So soap fans, what do you think of the winners in the categories? Agree or disagree? Share your thoughts!
Congrats to OLTL. The quality of those final ABC episodes deserved recognition.
Agree!!!
Definitely.
I totally agree!
I recorded them on dvd!
Well, I guess the CBS bloc-voting worked. I guess tomorrow night will be more of the same. Should I even bother tuning in?
I believe there is much more going on behind closed doors when it comes to the these awards..
It would be actual if people voted and the awards were not decided by payed off panels / media political hand shaking..
I think we all know there is hidden agendas behind all this hoopala, if not, then why have the awards if it did not benefit networks..
Also known as ; greasing of the wheel ..
LMAO .. they actually gave awards for;
SCENIC DESIGN , CASTING , COSTUME DESIGN , HAIRSTYLING , LIGHTING DIRECTION , SOUND MIXING , TECHNICAL DIRECTION .
Y&R and BB took them all..
Two words.. biased/rigid and ridiculous..
CASTING- should have been GH –
the casting was outstanding ..
SCENIC DESIGN – should have gone to GH..
Its action dock scenes, police cars, boats , on the waterfront etc also the accident road and woods was outstanding..
Theses awards are all for putting on a show and not much more..
For many years the awards have terrible..
Oh my god GH wins every other year.
Well I see no reason to watch the show tomorrow. I hate that some networks feel the need to fix the outcome….really unfair to the fans
Days shouldve got it for scenic design for its wonderful use of a couch that doesnt get dirty from bird poop in the town square, and for the clever way it recycles one set that is used for the police set, Jennifers hospital office and also as Bradys examining room after he was attacked in the park! lol
Congrats to the winners.
Glad to see Y and R win since most of those awards are for what happened before JFP got her hands on the show.
Michael… can we watch the Emmy’s on HLN or elsewhere on-line this year?
Watching the show right now, one of the worst things ever to air on TV, an embarrassment to Daytime.
Just watched and I will not spoil the awards but I am over the moon for Best Lead Actor!!!!!
Congrats CBS!!!
Agreed ..it was so obvious that CBS rigged the show. It was a joke! GH and Days got robbed. I guess they think we are stupid?? Because we do watch the shows, we know enough to tell the difference.
