After many failed attempts to reach Nick on the phone, Bridget pays a visit to Nick on the Shady Marlin to discuss the future of their marriage. Oliver strikes a sensitive nerve with Steffy when trying to convince her not to go public with the information about him and Brooke. He is stunned when Steffy gives him her list of demands for keeping quiet. Brooke can’t believe what she is hearing when Ridge makes a confession about the night of Hope’s party.   In a moment of selfish and spiteful anger, Steffy brutally berates Hope and makes a serious threat. When Bridget begs Nick to not give up on their marriage, he makes it clear to her about his thoughts regarding their future together. Brooke and Oliver differ in their opinions of whether to accept Steffy’s list of demands. Not being able to come to an agreement with Oliver about what to do, Brooke pleads with Steffy for alternative terms.  Steffy puts Brooke and Oliver on the spot when she puts an expiration date on her offer. Feeling as though they’ve been backed into a corner, Oliver and Brooke make their decision about whether or not to accept Steffy’s proposal. Stephanie warns Ridge that Brooke may soon find herself in the middle of another juicy scandal. Hope is taken aback by the advice Oliver’s gives her about her future.  Confused by Brooke’s latest decision regarding her future at Forrester Creations, Ridge demands to know what prompted it. Bitter from the breakup of his own marriage, Nick issues a stern warning to Jackie about her outlook. Hope is suspicious about Oliver’s recent change of attitude towards her and wonders if Steffy has something to do with it. Owen and Bridget experience an awkward moment when discussing their individual futures and their baby.  Despite Ridge’s plea for her to change her mind, Brooke makes a shocking announcement to the Forresters about her position within the company. Owen and Bridget are not only stunned by Nick’s warning to Jackie, but also by her justification of it. During a private moment, Bridget crosses the line during an emotional confession to Owen. Because of Oliver’s words of advice, Hope makes a heartbreaking decision about her future.

‘Dynasty’ Season Two Finale: Double-Cross Upon Double-Cross; Two Bodies Dredged From The Water, Another Goes Into The Pool

On Friday night’s CW Dynasty season two finale, in true “soap opera on steroid” fashion; you needed a scorecard to check who was zoomin’ who! There was plenty of backstabbing, murderous intent, deceit and more, culminating in the re-wedding of Blake (Grant Show) and Cristal (Ana Brenda Contreras) with the lake and a pool set as a major backdrop on how viewers will be left wanting to know the outcome in this juicy cliffhanger.  But alas, folks! You will have to wait for the series upcoming third season to get all the answers.

And we just got to say, Elizabeth Gilles (Fallon) is a gem and the show would not be the same without her, but here’s how things were left for the Carringtons and company as we fade to black on the climatic final moments.

Sicko bad boy, Adam (Sam Underwood) has serious anger management issues.  When Jeff Colby (Sam Adegoke) learns the news that he has neurological disease, caused by the poison he ingested thanks to Adam, and that he will die, he puts a plan in motion.  He stages his own death. We believe Adam killed him, but in actuality it is revealed he was in cahoots with Dominique (Michael Michele).  After we see the flashback (as Jeff is heading to the Bahamas with the secret that he is dying), he knows they have Adam’s cuff-link planted at the scene of the crime that will do him in.  He says goodbye to his mother and sister and boards a plane.  But then, Dominique shows us that she went back and grabbed Adam’s cuff-link and is in cahoots with Blake.  She threw her own son under the bus!

Liam (Adam Huber) and Fallon have gotten oh-so-close, but not before Adam plants a letter on Fallon’s desk that Liam fathered a child … and later Fallon comes clean that during a drunken high school binge with a friend, the two got in an argument and the girl fell down a flight of stairs and the family covered it up.  Adam overheard the whole thing.  Next, Liam and Fallon go to the water in a row boat where Fallon proposes to him, with a valuable family ring from Liam’s family.  After Liam accepts the proposal, they make-out and the ring drops into the water.  Later, when Liam confronts Adam about the letter he knows he left for Fallon; Adam clubs Liam in the head and locks him up just outside the pool at the mansion.  Liam was about to expose Adam for all his lies and crimes.

