Today, if we had known then what we know now, all of those choices, they lead us to where we are presently.”

GH FOUND THEIR NEXT CARLY

That was followed by a stint three years later in 2008 as Days of our Lives Ava Vitali, in which she won her first Daytime Emmy Award. Then later in 2008, she moved to New York City and joined the cast of All My Children in the role of Reese Williams and was a part of the groundbreaking same sex wedding between Reese and Bianca Montgomery (Eden Riegel) and stayed with the show until 2009.
Later, in 2011, she came back to Days of our Lives in the short-lived role of Taylor Walker, Nicole’s sister. However, Braun was not done with DAYS when in fact she returned in 2015-2016 to reprise the role of Ava Vitali.
Tamara even made a return trip to General Hospital in 2017, but this time as a Dr. Kim Nero, since Carly was being played by Laura Wright for many years since Braun’s exit. She won her second Daytime Emmy for the final part of her run as Kim dealing with the aftermath of the death of her son, Oscar Nero. Tamara exited the show again in 2019.

‘The Price is Right’ Contestant Wins Largest Prize in a Single Pricing Game in the 54-Year history of the Daytime Game Show on CBS
On the Friday, May 8 Mother’s Day episode of The Price is Right, a retired veteran won over $240,000 in cash and prizes making her takeaway the largest prize ever won in a single pricing game in the 54-year history of the daytime version of the CBS game show.
The contestant, “Vanesa from Virginia” bested the previous record of $210,000 in a single pricing game of Cliffhangers set over a decade ago in 2016. The moment occurred when Vanesa played “The Lion’s Share,” the new high,” the new high-stakes branded game that debuted this season through a partnership with BetMGM.
In the game, contestants have to guess the prices of grocery items to earn up to five balls. Each ball is then dropped into a wind tunnel, revealing a hidden prize amount. After each reveal, contestants face a tense decision to walk away with their current winnings or risk it all to continue.

Vanesa went for the gusto! She didn’t hesitate and pushed forward through every round, ultimately revealing the prizes for all five balls, winning $227,500 in cash and a luxury trip for two to Morocco valued at $12,650. Those impressive winning amounted to $240,150 as her daughter cheered her on from the audience.
According to BetMGM and TPIR producers, Fremantle, “The Lion’s Share” is the first custom-branded game in the show’s history, and the first new pricing game on the show since 2021. BetMGM and Fremantle sealed a multi-year deal last year that lends The Price is Right and Family Feud intellectual property (IP) rights for slots, table games and non-traditional casino games.
The Price is Right is broadcast weekdays on CBS and streams on Paramount+* (11:00 AM-12:00 PM, ET/10:00-11:00 AM, PT). John Quinn is the executive producer. Drew Carey is the host.

