Congrats on making it to 12,000! Huge milestone! But I’m confused why on Y&R and B&B, actors have to be so far apart from each other in scenes, and mannequins are used in place of real people for intimate scenes, while on GH and DAYS, the actors are hugging and holding hands, and kissing scenes are the only ones they aren’t allowed to do. You virtually can’t tell the difference on GH and Days, while on Y&R and B&B it’s extremely evident. Why are the COVID regulations different depending on the soap?

Hope it wasn’t as boring for Melissa as it was for a lot of us reliving everyone’s many marriages and memories. The good moments were cut off short and some of the best were not shown. Couldn’t they have at least put Abby in a white dress, it looked grey on my TV. at least something more bridal would have been nice. Poor Mariah looked like a mermaid. I have never heard Tracy sing, it was beautiful, so my comment isn’t all sour grapes, sorry!

As much as I wish Donny were able to partake in the wedding of Chance and Abby, I understand why they needed to substitute cast him with Melissa’s actor husband. The video was cute, and with a sweet ending as they showed their daughters watch the episode where Mommy and Daddy got married on tv. And I have enjoyed the flashbacks to the great romances of Genoa City over the past 12,000 episodes, and the ending while Abby walked down the aisle was especially well done.

I enjoyed that. The last scene with Melissa and Justin and their daughters is so sweet. Melissa is beautiful without makeup! I’m enjoying the wedding. Let’s get them married! 🙂

They could have made the honeymoon night so much more exciting. Could have had so much fun with that air mattress. Oh well, boring wedding, boring honeymoon. Maybe it will get better if Abby wakes up some morning with Donny Boaz in her bed.

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS: Will Adam Crash Sharon and Rey’s Wedding? Do You Want Him To?

A New Years’s Eve wedding is being served up this week on The Young and the Restless as Sharon (Sharon Case) and Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) get set to commit to each other; but will that really happen with Adam (Mark Grossman) looming and Sharon’s feelings for him?

The latest promo from CBS Daytime offers that Adam is lurking around, while Sharon and Rey begin their nuptials.  But according to Sharon Case in this week’s issue of Soap Opera Digest on newsstands now, the evening does not go off without a hitch, sharing, “There is a wedding crasher and a lot happens.”

We know that Eva LaRue (Celeste) and Jason Canela (Arturo) are also returning for the big day, but is there anyone else that would upend the wedding, but Adam?

Making things all the more strange is that Nick (Joshua Morrow) is Rey’s best man.  Somehow and seemingly, Sharon and Nick, who have been up to now each other’s all-time star-crossed loves, are now so good with each other that they are the best of friends.

Case shared on the storypoint, “Yes, it’s kind of unusual that Nick would be the best man at Sharon’s wedding, but those two have come a long way since they’ve been divorced.”

Watch the promo below.  Then let us know: are you rooting for Sharon and Rey? Sharon and Adam … or should Sharon just be without a man for awhile to figure things out! Share your thoughts in the comment section.

‘This Is Us’ Star Chrissy Metz Gives Insight Into Kate’s Pregnancy Shocker Ahead Of January Return

When the fifth season of This Is Us returns to NBC on Tuesday, January 5th for its first all-new episode of the new year, viewers will learn more about a shocker from a young Kate Pearson’s past involving the character’s teenage pregnancy.

In this year’s final episode, we learned Kate had a secret pregnancy that she never told her brothers, her husband, or anyone else about.

Apparently, Kate wound up pregnant after her abusive relationship with bad boy Marc. What we don’t know is if she terminated the pregnancy or has another child somewhere!

TV Line spoke to Metz to try to get some answers.  Chrissy shared: “You know, that’s one of those things where they leave it up in the air — and we will eventually find out — but as far as that particular scene and that episode, who knows? What’s really shocking is she never told even Toby. So, it’s going to be really interesting to see what ends up unfolding as it pertains to that really huge event in her life. It’s something she never, like ever, was sharing with anybody, and never had.”

So, what do you think will happen?  Does Kate have another child out there? Did she abort the child and kept the secret for years that has caused a ripple effect throughout her life? Share your theories via the comment sectiion below,

General Hospital

THIS WEEK On General Hospital: Is It Curtains For The Relationship Between Sonny, Jason, and Carly?

We think, it looks as if Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) life is about to come apart at the seams, after the love of his life, Sam (Kelly Monaco) had already broke up with him, and now not being there when his mob boss and friend, Sonny (Maurice Benard) needed him the most.

In the latest promo from ABC for the action this week on General Hospital, the story picks back up from Friday’s cliffhanger where Sonny and an already dead Julian (William deVry) fall into the waters below after the bridge they were on collapses as Jason arrives on the scene to late to help Sonny.

The way the promo reveals itself it tells the viewers to “prepare yourself” and then we get an image of Carly (Laura Wright) at the door where it looks like she knows something horrible has happened and she is about to find out.

What will she do when Jason tells her what happened on the bridge?  Will this be the end of their enduring friendship?  Will Jason realize being a hit man is not the way he can live anymore if he loses every one he loves?

Finally, where is Sonny? Who will find him, and will anyone know Julian is dead?

Check out the promo below and then let us know what you think will happen next in the lives of Sonny, Carly and Jason via the comment section.
