Chance sets out to get a description of the woman using Jana’s credit cards, while Kevin tries not to lose his cool. Later, Jana pleads with Ryder to prove to Kevin that he is a good person and she shares with him her sorted past. Chloe and Amber are shocked when Lauren loses her cool with Amber and fires her. Meanwhile, Kevin refuses to leave Chicago without Jana, even when Chance tells him that the clerks at the stores I.D.’ed her as the person shopping. Jana has a chilling moment with Ryder when he confesses that Tom never laid a hand on him and she sees just how cold he can truly be. Later, as Kevin, Amber and Chloe are discussing Jana, Chance arrives and tells them that Riggs’ death was ruled a suicide and there may be someone on the police force involved in his death. Tucker slowly starts to realize that there is more to Kay than he initially believed. Meanwhile, Billy and Jill stumble upon a painting in their research and start to wonder if they found what they have been looking for. As they are talking, Jill realizes the connection between the painting, Tucker and Thomas and just what Tucker was trying to hide. Lauren takes the medication that her doctor prescribed for her headaches and just before she washes them down, Daisy drugs Lauren’s water. Meanwhile, Jana finishes a goodbye letter to Kevin that Daisy and Ryder forced her to write. Kevin receives the letter and it breaks his heart but refuses to believe that Jana has left him.
Sharon continues to read Skye’s diary and finds out that Adam knew about Skye being molested by Dr. Taylor a long time ago. Angered, Sharon calls Adam, sounding concerned for his whereabouts, but really ready to take him on and find out the truth when and if Adam returns. Sharon lies down for a nap to gain her strength and composure. Ashley calls to check the results of the forensics test on the purple cloth and finds out that the results will not be ready until the morning. She also lies down to rest. Sharon, now dreaming wakes up in her dream and hears a baby crying in the distance. Sharon searches the hall for the baby then walks into another G.C.A.C. suite where she finds Skye playing cards on the bed. Sharon figures out who the girl is then Skye invites her to play cards for big stakes, the baby. Ashley, now dreaming wakes up in the living room when she hears a loud crack of thunder and lightning. Ashley grabs for Faith and discovers that it is just an empty blanket. She searches and is blocked by Adam at the stairs. A loud bang of thunder occurs and Ashley gets a small glimpse of Adam dressed up as Sabrina. Ashley becomes confused and Adam eerily tries to calm her telling her that he is her only friend. Sharon tries to reason with Skye who now turns into Phyllis. Phyllis lets Sharon know that she is the big winner in the end because she has Nick, and Sharon doesn’t. Ashley still searches for Faith and realizes that she cannot go up the stairs and gets a bad feeling that something happened at the stairs. Ashley’s dream continues and she ends up in the G.C.A.C. where she runs into Victor and asks him if he has seen Faith. Victor is puzzled when Ashley realizes she is holding on to the baby. Victor takes the baby from Ashley and he tells her that Faith cannot be with an unstable mother. Ashley goes to swipe the baby back from Victor and it is only a yellow blanket. (Like Robert) Ashley is devastated and runs into Jack, who she pleads to not have her locked up again. Sharon jolts and realizes that she is pregnant again, feeling the baby kick. Sharon’s guilt over lying to Jack about the paternity of the baby is also expressed in this scene resulting in Jack telling Sharon that she is getting everything she deserves. Ashley still cannot get up the stairs and is confused why. Jack sits next to her and tries to comfort her and get her to realize that the baby never made it. Jack tries to deal delicately with Ashley because he thinks she has lost it all over again. Sharon once again finds herself in the outside with Nick. The two of them are ecstatic that Sharon is pregnant again. Nick promises that this is how Cassie wanted things to end up and that once the baby comes things will be back to normal between Sharon and Nick. Adam appears and tries to convince Sharon that the baby is actually hers and his not hers and Nick’s. Sharon begins to get labor pains and Adam calls the doctor. Sharon is afraid of being trapped with Adam when she should be with Nick. Ashley wakes up from her dream to a phone call with the results from the forensic test. She finds out that they couldn’t get any DNA from the cloth but there was indeed blood on the cloth. Sharon wakes up with happy thoughts of Faith still being alive and her being with Nick. Sharon is confused and hopeful about her dream when suddenly Adam arrives at her door returning from his trip.
Victor arrives at the tack house and Phyllis and Nick tell him that Adam knew that Dr. Taylor molested Skye and Adam knew it when he recommended Taylor to Ashley as her OBGYN. Phyllis and Nick tell Victor that only Sharon knows they have the diary. Victor becomes enraged when Nick tells him that it must have been revenge that motivated Adam since the beginning. Neil arrives at the ranch and Ashley tells him that the forensics test proved there was blood on the purple cloth. Ashley finally has the beginning of the proof she needs against Adam. Neil advises Ashley that she should investigate and get some more solid evidence before they confront Adam. Neil suggests that they begin with talking to Heather. Adam returns and Sharon is distant yet firm when talking to him. Adam reveals that he needed to get away for a little bit and decided to go to his mom’s grave in Kansas for some guidance. Sharon reveals that she has read Skye’s diary and Adam is gut punched. Sharon yells at Adam who claims it is only a copy and tries to dodge any blame. Adam pleads that he thought if he told Sharon about Skye, that Sharon would leave him. Sharon is very emotional but realizes she cannot believe Adam anymore. She tells Adam they are over and leaves. Jill and Billy discover the connection between the paintings and Tucker’s blossoming music career because of bribes. Billy