IT WAS WONDERFUL ,ESPECIALLY SEEING TREVOR ST JOHN,
I agree 100% Great job of reviewing our wonderful show!!!!
Oh my goodness I am so excited I was excited before but now it’s to the tenth power!!!
I am very excited to see my show again. I hope this means Victor is back I want to see him reunite wih Dani and Tea and knock Todd the heck out with a right hook! He has so much potential in stories from his crazy love with Tea and his feuding with his beautiful daughter Dani to his great scenes with Roger Howarth to when they explore the history of him/ Victor. I also want to see where Danis story goes now that hates out of the picture she could actually have a good love interest her young love story with Matthew was great but I hope they don’t reunite because with a new actor it won’t be the same and this pretty boy seems like he will suck I won’t mind her being single for a while I really hope they don’t make her and Destiny sluts like it seems they will. I want to see an episode with Todd, Tina, Vicki, and Victor All in it that would be classic. But no matter what they do I will be tuning in April 29th save the date OLTL forever!!!!!
omg!!!!!!!!!!!!! so excited!!
Mee Too!
Love the recap. Can’t wait to see what transpires!
I got into the show before it was cancelled by ABC and when General Hospital was unwatchable so I’m excited to see it again!
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I love this show. I love these characters and the wonderfully talented people who work so hard to bring them to life. It is so wonderful to see everyone and know that our story IS going on. The brief glimpses of the new scenes look fantastic. I cannot wait.
OLTL is LOOKING GOOD!
I watch my soaps at night so I have no interruption, my day is done..
I watch them on HuLu Plus with very few commercials..
So- I am going to relax, make pop corn (with a Dr Pepper) and celibate OL’s return!!
(and AMC, also.
(I will be watching the soaps at 10:30 every evening in my pj’s all cuddles up)
LOL @ celibate. I hope you meant celebrate!
So excited to see OLTL, only bummed about it only being a half hour show but it’s definitely better than nothing.
This is great, thank you
I am kind of surprised that Prospect Park was allowed to use clips from ABC.
Michael, Do you know if Soapnet will be able to continue to show OLTL & AMC repeats once the new episodes start?
internet only. Besides, we need to make sure that people can only watch the shows online.. the more hits/downloads.. the better! I encourage everyone to watch each episode a couple of times on different services for more ‘unique’ hits, the fans will decide if this is a success or not, don’t think we’ll get a 3rd life to live.
PP bought the rights to OLTL- all the RIGHTS!! I believe they have a piece of the pie also.
The repeats I am talking about are the ones that Soapnet still shows early in the morning. 6AM here on the east coast for OLTL. It appears the episodes are 2 to 3 years old. I fully understand that all of the new episodes will be internet only.
Looking good… can’t wait!
Can not wait omg
LOVED IT! Thanks for the memories. Looking forward to new memories with OLTL on TOLN. Can’t wait!
Loved seeing this!! Thanks michael! really wish Michael easton was coming back.. OLTL wont b the same without Jolie!! but im still excited to watch my favorite soap!!!!=]
OMG, I am beyond excited! That gave me goosebumps,
Can’t wait! What a great promotion for OLTL!
It looks good! It sounds good! I just hope the new regime does an escellent job like FV and RC had done with the show! Plus i wish RH was staying as the one and only Todd!
I wouldve loved a feud between brothers Todd(RH) and Victor(TSJ) similar to Viki and Dorian! If only everything couldve worked out btween abc and pp…and if TSJ had returned full time…both OLTL and GH i feel couldve benfit greatly ratingwise with a crossover storyline…but thats old news now and the both shows must go one!
I could watch that clip of a pissed off Dorian in a fly hat and her portrait forever. So exciting!
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’M SO HAPPY THEY’RE COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am happy OLTL is coming on again! It will be wonderful to see Llanview again & Landfair …… Especially looking forward to seeing Erika Slezak(Viki) first! Then all my
other favorites as follows on OLTL (Bo,Nora,Clint,Dorian.Blair,Tea,Victor Jr.,Todd, etc………… Erika is the best on OLTL in my book! Miss Asa , he is missed
alot ! How he could work the room……You even liked him when he was good & bad! He was a VERy good actor! WELCOME BACK ONE LIFE TO LIVE!
Those scenes brought tears to my eyes all the great history and future of the show! April 29th can not get here soon enough! I can not to see Todd ((TSJ)) come home and send Vic Jr back to Port Charles with his tail between his legs!!
Now that’s how you do a recap well (nice to see Joey as well).
My eyes are misty my show is back. I am so grateful to the cast members who are reviving their cherished characters. Woes cannot express my gratitude this is a special community of fans because this is a special community of actors.
I meant words not woes. 🙂
That was totally awesome!! Can hardly wait. Bring on Jolie (will miss you ME) and OLTL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent! A great recap that will be so helpful to new viewers and such a rush for those of us who have watched for years! Loved the last line of this clip!: “Who says you only have one life to live?” Bring it on, April 29!
It’s real
and it’s happening soon.
I am captivated and will be watching on HuluPlus…
Our hardwork has paid off.
Waiting for Vicki, Clint, Dorian, Blair, Todd, tea, Victor, Natalie, Bo, Nora, David
and all the newcomers.
Only 24 more days to go.
Love, love, love the recap. I can’t wait till the 29th. Fitting that ES narrated it, she did a wonderful job. Enjoyed watching the last scenes of when OLTL was first cancelled, a colossal mistake it was. Still get choked up when Bob Woods he said I love you to his red…could barely get the words out.
Yay… 🙂
Well said Emily – I agree!
A M A Z I N G !
I don’t care that I work the next day I’m watching that first episode at midnight.
Can’t wait for the 29th. Will be watching. So thankful we our soap got another chance, should have never been cancelled. Just hope they re-cast John McBain as he is such an important character in the show. Although we will miss Michael Easton, I am sure in time we can adjust to a new actor.
Really good trailer/recap got me even more hyped then I was for April 29th but it would had been 10 times better had they shown the scene of Victor alive right after they showed John arresting Todd.
Erika Slezak is quite the lady! A real class Act! Can’t wait to see her on OLTL my favorite soap!
TOOOOO EXCITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I CAN HARDLY CONTAIN MYSELF!
I love the last line on the clip ” who says you only have one life to live!”
Love Erica Slezac. One of the finest actors of our time. Will be happy seeing anything OLTL…It’s not far away now. So fans get ready..Yahoo…
S’Wonderful! 😀
S’Marvelous! 😀
