Y&R Teases The Truth Of Gabriel's (AKA Adam) Identity Will Be Revealed On July 13th!

“And on July 13th, his true identify … will be … exposed!” That is the voice-over tag line from the latest CBS Daytime promo for the number one soap opera, The Young and the Restless.
Now that the stage is apparently set, will everyone finally learn that Gabriel Bingham is actually Adam Newman (Justin Hartley)? From the inter-cuts in the promo, it appears that Adam admits who he is to Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). But does he reveal it to her? Does someone else come forward and ruin his imposter of a charade? Or, is this a big red herring?
For months, certain people have been finding out the truth about Adam namely Sage Warner (Kelly Sullivan), and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), but what will Chelsea do when she finds out that the man she has fallen for her lied, and is actually her believed-to-be-dead husband, Adam Newman?

I liked the old Adam and Sharon.
I agree, Kim. And, with Timmm. Michael Muhney and Sharon Case had that extra “thing” which eludes so many couples, playing a part or not. Melissa has never cut it for me….even during her days on AMC. Chelsea has not reached my heart, yet. I never felt her pain when she lost Adam.
And, the writers want us to forget Johnny is her son. It boggles the mind how Chelsea never shows regret or the wistful look a mother whose child she bore and gave up, should have.
There is no appeal, of any kind or that special aura about her.
But, Abby. WOW!!!!! She is really coming up and about…I like the way she stood up to Victoria Quelle surprise!!!! And, her outfit was cute and classy…loved the black and white checkered top.
I loved Sharon with Ada, I dont get why the writers ignored Sharon and Adam not only dated but oh my my the were in LOVE LOOOOOOVE! PLEASE bring them back. Dylan is so boring. Sage is a joke. I never EVER want to see this baby Nick is having with SAGE NOOOOOOOOO

You are thinking of Michael Muhney’s Adam, where he would have gone to hell and back for Sharon. I know, how you feel. I felt it too. Unfortunately for us, those days are gone……sigh!!

Meg, I agree I hope the real killer is gabriel the one that passed away and give Adam a chance at happiness with Chelsea , it wld be something if him and Victor were in jail together
Gabe is not the hit n run driver ,this man risked his life,for a stranger ,he would not leave a child to die. anymore than adam would. if it is some 1 we know ,it is Nkki ,and she blocked it as she has other traumas .vic knows adam did not do it ,the eeye witness told him ,he thinks nikki did it ,so he threw adam under the bus.but like the rape it could be some random person.
I think it will be twists and turns, knowing Pratt’s writing..
I can see Adam and Victor teaming up because it will be Jack who betrays Adam secret..
Then later on it will be Adam against Victor – Adam will want to get full controll and boot out Victor..
Lots of good stuff coming..
I wish Pratt would handle the who killed Delia .. It wasn’t Adam..

Unless you count Sharon sleeping with that vet guy while she was pretending to be dead- lying to Adam that she was alive– and Adam never mentioning the number of misdeeds he was doing– then sure Adam and Sharon never cheated or betrayed each other.
LETS DO THIS SHADAM again. PLUS Chelsea is dull with Adam. He needs that love intensity he has with SHARON> AND Sharon knew Adam . Chelsea does NOT clearly she had sex with Adam and cant tell. su0000, he was great on GH. On Y&R he is teamed with Jill and it doesnt click. He and Jill had the music box story and it was one of the worst of all time on ANY soap! Colin needs to play a character who is a strong businessman or another detective type guy who maybe runs against Paul for Chief or something like that. I love Paul but he sucks as chief. Kevin is better at police work than Paul! But anyway, Colin needs a reboot!

There’s no reason he didn’t tell Chelsea. She’s a more seasoned con artist than he is! She could’ve handled it. Now, I just don’t know now. Bored by him now. More interested in Noah & Marissa now. Shocked I like this pairing. Also shocked I’m feeling bad for Joe!

When the DNA tests come back it show it was not Joe that raped Avery..
Then Avery will feel so terribly bad for blaming Joe that she will go cray cray from shame and leave town to get mental help/whatever..
They will not kill-off Avery.. She has family connections..

Except from what I read re: Monday’s show….stop here if you don’t want to know…the results are inconclusive I think. I fear she may leave before Joe gets his name cleared. Bummer!
I agree, Su. But, at the same time, do you think that Joe is right about Avery? That is, she is lying to herself and everyone who will listen that it was, indeed, Joe. Is she trying to defame Joe, as he claims she is doing?
I like Joe a lot….but, there’s always that little devilish imp, at the back of my head, that he is really not on the up and up. I know you’re pretty good at deciphering people, so, tell me?
Unlikely. A reveal that big is usually done during sweeps. If he does tell Chelsea, then it is most likely Adam imagining what would happen if he told her– not him really telling her. Of course I could be wrong, and like everyone else I will tune in on the date to see– but that is what these teasers do, they edit scenes to get you to watch and it is never what it seems to be.

I Think Adam will confess to Chelsea so she doesn’t hear it from someone else, he really does love her.
The first thing I posted when Gebe came into the picture, was that he should come clean with Chealsie. Her love for him is full-proof; sooooo…..