can’t understand why Kay wont use the photo evidence against Tucker and Jill tells him that if Kay won’t do it, they will help her along. Billy begins to work on the Tucker article and Jill says that she is going over to the mansion to talk some sense into Kay. Billy believes Kay won’t budge but Jill demands that they cannot blindside Kay with this article. Chloe arrives and warns Billy that he is making a mistake printing this article because Kay wants to make amends with Tucker not make things worse. Tucker, surprisingly, shows up at the Chancellor estate and tells Kay that he would like to give Kay a bigger voice in Chancellor Industries. Jill arrives at the mansion and Kay is furious that Jill is trying to get Kay against Tucker. Kay explodes when she realizes that Jill took the files Kay had at the mansion about Tucker. Kay tells Jill that if she really wants to show she cares for Kay she won’t use this information and take Tucker away from her. Jill tells Kay she will only throw the story away is if Tucker will make Kay an equal at Chancellor. Kay promises Jill that Tucker will come through and Jill calls Billy to cancel the story. Once gone, Jill sees Tucker and Kay embrace and she becomes crushed, calling Billy back to continue with the Tucker article. Chance and Chloe wait to meet with Sid on the Riggs case. Chance is sure that if Sid won’t look into the situation then he must be someone who Chance cannot trust. Sid meets with Chance and Chance expresses that he thinks Riggs death was not a suicide. Sid tells Chance to keep his hands clean but that he will begin to look into the situation. Chance also tells Sid about the death threat that he received. After the meeting, Chance and Chloe are almost hit by a car outside of the station. Heather tells Neil and Ashley that the evidence of the purple cloth is not nearly enough to actually investigate Adam since Ashley really was experiencing some psychiatric problems. Skye visits Adam in a daydream and Skye tells Adam he was stupid giving the diary to Dr. Taylor; Adam reveals that he is determined to not lose Sharon because this time it is different and he really does care for her. Sharon arrives at the Ranch and Phyllis, Nick, and Victor try to console Sharon who tells them she realizes she should not have trusted Adam in the first place. Victor finds out the Adam is back at the G.C.A.C. and he excuses himself from the crowd.
Lily tells Cane that if he ends up getting deported that she is going with him to Australia. However, Cane makes Lily see how much she has in Genoa City to stay for, including their twins. Jack surprises Patty with a garnet necklace, which is Kyle’s birthstone, and thanks her again for being so unselfish by reaching out to Diane to bring his son back into his life. Meanwhile, Emily continues to try and make Paul see that she isn’t Patty and even tells him that she can prove who she truly is. Later, Patty tries to study the ins and outs of psychiatry in order to better impersonate Emily but it all starts to become too much for her. Meanwhile, Emily does everything she can to try and convince Paul of who she truly is, going as far as to cut herself and insists to him to test her DNA. However, Paul, believing that Patty has truly lost it, merely throws the tissue away. Daisy makes a call about getting more liquid X just as Michael arrives at Fenmore’s to see Lauren after his search for Jana. Lauren pounces on him and Michael is caught off guard by her overtly sexually behavior toward him. Lauren shows Michael the pills the doctor prescribed for her headaches and he immediately calls to find out what they are. Michael learns from the doctor that the pills shouldn’t be altering Lauren’s mood but before he can figure out what is going on he is called away to deal with Cane’s case. Sharon shows Ashley Skye’s diary and realize that they finally have the proof they need to put Adam in jail for good and to figure out what he was really up to last summer. Meanwhile, Victor confronts Adam about not showing up at the Jabot hearing and while they are talking Adam realizes that Victor knows what Adam has done. Later, Ashley, Sharon and Jack work to put the pieces together and become frustrated as they realize that they are missing something. Michael arrives at Immigration to inform Cane and Lily that Cane’s hearing is today and that Lily won’t be allowed to attend. Lily is furious but Cane promises her that he will do everything in his power to stay with her. Meanwhile, Daisy spikes Lauren’s water with liquid X when its time for Lauren to take her medication. Adam threatens to expose Victor’s plan to steal Jabot from Jack and Victor offers to call his bluff. Adam, however, reminds Victor that it may in his best interest to protect Adam from all the people coming after him. Meanwhile, Sharon decides to move in with Ashley and promises not to say anything to Adam about what they have discovered until they can put all the pieces together. Later, as Adam and Victor are facing off, Sharon arrives and tells Adam she is there to pack. Paul goes to “Emily” for help with his sister and Patty is caught off guard when Paul tells him everything Emily said in the hospital but relieved when it becomes evident that Paul didn’t believe any of it. Paul asks her for her support in bringing “Patty” home with him but Patty, although touched by Paul’s love for her, refuses to let it affect her. Later, Patty goes to see Emily in the hospital and stages an altercation. The nurses come in and Emily ends up sedated. Lily is crushed when Cane tells her that he is being deported. Meanwhile, Michael goes to the store to look for Lauren but Lauren is at Jimmy’s with a despondent Paul who is telling her about “Patty.” A drugged Lauren, listens to Paul’s story and out of nowhere ends up kissing him and Paul finds himself responding to the kiss.
Adam tries to stop her but Sharon tells Adam that she is leaving him. Meanwhile, Jack and Ashley start to think that Adam’s plan was to steal Ashley’s baby but because of the night of the lockdown sent their plan into overdrive they had to take Sharon’s baby instead. Ashley wonders to Jack if Sharon’s baby is still alive somewhere.

