Jack, Abby, and Nikki prepare for the Abbott Memorial Day pool party and barbeque. Sarge invites Harmony to attend a barbeque with him and she accepts. She declines when she learns it’s at the Abbott home. She opens up to Sarge about the situation with Tucker and Ashley. Paul informs Avery that he is worried that Ricky may have done something to prevent his meeting with Craig Hunt. Meanwhile, Eden approaches Daisy and demands to know how she could sublet her apartment to Ricky. When Eden learns Noah has no place to stay, she invites Noah to move into her apartment. Daisy and Ricky break into Phyllis’ house.

Later, Daniel realizes that Lucy’s pacifier is missing and decides to head over to Phyllis’. Christine and Danny discuss the irony that Phyllis’ son is in the same situation she caused for them years ago. Passion takes over as Danny and Christine make love. After making love, they wistfully wonder why things never worked out for them.

At the Abbott pool party, Noah hesitates to accept Eden’s offer to become her roommate. When Eden updates Noah on Ricky, he agrees to move in for a short while. Meanwhile, Danny is irritated that Phyllis didn’t inform Paul about his strange interview with Ricky. Paul advises everyone that his son may be dangerous. Daisy and Ricky search Phyllis’ apartment when Daniel arrives. They stay hidden while Daniel finds Lucy’s pacifier and exits. Ricky orders Daisy to make another copy of Phyllis’ key on her way back to the party. At the Abbott’s, Daisy panics when she learns that Phyllis has gone home already. Meanwhile, Phyllis is unable to find her apartment key and heads back to the Abbott home. Daisy pretends to find it on the floor. Ricky researches Dr. Tim Reid on the internet. He places a call to Tim and says that he’s working on a book about Phyllis. Tim refuses to speak about Phyllis. Paul desperately asks Christine to help him obtain the autopsy report from Rachel’s death. He’s stunned to learn that a man matching Craig Hunt’s description has died in a car accident. Jack informs Kyle that he’s engaged to Nikki. Kyle is upset that his dad has rushed into marriage with Nikki, but he won’t try to stop the wedding. Michael receives a job offer to be the new District Attorney, which Lauren is against.

Danny shares his fears about Daniel’s marriage to Daisy. Daisy returns and Danny says goodbye to his son and daughter-in-law. Later, Daisy tries to lure Daniel into bed, but he pulls away. She warns him that their marriage needs to include sex if he wants to see his daughter. Paul informs Christine that Craig Hunt died in a car accident. Christine advises him not to jump to conclusions, as there is no proof Ricky was involved. Later, Christine informs Paul that Rachel died the same way that Isabella tried to kill Christine. Christine bumps into Danny at the GCAC and is surprised to hear he’s leaving town today. Ricky tries to convince Tim to discuss Phyllis. Tim is reluctant to talk until Ricky offers him a bottle of expensive wine. When Tim leaves the room, Ricky digs through some boxes and steals Phyllis’ file. Avery encourages Michael to accept the position, which annoys Lauren. Later, Michael calls the mayor to accept the job. However, he insists that Heather Stevens must be re-hired. Avery is stunned when Phyllis asks her to be maid of honor at her wedding. She happily accepts.

Phyllis asks Michael for help legal advice, but he responds that he can’t because he is about to become interim District Attorney. Paul informs Avery that his source for information about Ricky just died in a car accident. Avery points out that the evidence points to a DUI, but Paul is still concerned that Ricky might be involved. At his apartment, Ricky peruses Phyllis’ psychiatric file. Ricky is interrupted when Paul arrives. Ricky offers some insincere conversation and shows him the door. Later, Dr. Reid advises Ricky to look into Phyllis’ activities around Christmas of 1994. Danny stops by the GCAC to say goodbye to Christine. They express their sadness at being apart, and he asks her to go on tour with him. Christine sadly states that they missed their chance to be together, and they share an emotional farewell kiss. Phyllis meets with Avery and asks her for legal help with Daniel, and Avery agrees. Avery also advises Phyllis to stay away from Ricky. Later, Phyllis confesses her history with Danny to Avery. At Gloworm, Billy and Victoria are annoyed when Victor enters with Sharon on his arm. Billy makes a snide comment to Victor, who says that he will never change his negative opinion of Billy. Meanwhile, Sharon approaches Victoria and asks for a truce. After Victoria insults Sharon, Sharon informs her that she slept with Billy. Later, Victoria confronts Billy about sleeping with Sharon. At the ranch, Victor gets a call from Victoria who informs him that Sharon and Billy slept together. Sharon enters from the kitchen and Victor coldly asks her to leave.

