Tuesday's OLTL: Natalie Admits She Loves John! Snoop Lion Arrives! Tea & Jack Talk About Victor Jr.!

Courtesy/TOLN
On Tuesday’s episode of One Life to Live on Hulu and iTunes, Natalie informed Viki and Clint that she got a call from John McBain, but did not call him back yet. And … she admits to Viki she is still in love with the guy! However later, Natalie down a shot of booze and heads out for a night of fun at Shelter, instead of returning John’s call!
Elsewhere, Blair has a heart to heart with Tea over Jack’s increasing angry behavior, so Tea goes to visit Jack alone in a very tender moment trying to explain to him just where Victor Jr. went and how damaged he the man she loves really is. Jack hugs Tea. How will Jack deal with the loss of losing the only dad he loves, when his real dad, Todd can’t seem to score any points with him and be let into his life?
Snoop Lion also arrived in Llanview today for the first of several episodes meeting up with old pal, Bo Buchanan. Later, Nora crashes an all-male Poker night game, and Matthew once again shirks his duties as a father, and hangs out with Dani. And, Jeffrey received a mysterious envelope from someone who is very important to his past and his success.
Club Shelter was the scene of all the male help fawning over singer, Dusky. However Dusky has eyes for Cutter! Meanwhile an older man gives drugs to his younger date and they begin to get very hot and heavy in front of all the patrons without a care in the world!
So what are your thoughts and feedback on today’s episode of OLTL? Did you enjoy the Tea and Jack scene? Seeing Snoop Lion? Natalie seemingly trying to move on with her life sans John? Watch it below and then weigh-in!

‘General Hospital’s’ Dominic Zamprogna Shares He Was ‘Happy to Hear’ of The Triangle Storyline Developing Between Dante/Elizabeth/Ric

General Hospital’s Dominic Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri) opened up about the burgeoning love triangle forming between his Port Charles alter-go, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) after recently aired scenes, plus his hopes for the future of a Dante and Liz pairing, during his appearance on the Sunday, April 23 edition of the That’s Awesome podcast with Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) and Bradford Anderson (Spinelli).
On last week’s episodes of GH, Ric has made the decision that he wanted to propose to his ex-wife, only when he showed up at Elizabeth’s front door, he misread the scenario he walked in with Liz tending to Dante’s injured leg from the softball game. From there, the legal eagle’s jealous streak is reemerging which may cause him to act out and do something unforgivable, or will he take the high road? Stay tuned.
Speaking with Steve Burton and Bradford Anderson about where Elizabeth stands in the annals of the long-running soap, Zamprogna said, “She’s up there with Steve and Maurice (Maurice Benard) as one of the most legacy-filled people on the show.”

HOW DANTE AND ELIZABETH CAME ABOUT
Dominic jokes it’s a far cry for where Dante and Elizabeth previously, recalling, “We had some scenes together years ago and we were both laughing. Becky’s like, ‘Well, I guess we’re not going be paired up anytime soon.’ I remember we laughed immediately after they yelled ‘cut,”‘and said to each other, ‘Well, so much for that!'”
Fast-forward to early 2025 and as Zamprogna remembered it, “Elizabeth Korte (co-head writer, GH) came up to me at the General Hospital Christmas party, and I think it was a year and a half ago and she said, ‘We’re going to have you in scenes with Elizabeth,’ My internal monologue is going, ‘I’m not with Lulu (Alexa Havins) anymore and Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) gone, so maybe they want to see if this works.’ I didn’t want to get scenes with Becky and try to find the chemistry. I just wanted to play whatever honestly was written and came across for both of us and hope it was what people liked, and I don’t know if it is … or not.”
Knowing how beloved Elizabeth is to the GH faithfuls, Zamprogna added, “She got a big fan base with Ric … and a big fan base with with Jason … and you know, you’re going to piss somebody off. But, didn’t Ric drug Elizabeth and put Carly in a panic room?”

DANTE AND ELIZABETH PAIRING COULD STIR UP STORY FOR OTHERS IN PORT CHARLES
In closing, Dominic felt that the wide-reaching tentacles of a Dante and Elizabeth relationship is something he is 100% down for. “The triangle thing; I was happy to hear it was with Ric and her, because I felt it’s important to have her the top of it as opposed to Dante, Lulu and Elizabeth.”
Zamprogna added, “When you get into relationships on a soap, things seem to fizzle out a little bit, The buildup is what’s the fun part, and the getting to know each other, and the people who are affected by this coming together. When with this case it’s going to affect: Ric, Sonny, Lulu. There’s so much more story here. To me, it’s going to be a fun story to play.”
You can check out Dominic’s visit to That’s Awesome with Steve and Bradford below.
Now weigh-in: Are you rooting for Dante and Liz, or Dante and Ric at this juncture of the story, or neither guy for Elizabeth? Let us know your thoughts and picks via the comment section.