On Wednesday’s episode of General Hospital, Trina (Tabyana Ali) opened the DNA test results that would conclude who is her actual bio-dad. Would it be the man who raised her, Taggert (Réal Andrews) or, the man she more recently has come to know, Curtis (Donnell Turner)?
At GH, Marcus, Curtis and Portia (Brook Kerr) gather to learn the results. It turns out that Curtis is Trina’s biological father, not Marcus.
However, are these results, correct? Are DNA results ever correct on soaps? Did Selina Wu (Lydia Look) have something to do with switching these in favor of Curtis? Are we digging into this too much?
After the revelation, Trina tells Curtis. they will need to take some time need to figure out their relationship. Trina makes it clear she’s not looking for a replacement father, and hopes he can understand and accept that. Curtis promises he will let Trina take the lead on things.
Meanwhile, Taggert, who promised Trina no matter what happens that nothing will change between them, decides to take off and breaks down in the elevator. Marcus is devastated and in tears, and is left using the elevator as a punching bag for his fists.
You can watch the final moments of the scene, featuring a heart-tugging performance by Réal Andrews below.
Now let us know, are you glad Trina’s bio-dad turned out to be Curtis and not Marcus … or were you hoping it would turn out the other way around? Share your thoughts in the comment section.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Hope is Drowning in a River of Denial Over Thomas: “Is it so Wrong to Admit I’m Human?”

