Victor informs Nikki that they can finally be together. Nikki admits that she still loves Victor, but that they can’t be together. Victor grabs her and begins kissing her, and they make love. Jack ignores Genevieve’s concern that he might not get Beauty of Nature, and presents his fiancée with a diamond bracelet. Cane bonds with his soon-to-be step father and Genevieve shows Lily her wedding dress. Meanwhile, Ashley is surprised when Abby arrives home in time for Jack and Genevieve’s wedding. Sharon tries to convince Adam that Victor is setting him up. Adam grabs Sharon and kisses her passionately, and they begin to make love on Victor’s desk. When Phyllis drops Summer off at Nick’s, Summer convinces Phyllis to stay and watch movies with them. After Nick puts the girls to bed, they decide to hang out together without having sex. They spend the rest of the night playing video games. Michael meets with the SEC agents, who expect to arrest Adam within the hour. Michael informs Victor that Adam never called Tucker with the highest bid. Michael informs Victor that Beauty of Nature has been sold to FMN. Meanwhile, Genevieve learns she now owns Beauty of Nature.

Ronan escorts Deacon after his lie detector test. Ronan remains determined to figure out what happened on the night of the murder. Adam, Victor, Victoria, Tucker, Nick, Abby, Ashley and Nikki, Phyllis and Jack are all summoned to the police station. Ronan announces that since they all lied to the police about Diane’s murder, they are all guilty. Ronan brings out the embroidered pillows that were found in Diane’s room and begins showing the video footage of each of the subjects fighting with Diane. He also shows footage of Adam threatening Diane, which no one has seen before. Finally, Ronan plays the footage of Nikki defending herself against Diane’s attack. Later, Ronan escorts all of the female suspects to a holding cell and all of the male suspects to another holding cell, where they are locked up. Myrna/Patty tries on Genevieve’s veil in front of a mirror and begins saying her imaginary wedding vows to Jack. Genevieve catches Myrna/Patty and she says she was just making sure that Genevieve’s wedding dress was perfect. Genevieve informs her that Paul is on his way over, and insists that she speak to him. Paul arrives to talk to Myrna, but she is nowhere to be found. Genevieve offers to let Paul take a look at Myrna’s computer. Meanwhile, Myrna/Patty hides out in the Newman potting shed. Sharon asks Avery for help in maintaining custody rights to Faith. Sharon tearfully admits that she fears Nick will find out she slept with Adam, and will try to take Faith away from her. Avery asks why she keeps going back to Adam, when it could cost her Faith.

Segundo barks outside as Myrna/Patty continues to hide in the Newman potting shed. Myrna/Patty, who thinks the dog is Zapato, fears she’s being haunted by a ghost. Tucker and Jack accuse Adam of tampering with the evidence, which he denies. In the women’s holding cell, Abby, Victoria, Ashley and Phyllis complain about their imprisoned state. Meanwhile, Ricky tries to convince Avery to give him information, and in exchange, he will arrange for Phyllis’ arraignment to be last. Deacon enters the men’s holding cell. He recounts the story of how Adam and Diane teamed up to frame Victor for Diane’s murder. Diane would use the paralytic drug and pretend to be dead. Diane decided she didn’t want to leave Kyle and was going to back out of the plan, but Adam threatened to turn her in to the SEC. Later, Jack questions Adam about the Beauty of Nature sale, hoping to hear that he was the highest bidder. Jack’s frustrated when Adam won’t reveal who made the winning bid. Ricky steals Myrna’s flash drive from Paul and secretly makes a copy. Later, Paul is shocked by what he finds on the flash drive.

