General Hospital’s Michelle Stafford (Nina) is back with a new online project and this time it’s a new podcast, or vodcast series entitled Single Mom A Go Go.  For her first episode, Michelle welcomes her very good friend Days of our Lives star, Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe).

As Michelle explains at the top of the episode, she really wanted to do a show about single working mom’s and married mom’s raising children, and the ups and the downs of dating and relationships, motherhood, and more.  During the 45 minute first installment, the ladies discuss many topics related to that.

Later, Michelle reveals why she digs daytime soaps, and Nadia even talks about some of Chloe’s most awkward storyline moments including; when she was a prostitute, and when she had a flesh-eating bacteria on her face.

Wath Single Mom A Go Go after the jump. Then let us know what you thought of  the concept featuring Michelle and her special guest Nadia Bjorlin in the comment section below!

I think the show is needed and I do adore Michelle she keeps it real. I am a huge fan of daytime soaps. Wish it the very best.

I love this woman’s acting. I liked her as Phyllis on Y & R as well as on General Hospital but I won’t be watching this show. I would rate it as rude, boring & she may think by the way she talks that she invented the word F- – -k but I can assure you that you didn’t and I sure hope she cleans up her mouth around her children or they won’t be too popular in school.

Michelle should open with a monologue until she’s ready to have someone else speak. Ths rest? Sounds kinda pompous, contrived and trying too hard to be cool. Throw in a couple of curse words, ask about blowjobs….Candid? More like “look at me.” I like the ideas, not the delivery. Get real…not phony real.

I’m sure the issues single moms deal with nationwide are challenging & probably common across the board. But, from this video, it’s evident that living & working in the entertainment business leads to pretty skewed reality. Although I now live in KS, I grew up in Southern California. So, I don’t come from a bubble upbringing. Frankly, the language Ms. Stafford uses publicly would not have been tolerated for a millisecond around our house. My family that is still there does not talk this way either; nor do their friends. Maybe it’s just me. But, I think the way Ms.… Read more »

Michelle is a powerhouse! I’ve watched two episodes. The ONLY thing they need to change is the microphone choice. It needs to be a battery and collar clip. Too much audio cut-outs with the hand-helds.

Chrishell Stause Makes a Return to Days of our Lives

You just never know who you will find in purgatory (ah-hem) on Days of our Lives ! And now, in a surprise return, Chrishell Stause reprises her role of Jordan Ridgeway in all new episodes on the Peacock streaming soap opera.

In the latest promo released on Friday, Chrishell is seen in the ‘afterlife’ as Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) runs into Jordan … her old arch-nemesis! Let the games begin.

Stause, who is one of the mainstays of the Netflix reality series, Selling Sunset, comes back to her old stomping grounds at DAYS just as Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), Marlena (Deidre Hall) and Kate have ‘died’ and have all landed in this white space which looks to be heaven, but really is hell in disguise, especially given Marlena’s latest visit with Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk), who seemingly reveals herself to be possessed by Satan.

Chrishell made her DAYS debut back in August of 2013 and exited the series on March 9th of 2015.  Stause returned in 2019 until Jordan finally met her demise. She returned once again in 2020 in a series of flashbacks.

Watch the promo for next week’s DAYS below.

Now let us know, what do you think of Chrishell returning to DAYS to raise some hell for Kate and company? Comment below.

In the category of Daytime Drama, only Days of our Lives was nominated, thus DAYS becomes the automatic winner as the sole nominee.

The nominated and winning DAYS writing team consists of: Head Writer Ron Carlivati; Writers Lorraine Broderick, Jazmen Darnell Brown, Joanna Cohen, Carolyn Culliton, Richard Culliton, Cheryl Davis, Kirk Doering, Christopher Dunn, Jamey Giddens, David Kreizman, Ryan Quan, Dave Ryan, Katherine D. Schock.

DAYS head writer, Ron Carlivati shared in a statement: “My team and I are thrilled to be nominated for the 2023 Writers Guild Award for Daytime.  We submitted three scripts from the storyline about Craig’s late-in-life coming out, the impact it had on his wife, Nancy, and of course, his ill-fated romance with the ever-scheming Leo. We felt that these episodes were a good representation of what Days of our Lives does best: high-stakes family drama with a comedic twist.”