The movie is currently shooting in Chicago and in story, “a cult leader is put on trial after causing his devoted followers to be burned alive. The film is inspired in part by events surrounding the 1993 Waco, Texas, standoff between members of the Branch Davidians church and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, one of the largest civilian firefights ever recorded on American soil.”
MIKE MANNING IS A DAYTIME EMMY NOMINEE

GH and OLTL Alum Patrick J. Gibbons Reveals the Story Behind Writing Trina’s Song on ‘General Hospital’ (Exclusive)

At the conclusion of today’s August 21 episode of General Hospital, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) sings a lullaby to baby Dez, that went into a montage to close out the episode as her father Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) reports to Pentonville and winds up in his jail cell.
However, in a fun fact, the song entitled, “A Lonely Heart To Give” was actually written by none other than former One Life to Live and General Hospital actor, Patrick J. Gibbons.
Daytime fans first met Gibbons as Sam Manning on One Life to Live. At the time, when he started on the soap, he was just 5-years-old. Gibbons played the part from 2010-2013 on ABC and Prospect Park’s editions of the show. Fast-forward to 2018, Gibbons shows up on General Hospital as Wyatt Hoover, the scout who seemed always be injured, but in the thick of the drama. Patrick had appeared on GH multiple times as Wyatt including: 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023.

FROM HIS GRANDMOTHER’S DEATH CAME THE INSPIRATION FOR HIS SONG
Now in 2026, General Hospital fans are getting to learn about another side of Gibbons’ talent as a songwriter and guitar player after “A Lonely Heart to Give” debuted today! Michael Fairman TV caught up with Patrick, who is now a senior at Penn State entering his final year as a finance major, to get the back-story of how his song wound up on GH!
Gibbons explained he wrote the song in honor of his grandmother who passed away a few years ago with whom he was, very, very close with. “Randomly, my grandmother had a downfall and passed away during the second semester of my sophomore year. I was in my dorm a lot and I was just playing with my guitar. And at the time, I was really into finger-style playing. I wrote the lyric and music to it (with a little help from my guitar teacher Lou), and my mom showed the rough demo to Frank Valentini (EP, General Hospital). He’s like an uncle to me. Frank loved it so much he said, “Finish that up. I want to hear the whole thing, and I want it on the show.”
MAKING MUSIC FOR GENERAL HOSPITAL
Gibbons and his parents took the next steps! “So now, all we needed was a female voice, because I thought that would fit the song well,” Patrick shared. “At the golf club we go to my parents were at a dinner. They liked the singer that was performing and spoke to her about the song, and she says she would like to bring it to her ‘boss’ who ended up being Eric Bazilian of the Hooters fame!” (Bazilian also wrote the smash hit song “One of Us” for Joan Osborne).
Next, “We went in the studio and recorded it and the song came together and it was beautiful. We loved it. They loved it at General Hospital and now they’re putting it the show and they are coming in with a piano, instead of a guitar. Paul Glass, the GH musical director, has been keeping us updated over the last six months of how it was coming along, and when it would air, and how GH put their own arrangement to it. I can’t wait to see and hear what they did with it.”

PATRICK’S ONE LIFE TO LIVE FAMILY
Everyone knows that the One Life to Live extended family share a very tight bond, and Patrick said he does stay in touch with a few of his former One Life to Live co-stars, especially those from the Manning family! “I stayed in touch with Kassie DePaiva (ex-Blair) and sent her little videos here and there. She was like my second mom for five years. We keep in contact with Kristen Alderson (ex-Starr) over X the most, and she can’t believe how big I’ve gotten. Like, none of them can! (laughs). I also loved working with Roger Howarth (ex-Todd) and Trevor St. John (ex-Todd and Victor Jr.), and to me since I was so young, they were just my friends, ‘Roger and Trevor,’ not Todd Manning or Victor Jr.”
It was a trip to California and a visit to Port Charles that ultimately led to Gibbons second soap role of Wyatt Hoover. Patrick explains, “In 2016, Frank Valentini invited us out to Los Angeles to visit the set of General Hospital. I think he heard me say, ‘This is so much fun. I miss being on the set.’ He goes, ‘You should come out. I’ll bring you on the show. We can make you a character.'”
A few years later, Patrick’s dream became a reality! “Then, by the summer of 2018, I was playing Wyatt, the scout, and shared scenes with Wes Ramsey (Peter August), and the best was when I shared a scene with Roger Howarth and Michael Easton (ex-John, OLTL and ex-Silas, Finn et al, GH), it was like chemistry from the old days.”