Tuesday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, brought Hope (Annika Noelle) more confrontations on the matter of her feelings for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).
First, after telling Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) off for going to her husband, Liam (Scott Clifton), about her suspicions that she has feelings for her brother, Hope then had to contend with her mother, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).
When Brooke comes to Hope’s design office, after receiving a text from her daughter, Hope launches into how Steffy is back at interfering in her marriage. Hope goes on and on about how Steffy is planting seeds of doubt with her husband, who was blindsided to hear she has feelings for his arch-enemy, Thomas. When Brooke learns what prompted Steffy to say such things to Liam, Brooke asks, “Is there any validity to this? Have you developed feelings for Thomas?” From that point on, Hope is talking herself, and to her mother, in circles.

Courtesy/CBS
Hope claims she doesn’t want anything more from Thomas than to be co-parents, designing co-workers, and friends. However, she then takes a pause, and tells her mom, “Is it so wrong to admit that I’m human?” Brooke wonders, “What does that mean?” It is then, that Hope admits that she thinks Thomas is good-looking and funny, and that after all, they do spend 14 hours a day working together.
When Brooke pushes her on this, Hope tries to underplay it by admitting, “I felt a little something.” A shocked Brooke says, “For Thomas?! It’s not nothing!” Then, Hope, who is drowning in the river of denial, claims she wouldn’t cross the line with Thomas … that she is happily married, and she’s in control. She just wished Steffy would have kept her big mouth shut.

Photo: Gilles Toucas/Bell-Phillip TV
However, the more Hope says to Brooke, the more her mother realizes that Hope is struggling with her true feelings for Thomas. Hope in tears says, “Liam is the love of my life.” Hmm. We think, the lady doth protest too much.

Photo: CBS
No matter how Hope tries to fool herself, or say the words out loud, that is clearly not how she feels. Hope wants Thomas, and now the question is … just when and how will her affair with Thomas begin? Throughout the scenes, Annika Noelle played them to perfection, even though many viewers are quite annoyed with Hope at this point.
So, what do think should happen next? Clearly, Hope wants to think she can keep her feelings for Thomas under wraps when she can’t. Share your thoughts in the comment section.

AEW ‘Double or Nothing’ 2023: MJF Retains, Takeshita Turns Heel, Kris Statlander and Toni Storm New Title Holders

Sunday’s AEW Double or Nothing live on pay-per-view emanating, once again, from Las Vegas, had a stacked double main event, which saved the show after a lackluster beginning.
There were some title changes, major spots, a heel turn, blood and guts and tables, that kept it entertaining for AEW wrestling fans.
Let’s break down some of the key matches:
MJF vs. Darby Allin vs Jack Perry vs, Sammy Guevera – The Four Pillars four-way for the AEW Championship

Photo: AEW
AEW has developed these four wrestlers and more into stars in their own right. When the bell rang, all four delivered high-flying maneuvers with clever storytelling along the way. Selling their in-ring personas, mixed with real-life emotion.
Guevera is still, to us, the one with the most exciting moves, while MJF stands as the complete package, getting the fans riled up, while showing his in-ring prowess. Allin is one of the hardest working wrestlers out there and ‘Jungle Boy’ Jack Perry has come so far.
In a key moment in the bout, when Perry had the championship belt in hand and could have ‘legally’ used it on Allin to secure the victory, in a moment of conflicted emotion, tossed it out of the ring.

That allowed MJF to eventually plant the world championship belt on Perry’s chest while Allin went for his signature ‘coffin drop’ off the top rope ring corner. However, Allin landed on the belt in pain. That opened the door for MJF to seize the opportunity to secure the win with a head-lock takeover to retain the title.