Adam has loads of respect for Jack than Victor. I don’t think he’d want to hurt Jack in any way.
I am more than ready for the reveal. Adam has just been digging himself deeper
with all of this waiting. So yes, hope the real Delia hit and run driver is out in the
open soon! Then the Abbotts can have real closure as far as knowing the truth,
and Adam and Chelsea can finally be together in an honest way.
Have no idea how Chelsea will handle it when she finally knows, but feel certain
that MCE will bring it bigtime.
At least Adam’s Storyline is wrapping up unlike GH’s Jason’s.

I think the writers at GH are prolonging the ‘revelation’ as an attempt to have Jake and Sam fall in love (all over again). Yeah, the anticipation is killing me too, but a camaraderie needs developing between the two. I think all this investigating into the ELQ takeover is a ploy employed by the writers to lead Sam and Jake smack in the middle of his identity reveal. Tony needs to leave first, I guess.
I hope they bring Crazy Kelly back and expose her as the hit and run driver and then make sure Stitch needs to leave town with her. The fact that every Newman/Abbot woman wants to be with him is more absurd than Jack and Yack.
I want to turn this show off, and if I had more options I would. Its bad enough I watch maybe two episodes a week and fast forward through most of it. Maybe this Sudsville TV will give us higher quality writing and more options. GH is as big a mess as Y&R and now that we are back to intelligent women fighting over the wuss Liam on B&B I haven’t been watching that either.
Just make it stop!!! At this point, does anyone really care anymore…?!?
Hard to believe that while the viewership & ratings for this now train-wreck of a show have held consistent since Chuck “The Hack” Pratt showed up with his poison pen!! This show has grown more and more illogical and contrived with each passing episode (I haven’t been able to watch a full episode since the “Jack/Yack” storyline began)! Such garbage!!
I reiterate: Bill Bell is in his grave spinning like a BOSTON MARKET rotisserie chicken!!
It looks like the current run of Lucas Adams (Noah) and Tamara Braun (Sienna) on The Young and the Restless is coming to an end, after the Monday, August 3 edition of the CBS daytime drama revealed that Noah and Sienna are leaving Genoa City and heading back to Los Angeles.
In the storyline, Noah informed his mother, Sharon (Sharon Case) and half-sister Mariah (Camryn Grimes) that he and Sienna made the decision to move back to the West Coast to put distance between themselves and Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). Although Noah did not say it was a permanent move, he did assure his mom that once Matt is hopefully gone from Genoa City they could return.
However, as previewed already on the video teaser for this week’s episodes of Y&R (see below), it appears Noah left Genoa City’s The Shadow Room to be run by a returning Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian). So with that, coupled with today’s episode, it would appear the move could wind up being more permanent.

COMINGS AND GOINGS
Adams made his Y&R debut on November 4, 2025 as the successor to Rory Gibson who last played Noah on-screen in April of 2023. Earlier in 2025, Gibson took over the role of Michael Corinthos on Genera Hospital replacing Chad Duell, who stepped away from the part after 15 years.
Braun who played Adam’s mother on Days of Our Lives when she was Ava Vitali and he was Tripp Dalton, first appeared on Y&R back on October 14, 2025, where we soon learned she had become Noah’s lover as the new character, Sienna Bacall. It should be noted, Adams was on contract with the number #1 soap, while Braun has been on recurring status.
With Josh Griffith now exited as head writer of The Young and the Restless, and the newly announced co-head writing team of Jamey Giddens and Dan O’Connor having taken his place and starting their new tenure this week, it will be interesting to see how the duo resets the show, and if a Noah and Sienna return is in the cards for the future or not.

Rosie O’Donnell revealed that she plans to head back to a seat at the table of ABC’s morning talk show The View.
The announcement came during Monday’s episode of The Tangle Podcast where she shared she will participate in “in whatever way they want” her or “just as a guest” for its upcoming 30th season.
The View’s season 30 will kick-off this fall in September. O’Donnell explained, “They’re bringing back all the hosts, I think. And, you know, I’m pretty proud of that show, what it’s become and how it really speaks to the people and to politics.”

ROSIE ON HER PREVIOUS GO-ROUNDS ON THE VIEW
As fans of The View know, O’Donnell famously had two different one-year stints on the talk show in 2007 and again in 2014- 2015. She often feuded with then co-host Elizabeth Hasselbeck.
However, during her discussion with host, Kyle Ridley on The Tangle Podcast, O’Donnell also noted she often had tense moments with longtime moderator and anchor, Whoopi Goldberg.
O’Donnell also expressed, “Many, many people got the short end of the stick there. It was, you know, it was a factory where people were being churned in and out and their tenuous security, nobody got to be calm. It also was a show at the time that was run by a man. A show created by a woman, for women, about women, and the man was deciding what we should talk about. And that didn’t sit right with me, you know.”
Back in 2023, Brooke Shields had asked Rosie on her podcast, Now What? with Brooke Shields, about how she felt on her two stints at The View and all the controversy that surrounded it. Rosie at that time, stated, “I know this, it’s not the best use of my talent to get in a show where I have to argue and defend basic principles of humanity and kindness. It was not something I’d ever do again.”

General Hospital Fan Club Weekend brought out many of your favorites to the four day event; with the main cast gathering on Saturday, August 1. Fans near and far attended the weekend held this year at the Burbank Marriott Hotel.
