I was so use to Gina and and what she did with the character that I am still trying to get use to Michelle Stafford I love Jason and Amelia together I to was team Miller. but since the the whole JT situation I felt the chemistry between them and I am hooked. Hoping another switch does not occur. I loving Jason as Billy

Theo creeps me out. Just the mere mention of his name makes my skin crawl. Now I know this sounds like a stupid question, but is Victor really dead, or does Nate have him in hiding somewhere and is Abby going to be manless yet again. As an on and off viewer since the mid eighties, and a steady one for the past 6 or so years, it will be weird not seeing Victor go off on his rants. Time will tell I guess. And on a side note, I like the pairing of Abby and Nate. But I have a feeling both Abby and Devon will get broken hearts when Nate and Devon’s girlfriend (I always forget her name), wind up with each other. The way they are always talking shop you know it’s coming sooner or later Thanks for listening and happy viewing everybody
Don’t worry they are setting Adam up you could not get rid of Braeden with a crowbar he thinks he is the show just like MB over on GH ! It’s a ensemble effort that makes it work always has always will be. Why JG is still hung up on this Delia stuff I guess his hatred for Pratt’s version of the story years ago but I think he needs to wrap it up. Hartley was never Adam to me just never cared for his version
I always thought Michael Michal Muney was wonderful as Adam. Loved his chemistry with Chelsea. Loved the whole story of their beginning, where he helps her get her GED and then dresses her for a formal party, (Iforgot what the party was for) and than he proposed to her in the rain. Loved it. Miller doesn’t have the gravitas that Jason has.
Jason is a much better Billy than Miller was.. He is by far better.
Jason is a power acter. He delivers every time.

As for Billy Miller- GH did him wrong, terribly wrong. Wasted a great talent.

No doubt Jason is awesome but for the life of me-as much as I detest the character of Adam (the only time I liked him was when Justin Hartley played the role) Adam DID NOT deliberately set out to kill Delia! OMG, Billy made so many mistakes that led to her death, i.e taking the dog to the event, leaving her & the dog in the car alone when he stopped for ice cream and not locking them in! Adam very clearly stopped the car & got out & looked & saw the dog running off. He did not know he hit Delia. He was distraught over Connor’s diagnosis that he was gonna be blind like Hope. BUT when Adam found Delia’s scarf on the front of his car he kept quiet. Yes, that is horrible (i.e. B&B everyone keeping quiet about Hope’s baby) but NOT a crime. And Adam knew he was so hated that nobody would believe he didn’t kill Delia. So I am a bit over this business of Adam killing Delia. I mean, come on, he is a loving father, regardless of everything else & would never do that. I am sick of this.
I will probably get a lot of grief over this, but I found the whole Billy thing rather boring. I’ve heard of fighting demons, but this was a little over the top.
And come on, when and where did Victoria earn her Psychiatrist degree? It was just too unreal for me.Otherwise, Jason did a good enough job with the script he was given.
Forgot to mention that Delia’s corneas ended up in Connor’s eyes- GOOD LORD. How would Adam admit that he hit Delia in those circumstances! Lose/lose for Adam.
Was that the original actress that played Delia that was in this episode?
I watched the show and all I have to say is this: JASON BLEW ME AWAY!!!
This was hands down the best work I have seen Jason do to date. He is guaranteed an Emmy nomination…..they might as well just give him the gold now.
Also, this was by far the best episode Y&R has put out there in YEARS!! The writing was brilliant, directing was superb, the camera work was well done and the other cast members brought their A game and lastly, the special effects they used to show Billy falling to pieces was really cool.
I cannot wait to see what happens to Billy from here on out.
Cracks me up so many people assumed that Billy Miller was going to immediately go to Young and the Restless and “steal” poor Jason Thompson’s job. That’s what I actually read online. I think people should wait and see exactly what is going to happen first before assuming that. Right now, Billy Miller is doing a prime time role. If he does decide to ever go back to soaps,(and he may not) Maybe he will go to another soap altogether. Actually, being a big Billy Miller fan, I would prefer he does that rather than going to Young and the Restless or go back to GH. I don’t watch Y&R, but I wish Jason Thompson the best. He seems like a nice guy.
Jason Thompson is a great actor but this fighting demons story line is really depressing. When his family members including his dead child are telling him he is worthless and to run away, all I could think of is I hope no clinically depressed person is watching this. I hope Y & R has a public service announcement advising people to seek mental health treatment with a phone number for mental health services if they are in a dark place and I hope Billy resolves his issues by going to a qualified mental health practitioner.
General Hospital
GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Jason Seeks Answers For Sonny, Drew Gloats, and Chase is in for a Battle
This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, getting to the bottom of truth is paramount for several characters, but who will continue to lie and who might break?
In the latest video spoilers for the week of October 19-23, Sonny (Maurice Benard) needs to prove that he is innocent in orchestrating the prison beatdown of Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). His girlfriend, ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor), wants to seemingly turn him to as she is seen saying, “I won’t give up until Sonny is behind bars,” to none other than Drew (Cameron Mathison)!
Meanwhile, it looks like Sonny has pulled Jason back in to to help him clear his name telling him to, “Find out whatever you can.” Later, we see Jason (Steve Burton) posing the question to someone, “Did you frame Sonny for it?” Did he go to Pentonville to confront Sully?