AEW DYNAMITE: The Elite Mock CM Punk In Chi-Town; Jon Moxley Confronts William Regal After ‘Full Gear’ Swerve

Anticipation was high for Wednesday night’s Thanksgiving Eve AEW Dynamite on TBS.  There were plenty of questions to be answered from the fallout from the Full Gear pay-per-view.

Airing live from Chicago, the show opened with William Regal, who came to the ring to address the crowd who were already hostile towards him for his heel turn during Full Gear.  Regal, who had been the manager of the Blackpool Combat Club, and supposedly in then champion Jon Moxley’s corner at Full Gear, passed brass knuckles to MJF, who used them on Moxley to become the new AEW World Champion.  On ‘Dynamite’, Regal had some explaining to do, only we never got the explanation!

When Jon Moxley came to the ring to confront Regal for his betrayal, out came Bryan Danielson.  Danielson pleaded with Mox to not attack Regal, followed by Danielson slapping the former champ in the face.  Moxley eventually told Regal: Lordship, I only want one thing from you.  I want you to run. Run far away, as far away as you can, and you never, ever come back. Right now. Walk. And keep on walking.”

Next, Regal left the ring and headed to the back, but is it for good? Previously, Regal told the crowd, MJF was off shooting a motion picture (The Iron Claw) and would return to ‘Dynamite’ next week and all would be explained.  AEW fans in attendance and the viewers at home were left with basically no answers … for now.

In another major development, during the second in the best of seven trios matches between The Elite (Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson) and AEW Trios Champs, Death Triangle (Pac, Rey Fenix, and Penta El Zero Miedo), The Elite effectively mocked CM Punk in the ring during the match.

This did not sit-well with the fans from Chicago.  After all, Punk is their hometown boy.  When Omega bit Pac during the match, it was a mocking of Punk’s friend Ace Steel allegedly biting Omega in the backstage brawl a few months back. Then, Omega hit Punk’s finisher, the GTS to try to pin Pac.

Later, Matt Jackson executed Hangman Adam Page’s signature move, the Buckshot Lariat, but as if he were Punk in his championship match with Page.  In that match, Punk botched the move several times.  It should also be noted, The Elite are friends with Page.

In the end, Death Triangle (using a hammer again) won the match going up 2-o in the best of seven series.

One thing is for sure, Wrestling Observer noted that people in Punk’s camp were not happy with the mockery The Elite made of the backstage brawl, and Punk in the ring, during their match on ‘Dynamite’.

So, why do you think William Regal aligned with MJF? Do you think CM Punk could be on his way back after he is healed from his torn tricep surgery, or is he on his way out of AEW with a contract buyout as has been previously rumored? Share your thoughts in the comment section, but first check out the action of what went down on “Dynamite’ below.

DANCING WITH THE STARS: Charli D’Amelio and Mark Ballas Crowned Season 31 Champs!

Dancing with the Stars first season exclusively streaming on Disney+ has come to an end with last night’s season finale.

If anything can be said about this season, it’s that it was truly the most emotional and memorable, and featured some of the best dancing and choreography ever on the long-running series. Now the question is, did enough people even watch it on the streamer, or can or will Disney move the ballroom competition back to network TV and ABC next season?  If they do, it will also look a lot different with the announcement of some key departures.

The season finale featured the emotional farewells of head judge Len Goodman, and two-time Mirrorball professional dance champ and mainstay with the show, Cheryl Burke.

Now on to the final night of competition. The couples danced two rounds – the first was the redemption dance, where each couple was tasked with repeating a dance they did earlier in the season – and it’s usually the one they had the hardest time executing. Drag queen extraordinaire, Shangela and her pro partner Gleb, and former B&B star, and Let’s Make a Deal host Wayne Brady and his partner Witney scored 36 out of 40 after round 1.

However, TikTok sensation Charli D’Amelio and Mark Ballas, who performed a Jive, and The Bachelorette’s Gabby Windey and Val Chmerkovskiy, who danced the Cha-Cha, each received perfect scores of 40 from the judges, and their routines were just stunning in the process.