Jeffrey returns to Genoa City with no recollection of who he is. Jill tries to get him to admit that he’s faking amnesia. At the GCAC, Gloria naively asks Angelo to have his associates look for Kevin. Later, Dino calls Angelo and informs him that he’s located Angelina’s cell phone on Long Island. Jill sends Jeffrey walking right past Gloria as she is kissing Angelo. Since he doesn’t recognize Gloria, Jill becomes convinced that he really has amnesia, and offers to take him to a doctor. Kevin lashes out at Angelina for lying to him. He decides to build a raft, and Angelina offers to help. Spencer informs Ronan that he’s leaning toward charging Nikki in Diane’s murder. Ronan promises he will find out who the unknown conspirator is. Paul shows Ronan what he found on Myrna/Patty’s computer. They wonder if Myrna will target Genevieve next. Genevieve quietly practices revealing to Jack that she owns FMN. However, she’s unable to break the news to her fiancée. Davis informs her that Victor is demanding to meet the owner of FMN – tonight. Paul and Ronan warn Genevieve that Myrna may be involved with the murder of Diane Jenkins. Meanwhile, Myrna/Patty, pretending to be Emily, “runs into” Jack. When she professes her love to him, Jack informs her that he loves Genevieve and plans to marry her. Victor reveals to Sharon that he knows she was with Adam last night and that she betrayed him to Adam. Victor states that it’s time for them to get an annulment. Sharon says goodbye to Victor just as Nikki arrives at the ranch. She informs Nikki that Victor is waiting for her.

Billy and Victoria break the news to Jill about the situation with Chelsea and her baby. Jill questions their decision to invite Chelsea to live with them, but she offers to keep an open mind about Chelsea. Privately, Jill warns Billy and Victoria not to let their guard down with Chelsea. Jack and Genevieve are excited on the morning of their wedding day. Genevieve learns that Victor is threatening to file a lawsuit unless he meets the owner of FMN today. At Newman Enterprises, Victor hands Adam a letter of resignation to sign, but Adam refuses. Victor takes Adam to the men’s room and informs him that it’s his new office. Cane finds an article online about FMN buying Beauty of Nature. He goes to the lakeside mansion, where he looks at Samantha’s urn engraved with the words “Samantha Atkinson, Forget Me Not.” Adam questions Tucker about the job at McCall. Tucker says Adam didn’t keep his end of the deal. Adam reveals he knows the deal was a sting operation with the SEC, which Tucker denies. Tucker offers Adam a job if he’ll stay at Newman and report back to McCall as a spy. Adam agrees to the deal. Tucker runs into Myrna/Patty at Crimson Lights she pretends to be Emily. Myrna/Patty, pretending to be Emily, arrives at the Abbott Mansion. Jack gently informs “Emily” she has to move on, and Myrna/Patty is devastated. Back at the potting shed, she takes out a gun and vows to stop the marriage. Victor is surprised to learn that Genevieve is the owner of FMN. He offers to make Genevieve his partner, if she allows Beauty of Nature to stay under the Newman umbrella. She turns down the offer.

Christopher Cousins Makes His Y&R Debut: What Were Your First Impressions of Alan Laurent?

Soap veteran, Christopher Cousins (ex-Cain, OLTL et al), made his first appearance on The Young and the Restless on the Tuesday, April 30th episode of the CBS daytime drama.

As previously reported, Cousins is taking on the role of Ashley’s friend/psychiatrist from Paris, Alan Laurent. In story, the Abbotts flew Alan in from Paris to see Ashley (Eileen Davidson) first-class ticket to Genoa City, no less.

Alan recalls to Traci (Beth Maitland) how Ashley was upset after revisiting the cafe where she had the fight with Tucker (Trevor St. John), and had two different versions in her mind of what actually happened. Traci enlightens Alan that Ashley has been having personality shifts from being assertive, to child-like, to taking tequila shots and having a good ole’ time. In addition, that Ashley is having blackouts with chunks of time gone from her memory.  Traci goes on to say that Billy (Jason Thompson) said he once experienced something like this himself with a personality splinter.

Traci is hoping Alan can talk to Ashley and insist she undergo treatment. Alan firmly explains that he can’t treat her himself, but he will see what he can do.