Before the match, Tay Conti and Guevera emerged on the entrance ramp. Sammy brought along his old gimmick of poster boards with messages on them. The surprise message was for all of AEW and the fans in attendance. Conti and Guevera, who are married in real life, revealed that Conti is pregnant with their fist child!
The Blackpool Combat Club vs. The Elite – Anarchy in the Arena

Photo: AEW
Imagine a wrestling match all over the T-Mobile Arena going down while a band plays The Troggs, “Wild Thing” the entire time! That’s what happened during the capper to Double or Nothing. AEW fans know that Jon Moxley’s entrance theme song is that track. So, this year, why not play it live? The lead singer wore a disturbing black mask, where he eventually received a boot to the head from The Elite for his troubles of aligning himself with the BCC.
This match (if you can call it that) was literally all over the arena and in the parking lot. Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli vs. Kenny Omega, ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson brought out the barbed wire, forks, screwdrivers, tables, thumbtacks, and anything else you could find lying around the arena or under the ring, as weapons.
It finally came to a conclusion when Omega’s trader-of-a-former manager, Don Callis, distracted Kenny Omega and his new protégé Konosuke Takeshita emerged disguised as a camera man and kicked and attacked Omega. Next, Yuta hit Omega with the actual screwdriver (the latest favorite weapon of the BCC) and pinned Kenny.

Now, questions remain. Are Callis and Takeshita aligned with the BCC? Why did Takeshita who was a fan favorite turn heel? With the Forbidden Door pay-per-view coming up shortly, it would seem this turn was to infuse a main event featuring Omega and a few of his friends! After the show went off the air Kenny previewed he may have one or two buddies on the way to help him out.
Jade Cargill vs. Taya Valkyrie – Jade Cargill vs. Kris Statlander

Photo: AEW
The best ring entrance of the night belonged to Cargill. The Women’s TBS Champion came down to the ring accompanied by a performance by Big Boss Vette of her track ‘Pretty Girls Walk’. Along with her A.K.A. sorority sisters, Cargill also busted out some dance moves.
Putting her amazing 60-0 streak on the line, many thought Taya Valkyrie who has the size and the moves to give Cargill a run for her money, would win the title on her second attempt against Jade. That was not meant to be. Cargill pinned Valkyrie. Then, getting too big for their britches, Jade’s manager, Mark Sterling took to the mic and offered up an open challenge. Shocking everyone, Kris Statlander came out from the back and ran in the ring and quickly defeated Cargill to win the belt. It should be noted, Statlander was out of commission from her ACL surgery, following a previous surgery on her other knee. The crowd went nuts. Cargill was an outstanding champion though, by her own design. What a great story to have Statlander comeback and win a title! She shared her emotions and emotional story during the AEW post show media scrum.
Toni Storm vs. Jamie Hayter

Photo: AEW
We kind of saw this one coming, did you? AEW Women’s champion, Jamie Hayter, was obviously hurt, so taking the belt off of her to heal up was the move … but, this also seem to be the move to have Hayter win back the belt in front of her hometown crowd in August when AEW has its first live show in London, England at Wembley Stadium.
In the storyline, Toni Storm, who previously held the belt as ‘interim champ” when she was a babyface, defeated Hayter. Her win comes with the help of her bff’s The Outcasts (Saraya and Ruby Soho). During the post-show media scrum, Storm stayed in character, defiant, and related how this title reign will be much different than when she was more innocent and let people walk all over her.
Chris Jericho vs. Adam Cole

Courtesy/AEW
The worst match of the night, unfortunately, belonged to Chris Jericho and Adam Cole in their unsanctioned duel. The crowd was dead during it, the action just felt forced, Sabu’s appearance was useless, and all of it led to a fireball in the face to some guy in the back post-match, setting up a mixed tag match for Jericho and Saraya vs. Cole and Britt Baker D.M.D, this week on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite.
In Other Bouts …

Courtesy/AEW
Orange Cassidy finished off Swerve Stickland to retain his AEW International Championship in a 21-man battle royale,
FTR defeated Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal to retain the AEW Tag Team belts after special referee Mark Briscoe had enough of Double J’s antics.
The House of Black retained their Trios championship titles against the The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn.
Wardlow defeated Christian Cage to retain the TNT championship.
So, what did you think about the double main event at Double or Nothing 2023? What are your thoughts on who kept their titles and who was crowned new champs? What was the best and worst part of the PPV? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