IT’S ALL IN THE NUMBERS
As to his future aspirations, it’s a career in the finance game that has piqued Gibbons’ real-life interest. But never say never to a return to acting. Patrick explained, “I’ve always enjoyed numbers. And on top of that, one of the biggest parts of finance is being personable and outgoing.”
He continued, “That’s one of the greatest skills I developed growing up. I really love the markets. I’m super interested. I’m never going to close the door to acting. I’m always open to that because I just love it so much. It’s such a great art.”
Take note! If there are any investment bankers or private equity folks among the GH faithful looking for a young analyst next year, Patrick’s DMs are open. You can find him on X at @PatrickJGibbons.”
So, what did you think of the song sung by Trina on today’s GH that was written by Patrick J. Gibbons? Did you enjoy Patrick’s performances as One Life’s Sam and GH’s Wyatt? Would you like to see him back on GH at some point? Let us know via the comment section.

I’m glad Natalie still loves John, he still loves her, too. They are star-crossed lovers, kept apart by fate. It will turn out that they will be together.
IMHO, I don’t want John and Natalie back together again! I want her to move on with Cutter, because Josh Kelly and Melissa Archer have great chemistry with each other, and I don’t want Cutter paired with Dusky (or Nikki or Rama either)!
I hope you’re right. I really miss the character on the show. Also, this story would be amazing with him around to be part of it, otherwise it’s just a halfway version like ABC pulled on GH. We all know how well that turned out.
Hope to see John McBain very soon.
Hoping John McBain shows up and he still loves her too. Clint did all this but true love should win out, miss my JOLIE!!!
I miss Jolie too…..I am enjoying the show. I definitely miss the old format BUT they are just beginning we have to support the actors and the new format the more of us who watch the more episodes we will get. We need to be patient. I for one am enjoying every day that it is on.
I agree, Clint is going to get the blame for the Jolie breakup. John is suffering just as much as Natalie is, I’m sure – MORE! Because he can’t see Liam!
Are all of you Jolie fans that doesn’t want Natalie to move on from John to have a relationship with Cutter? Aren’t all of you guys forgetting that John abandoned Natalie and Liam to move to Port Charles to work for the PCPD and to have an affair with Sam on GH?
I’m fine with Natalie&Cutter – for now. ME is on GH and aint’ coming back any time soon. I’m just saying, when all is said and done, it should be Jolie that rides off into the sunset together.
Chris, that is GH story line and John & Sam never slept together. He slept with Kelly Cramer and Natalie forgave him and fought for him. John McBain was tormented by Clint with a restraining order Natalie knows nothing about!!
I do to!
I can not view One Life To Live over Hulu here in Canada.
Try –
itunes Canada, Jeffrey!
How about bringing back Marcy and Michael McBain?
That’s a wonderful idea. I love Marcie and Kathy Brier.
I alway’s liked Marcie!!!
JACK BETTER NOT LOSE THE ONLY DAD HE LOVES ,CAN’T STAND TODD AROUND HIM! OR ANY OF THE KIDS
TODDS WAY MORE DAMAGED THAN VIC ,WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO FIND OUT TODD HAS BEEN ORDERED TO KILL VIC AGAIN.
The scene between Tea and Jack was very tender and sweet. The tears started when they hugged. I was glad to see Tea break through some of his rage. Florencia Lozano is wonderful.
Also enjoyed the interaction between Destiny and Jeffrey. I like him more and more each episode.
I like Destiny and Jeffrey too. 🙂
Me Too!
Not really sure how i feel about the show anymore…its all about Shelter, sex and drugs…i know they want to make this different from network soaps with the taboo storylines, cursing and sex but i enjoy more warmth scenes like Tea and Jacks. Im ok with some of the other stuff and know the show will continue to push the envelope but i still want more stories like it used to be…so far the stories arent too interesting, unegaging, somewhat disjointed, immature and moraless, and boring. Hopefully the new writers will make all the characters interesting and the stories engaging again. i gave the show a C+ but after the Jack and Tea moment, and if more of these scenes continue in the future my opinion might change for the better. And before someone critizes my opinion, im not saying i want to see kiddie high school musical fluff like the network but more romantic moments other than sex scenes at shelter, family drama and some humor here and there. So far GH and Days are doing a better job.
They can drop Dusky anytime…why didnt they call her Dusty? Dusky sounds like something you’d use to dust your house with. But anyway i just dont care for the character.
of course Dusty doesnt sound much different.lol
I don’t like Dusky either, or that she might want to hook up with Cutter (even though he’s not interested in her like he is with Natalie)!