Later in the night, it was one last chance for the couples to impress the judges and the viewers at home with their freestyle routine.  Everyone’s freestyle was off the hook, but none more so than Charli and Mark, who danced and told the story of losing their love of dance and then re-capturing it.  It had everything: the Waltz, the Tango, the Quickstep, tap dancing, lifts and more. Kudos to the brilliance of Ballas for his choreography, and the choice of song “Us Again” by Pinar Toprak.

Gabby and Val played up Windey’s sex appeal and strength with a number choreographed to “Cell Block Tango” from Chicago, Wayne and Witney brought the throwback funk with a routine to a mashup of Bruno Mars “24K Magic” and Ciara ft Chamillionaire’s “Get Up”.

The final dance of the season was a drag queens and entertainment delight when Shangela, and Gleb (now in drag as his alter-ego, Natasha) gave a fierce glitz and glamour performance to “Survivor” by Destiny’s Child and Rupaul’s “Call Me Mother”.

Before the results were revealed, host Tyra Banks said that this season there were the most votes ever in the history of the show. (Problem is, there has been no data provided by the streamer to know how many viewers have actually watched the show on Disney+).

Photo: Disney+

Here is how it played out after the nationwide vote combined with judges scores: fourth place went to Shangela and Savchenko.  Third place went to Brady and Carson.  In second and runners-up were Gabby and Val.  So as predicted, Charli and Mark are named the champions and the Mirrorball trophy winners!

So, what did you think of this season of DWTS? Are you happy that Charli and Mark were crowned the champs? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Steffy is Stunned by Douglas’ Secret …. What Will She Do With the Intel?

It’s time for Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor’s (Krista Allen) fast-tracked nuptials … what could go wrong? Plenty! But will it? That is the question in viewers minds after Monday’s major cliffhanger on The Bold and the Beautiful.

While everyone is preparing for the ceremony, Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) has gone upstairs to be alone saying he is not feeling well.  Steffy decides to go check on him after a conversation with Eric (John McCook) and Ridge.  Meanwhile, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) and Taylor (Krista Allen) are sharing hugs as his mother’s dreams of marrying Ridge are coming true.

In Douglas’ room, Steffy tries to get to the bottom of what is troubling her nephew. Douglas shares that he knows how his grandparents feel about each other, but is concerned about Grandma Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).  Steffy explains that Ridge cares about Brooke, but doesn’t want to spend the rest of his life with her.

Inquisitive, Steffy asks Douglas, why he is bringing up Brooke?  She wonders if Brooke said something to upset Douglas.  “Not her, no,” Douglas replies and Steffy asks, “Who then?”  Next, we get a flashback of Thomas warning his son to not say a word about the voice-changing app.  Douglas then confesses, “It’s my dad.”

Douglas goes on to say he is upset over something he found out that his dad doesn’t want anyone else to know.  Steffy deduces Thomas wants to keep Douglas quiet and tells the young boy she will handle his dad adding, “You can trust me.”

Next, Douglas fills Steffy in about the voice-changing app on his phone, and how it can make your voice sound like someone else.  He goes on to say that Thomas is very upset about some recordings he made that he wants Douglas to forget. Just then, Steffy asks to hear them. It is then that Douglas plays the CPS call with Brooke’s voice on it.  Steffy asks, why he has Brooke’s call?  Douglas says it wasn’t her call.  Next, Douglas plays a recording of Thomas using the same words, which begin with “Hello, I’d like to report a child in danger.”  Steffy is left reeling saying under her breath, “No, he wouldn’t.”  Douglas admits his dad used the app to make his voice sound like Grandma Brooke.

It that moment, it all comes together for Steffy! She realizes Thomas called CPS on himself disguising his voice as Brooke’s using the app.  To which Douglas added that his dad did it to “Make Grandad mad.”  Steffy adds,“To leave Brooke”, and Douglas finishes the thought, “And marry Grandma Taylor.”  Steffy is shaken and utters, “Oh, my God!” (We fade to black).

So, what do you think will happen next? Will Steffy keep her mouth shut so Ridge marries Taylor? Will she confront Thomas? Will anybody do the right thing and let Ridge know the CPS call was not Brooke or Brooke’s fault?  Share your thoughts on the reveal in the comment section below.  But first, watch the key scene from today’s B&B below.