When Ashley, now as her alter Belle, comes to the Abbott home after chatting with Diane (Susan Walters) at Crimson Lights, she is thrilled to see her old friend, Alan. Eventually, the two head to Society where a concerned Abby (Melissa Ordway) pours them some champagne.

The two talk about Paris as Belle flirts with Alan. She then wonders if he is in town to probe her innermost thoughts. She tells Alan that her family has decided there’s something wrong with her. Alan assures Ashley that he cannot treat her as a patient in the U.S. as he is retired and does not have a license to practice in the states. Alan said he is concerned for her, but would never treat a friend.

Belle tells Alan, “The rumors about my mental breakdown are highly exaggerated.” Belle speaks to the other alters, and thinks Alan is the perfect solution for Ashley. She says, “Time for some joie de vivre.”

What did you think of Christopher Cousins in his new role as Alan Laurent? Will Ashley’s alters get Alan in bed with her? Will she set him up for something more devious? Will Alan figure out what is going on with Ashley and pretend to just be her friend, while somehow treating her multiple personality disorder? Let us know in the comment section below.

AMERICAN IDOL: Katy Perry Makes a Heartbreaking Decision as Top 7 are Revealed

It was dramatic American Idol on Monday night. The episode marked the return of the “Judges Song Contest”, where Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie each serve up a song choice for the contestant to sing, and they must choose one and then figure out who recommended that song choice.

As in the past, when it got down to the bottom two from the at-home voting, the judge who scored the most picks of their song choices by the contestants, was in the drivers seat and could ultimately save one of the two performers to sing another day.

After a night of sterling musical performances by Jack Blocker performing Willie Nelson’s Always On My Mind, Abi Carter doing her rendition of Evanescence’s Bring Me to Life, and Emmy Russell performing her grandmother Loretta Lynn’s classic, Coal Miner’s Daughter, the following were safe after the nationwide vote.

Photo: ABC

The aforementioned, Blocker, Russell and Carter, plus Will Moseley, Triston Harper, and Julia Gagnon. However, that left McKenna Faith Breinholt and Kaibrienne in the bottom two. At that point, Katy Perry conferred with her co-judges and announced with tears in her eyes, in an almost impossible choice for her, to save Breinholt, thus Kaibrienne’s run on ‘Idol’ came to an end.

Photo: ABC

The episode also welcomed back former Idol contestants Danny Gokey, Melinda Doolittle and Colton Dixon for a performance of “Shackles,” in honor of former Idol contestant, Gospel artist, and Grammy-winner, Mandisa who passed away earlier this month at 47.

So, did America get the Top 7 right? Did Katy do right by keeping McKenna for the Top 7 and sending Kabrienne home given her choices? Are there too many country artist contestants left in the mix? Share your thoughts via the comment section below. But first watch what happens when the final 7 are whittled down and Katy’s anguised decision.

On the Monday, April 29th episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, our two sleuths, Deacon (Sean Kanan) and Finn (Tanner Novlan), are looking for clues that Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) could be alive, especially after the homeless man (Clint Howard) tells them he saw a woman in their photo go into an abandoned building and he heard screaming until suddenly it stopped.

Deacon and Finn decide they have to go inside the dingy vacant building and search for Sheila. Once inside, Deacon is overcome, saying, “It’s awful in here. Like something died.” Finn keeps calling out his mother’s Sheila’s name. Eventually, the two end up at a locked gate and see a rat.

Next, they bust open the padlock to the gate and make their way down a flight of stairs, and then split up. During the search, Finn is hearing Sheila and Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) voices in his head, but take his flash flight and spots an old mattresses, garbage and a blanket.

As previously reported, Kimberlin Brown is back as it appears Sheila is alive, and her lookalike Sugar is the person that Steffy stabbed in self-defense. Now the question becomes, what will happen to Steffy when she finds out that Sheila is alive, and she killed the wrong person?