I agree. As a long time OLTL fan, I’m not liking this new version. The veteran actors are not utilized enough. Too much Shelter, sex, cursing, drugs, drinking. And Snoop-who cares, he’s an admitted drug user/pusher/pimp who is there to promote his film. Google him you’ll see, it’s sad. Dusky doesn’t sing, she just yaps about a girl wasted. Nice.
Did the writers/producers ever see the old show? I don’t look forward to it any more. I hope the producers read these comments. The fans might sound angry, but they have excellent advice how to fix the show. No one wants it to go away again, we just want it like it was, not this mess.
I dont think its OLTL at all…i believe what they want is a Jersey Shore type soap opera. I seen that crappy show once while in a waiting room and it was all about a club, drinking and sex…an inspiration for Shelter? Seems like it especially with one of the shows reality stars is playing a bartendar. Hate to see it cancelled again too but there is so much of this messy boring crap i might stop watching for good if the new writers cant turn it around.
If you people are not happy with watching the soaps then stop watching and complaining about them.
Why not , don’t watch, read a book, and shut up..
( habitual constant complainers are very unpleasant people..
I am thrilled and loving every minute of the soaps.. 🙂
OLTL reminds me of that scene in The Ten Commandments when they worship gold, start fooling around with each other and acting wild and moraless! Is this where they got their idea for Shelter? The scenes kinda resemble each other. Now ill hear from the critics! And i no longer care! Im young and in my 30 years im not perfect and im far from sainthood but this show does go a little too far. Im going to watch for another two months but if the show doesnt improve and keeps it on the darkside im not sure ill continue to watch. And i have nothing against the fans who enjoy this version of the show but all i will say is that the show can only go so far with all this darker stuff and there arent many out there wholl stick with it like its network run so i believe the show wont last long online like it did at abc.
LOL! Yep, the younger generation on OLTL has fallen into “hedonistic abandon”. Except for Destiny&Jeffrey, who seem more responsible. I like them!
Those two are fast becoming my favorites!
The show stinks.
Why would you watch something that stinks??
that would be kookoo to do ..
Don’t like Shelter or Cutter! Do like Rama and finally more of Natalie and what is going on with her & John. Dani is a little overboard, altho’ I do understand you are trying to get younger viewers. I like her and Matthew and when she is not partying so much. Just have never liked Tea’ for the last few yrs. Thank you PP for giving us our show back and working with us fans as to what we want!!
One Life to Live needs to re-think just where they are going, find a storyline and stick with it. 3 room mates standing around talking in circles does not a story make. The scenes zooming around “Shelter” are inane and time consuming. I know the show can’t be just “Vicki and Dorian have another fight” kind of thing, I understand that, and I do understand that they need to build storyline around new, young characters. So, I hope the New Writing staff comes up with something a little more compelling than 3 young people drinking and playing Strip Truth or Dare. I’m sorry to come across in a negative way, the show just seems disconnected somehow.
I agree. I’ve been watching this show for many years and it doesn’t seem the same. They reduced the episodes to two per week and recently fired the head writers. I feel the storylines are “too edgy” and doesn’t have the class and sophistication that OLTL has been known for years. They always had quality storylines, but now the cursing and the drug use is over the top. I understand they are trying to attract a younger audience, but I feel it’s at the expense of the quality of the show. I hope the storylines get more interesting, as I would like to see more of the veteran actors utilized more frequently and possibly some returning to the show. If this continues, it won’t last for a year. Hope we see some improvement with the new head writers, which could lead to more episodes and a possible return to TV.
You are so right…the show seems too desperate for new viewers that they seem to forget us fans who are already there…we are the ones who make the show a success and who can help attract new fans…loose the established fans you already have will hurt the shows success after we fought so hard to get it back…PP needs to wake up and give us the OLTL most of us want or they will fail.
I loved the family poker and Bo/Nora/Snoop. I could watch those two play a game of chess and be totally entertained. That’s how much I love my Bo/Nora. lol. I am not really bothered by the club scene…I just think the young adults who act like teens are on too much. I would like more Bo/Nora romance. Am looking forward to the continaution of family poker night. I am just glad to have my show back. Thank you PP.
