I got my Christmas present from B&B early this year. No more Hope for the time being and Katie is having scenes with Bill again. I never saw this great chemistry that so many saw between Katie and Ridge – the only scenes that were exciting and sweet were the ones where they were on location in the park. That ratty ribbon was becoming a joke. Love Thorsten, but I just did not see any sparks with Heather. Let Ridge go to Brooke and look mismatched (May-December) because supposedly that is the way some want it. But I can fast-forward… Read more »

As for Y&R, I believe I am getting coal in my stocking because of this asinine story with Neil, Hilary, and Devon. Neil should have had a glimmer of getting his sight back by now – just in time to catch his son and wife in a lip lock and then pretend to be blind to get the whole story. So what is going to rock the family to their core in 2015? Is he supposed to have some radical surgery? The Winters’ story is just so blase. Cain is only exciting when he is fighting with Lily and Lily… Read more »

B&B’s Lawrence Saint-Victor Shares He was a Writer of Today’s Episode

If you looked closely on today’s episode of CBS’ The Bold and the Beautiful, one of the series stars was one of the scribes for it in the closing credits.

Then, news came from Lawrence Saint-Victor himself on social media that he indeed played a part in the script.

The actor-writer-producer-director shared: “So this happened!! An episode that I had the privilege of writing aired today. It was such a wonderful learning experience. Thank you Brad Bell for giving me the opportunity, and to our amazing writers and the entire team for all of your support. #writerslife #boldandbeautiful”

The episode#8496, also included as its writing team: Bradley Bell, Michael Minnis, and Mark V. Pinciotti along with Saint-Victor.

In story, Carter was sharing scenes with Quinn over Zoe, and there was more drama in the hit and run that killed Vinny.

Karla Mosley Temporarily Replaces Mishael Morgan on The Young and the Restless

Soap favorite Karla Mosley (Ex-Maya, B&B and Christina, GL) has stepped in for Mishael Morgan and will air on upcoming episodes of The Young and the Restless in the role of Amanda Sinclair.

As has been previously reported and brought to light by Morgan herself, she recently suffered an eye injury and had to undergo surgery.

In a joint statement, Y&R’s EP’s Anthony Morina and EP and co-head writer, Josh Griffith said of the temporary swap:  “We’re grateful that Karla Mosley, a seasoned actor and consummate professional, was able to step in to the role of Amanda during Mishael Morgan’s temporary absence. Mishael is a valuable member of the Y&R family and will be back on air soon to continue her journey as Amanda.”

Mosley spoke exclusively with Soap Opera Digest where she shared she spoke to Morgan before taking on the role: “It was great that I could talk with her and say thank you for leaving me such a wonderful path to follow. I also told her, ‘I’ll be happy when you’re healed and able to return.’”

As a result of production delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the current 5th season of the NBC’s This Is Us, will actually end two episodes short of its original order.

The announcement was made following last night’s airing that the Pearson family drama will close out its current season on its May 25th episode.  The season finale will also air one hour later in the 10pm EST slot, than its usual 9pm slot.

This Is Us will now be on a two-week hiatus until May 11th when it returns for all-new episodes as it heads towards its season’s end.