Elsewhere, Chase (Josh Swickard) and Monet (Blythe Howard) get set to dissolve Chase’s marriage to Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) who now has lawyered up with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst). Monet tells Chase, “We need to prepare for the worst-case scenario.” Chase fires back ,“I don’t want a battle!” Is the battle over baby Phoebe, or a down and dirty fight just to get a divorce?
Then, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is reeling with happiness in the best possible way, after apparently sharing four kisses with mysterious stranger Jude (Wil Traval) at the Brown Dog Bar. Britt tells Lucas (Van Hansis) all about her evening. But, who is Jude and did he target Britt, or is he truly enamored with her? Stay tuned.

Britt has juicy gossip for Lucas. Chase is thrown for a loop. Emma puts on her detective hat. Michael and Jordan await medical news. Ava is put on the spot.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23
Ava pitches a dangerous plan to Drew. Jason calls out Josslyn. Ric and Monet go toe to toe. Lulu is discouraged. Sonny dangles a tantalizing deal.

This week on The Young and the Restless, the wedding of the soap season continues, while after saying their “I do’s, Billy (Jason Thompson) and Sally’s (Courtney Hope) road to happiness faces some urgent obstacles!
Up in her suite at the GCAC, Coco (Ashley Campbell) and Audra (Zuleyka Silver) see Sally double over in pain. Is the baby she’s carrying about to come now?
Meanwhile, downstairs, Billy is at the wedding reception when he is interrupted by a phone call from Snapper Foster (previously played by William Gray Espy and later David Hasselhoff), Jill’s (Jess Walton) brother, who is also a doctor. Billy says, “A three-way call with Cane (Billy Flynn), why? Snapper, is my mom okay?” Has something serious happened to Jill which would further throw Billy and Sally’s wedding today into turmoil? Sally and Billy meet first challenge as a married couple, Lily receives an update about her health, and Ashley and Traci give Abby a history lesson.
Thursday, October 22
Victor interrogates Nick, Chelsea sees a new side to Adam, Billy makes a promise to Sally, and Nikki has a change of heart about a rival.
Friday, October 23
Victor gives Adam much needed advice, Victoria and Kyle make a dangerous plan, and Lauren makes a change in plans to help a family member in need.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL Preview: Finn Explodes Over Steffy’s ‘Surrogacy’ Admission, ‘WHATTT?’
Next week on all-new episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) finally blurts out that she went ahead with becoming Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Daphne’s (Murielle Hilaire) surrogate when her husband, Finn (Tanner Novlan) specifically told her not to do, and was against it.
In the video preview for October 19-23, Daphne is singing Steffy’s praises to Carter, while Carter worries Steffy will admit the truth to Finn. However, at the cliff house, Steffy reveals that she went ahead with the implantation without informing him!
Finn is so taken aback he yells, “What!?” Now in complete shock, how will he come to understand why Steffy would do such a thing, knowing the risks being a surrogate could put her in for the sake of giving up the baby she is carrying to another couple? Little does Finn know this elaborate, and not well thought out cover-up, stems from Carter and Steffy having drunken sex together!

However, official spoilers indicate that by week’s end, Finn and his adoptive mother, Dr. Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) investigate Steffy’s pregnancy! Will they get a clue as to what is really going on?
Elsewhere, after having it up to here with her sister Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Katie (Heather Tom) vows to bring Forrester Creations to its knees. Katie tells Wyatt (Darin Brooks) some of her strategy!
But, Brooke has run straight to Bill (Don Diamont), telling her that Katie has gone way too far this time. She begs him to step in and put an end to this madness before it’s too late.
Later, Bill approaches Katie and tells her, “I think it serves us well to ease up on Forrester.” Katie is stunned! She demands to know from Bill,“What the hell is really going on?”