I’m glad they’re getting new writers because the current ones suck! The only halfway interesting storyline is Dorian wanting revenge on Viki. As for this episode, why were Rama & Blair obsessing over that older guy/younger woman at Shelter? It seemed pointless and a waste for both characters. Dani/Matthew have no chemistry so this should be stopped in its tracks and the show needs to explain exactly why he doesn’t want anything to do with his son. Also, is she over her drug addiction this quickly? I wish they hadn’t brought back Natalie since I never did like her at all and couldn’t care less if she’s with John or the ever-annoying Cutter. At least if she hooked up with Cutter, a better writing team could explore their shared history of running scams and maybe make both characters more interesting. I did enjoy the Jeffrey/Destiny scenes because they actually had a real conversation, but I don’t care about who his benefactor turns out to be like I do Celia’s on AMC. As for Snoop Lion, the less said of him and his contrived “friendship” with Bo, the better!
Loving the show to include the new format. I am an evolved kind of person that I take the good, bad, and meh and roll with the flow. Especially loving Destiny and Jeffery and IMO, I just feel any show FL is on, the show is more entertaining, this is jmo.
I like OLTL just fine the way it is. I am loving that Vicki has a real storyline and that Jacks family is looking into and acknowledging his issues. I like that Todd is trying to get through to his other kids Im loving Dani’s I don’t give a what additude in contradiction to Starr’s everyone should love each others additude. I am loving self centered Matthew I love that Bo and Nora still have it going on in that department, and I adore Blair playing hard to get while just wanting to jump Todds bones. I am loving Victor on a man hunt and I am loving Cutter trying to keep his head above water. I adore Rama she is so beautiful and I love Natalie with an edge. The show is great to me and I do not understand the nay sayers. My word of advice… LISTEN to the theme song, which I love….THIS IS A BRAND NEW START Stop comparing it to the days of old on ABC.
OLTL will never again live up to that final year on ABC. Some of PP version is fine like Jacks issues ect. but the show is still a little off balance, disjointed and boring at times. Its got its good moments but there is not enough of them and itll loose viewers if the new writers dont make changes soon. A lot of us so called nay sayers are the ones PP need to listen too others that inane theme ‘Its A Brand New Start’ is going to be a very quick finish!!!
Or that…not others!
PP is playing a numbers game which means if the numbers are their they will not put much weight on the nay sayers.
That insane theme song you mention has a huge following on YT people are clicking in and posing likes so I guess I am not the only insane one.
A person can be not like something an voice their opinion and this is wonderful, I am sure they value that feedback, they have employed new writers because of it geesh. I think that OLTL is great right now and you don’t, doesn’t make eithere one right or wrong it depends on a persons valid and reasonable complaint or praise, that is what PP should value not the nay sayers complaining to complain and it the shoe fits,,,,,,,,,well I will leave the rest up for interpretation.
If a person complains and doesn’t explain why then I will call them a nay sayer and PP shouldn’t pay attention to that. IMHO If a person complains and goes into detail than I think those complaints should hold more weight with PP.
It is riduclous some of the things people choose to complain about, point in case a poster is complaining on a website about Buchannon Poker Night?????
It ain’t even over yet what is that person complaining about, another person complained about the extras?????? Its not enough extras. Now that is what I call a nay sayer. Now one legitimate gripe that I think many posters had is the whole Victor reveal, now that was a legitimate complaint which I believe caused PP to seek out new writers.
I do like your well thought out reply and i partially agree with what your saying…im trying to like the show again…in its final year i never missed an episode and have it on tape. Anyway if the numbers were there where they liked them to be it seems there wouldnt be these changes…im sure they didnt give us the whole truth why…the opening theme plays better on its own but not with the opening dance number which looks cheesy…AMC is more inviting…im glad you like it but i dont hate it…i just feel there is so much room for improvement like less Shelter and a storyline for Bo and Nora and maybe a new love interest for Blair…Destiny and Jeffry are starting to be likeable as a possible couple but i like Jeffry to have more ties to the show as maybe Davids long lost son…I agree its ridiculous that someone complain about Buchanon poker night…i have no problems with it. thanks for the reply.