Later, a shocked Fallon sees that her father and Cristal are getting re-married and their counter attack on Culhane (Robert Christopher Riley) has worked.  Culhane is being arrested by the feds.  Fallon sold her company to Kirby (Maddison Brown) for $1 dollar to help reunite with her father in business, but since her father double-crossed her, she tells Kirby she wants her business back.  Kirby says she is not selling it back, because she tried to get Culhane to break up with her. Then, Blake demands Anders (Alan Dale) marry him and Cristal now, but Anders refuses.  He already made a deal with Sammy Jo (Rafael de La Fuente) to help run the hotel and is leaving Blake’s employ following his recent hospital stay and health scare.

All of a sudden, the divers who Adam hired to locate the MIA engagement ring, find two bodies in the water. Blake mutters that he knows who one of them is. Adam flashes back to a scene with Steven (James MacKay), where Steven tells him how the young girl’s death was covered up.  And yup, it was revealed that one of the bodies was the young girl that Fallon got into the drunken altercation with all those years ago.  The second boy has not been ID’d yet.  This is juxtaposed with Liam, who has made it out of lock-up by the pool.  He screams “Fallon” but he is so disoriented that he eventually falls into the pool face first, and all we can assume is that he has drowned.  But, will he be rescued?  Who will the second body turn out to be that was found in the lake? And … when will Adam and Alexis (Elizabeth Gilles) put their plan into motion? When we last saw Alexis a few episodes ago, we saw that she has a brand new face, identical to that of Fallon’s!  Stay tuned.

DAYS OF OUR LIVES: Unmasked! The Part Of Nicole Walker Is Now Being Played By Kristen DiMera

On Friday, NBC’s Days of our Lives delivered quite the cliffhanger as fans go into the Memorial Day Weekend.  There had been plenty of speculation that something just wasn’t quite right with Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) since her “return from the dead” to Salem.  Leave it to head writer, Ron Carlivati to come up with an exciting twist …  and he did!

As it turns out, that isn’t Nicole after all, but Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) wearing a very convincing Nicole mask and weaving her plot while under wraps; chief among those plots is to nab Brady (Eric Martsolf) as her man; once and for all.

In story, at the Salem Inn, “Nicole” kisses Brady.  At first he responds, but then backs off, until “Nicole” yelps, “Damn it, Brady! Why are you fighting me on this? Just forget about Holly.”  Brady is stunned! “Nicole” says she wants to escape the pain of losing her daughter, but Brady leaves and “Nicole” smashes a vase.

Later at the Inn, Xander (Paul Telfer) hands over Holly’s hospital records.  Meanwhile, “Nicole” tells her accomplice all about the memorial service and how devastated Eric (Greg Vaughn ) was, and how bad she wants to be with Brady.  Admitting Brady currently rejected her, she says it’s only a matter of time before he gives in to her seductions.

Next, we see “Nicole” ripping a mask from her face, just as Xander announces that Nicole is being played by “Kristen DiMera” and smirks.  Meanwhile, Kristen emerges from under the mask, free at last as her wig comes off as she lets down her hair.   Thus, the pieces all are starting to fit together.

Kudos to Arianne Zucker for playing Nicole and Kristen as Nicole, and we can’t wait to see Stacy Haiduk as the conniving Kristen as this story unfolds.

Watch a promo for next week’s DAYS below.  Then let us know, what you thought of the twist: that Kristen is pretending to be Nicole, via the comment section below..

GH Nurses’ Ball 2019 Part Four: Joss Sings For Oscar, Valentin Takes The Stage, Kevin In Dire ‘Straits’, Ava Waits For Ryan

The conclusion of the GH Nurses’ Ball 2019 episodes brought with it emotional moments and performances from the stage, and major drama with yet to come ramifications for several people of Port Charles.

After Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) knocked out Kevin and switched places with him, yet again, the serial killer is on the loose at the ball. Later, when Scott (Kin Shriner) is backstage and is upset about Ava’s (Maura West) relationship with Kevin, Scott comes face-to-face with “Kevin” and having enough, tries to grab Scott’s hand to stop him from leaving. But, lo and behold, off comes his prosthetic hand.  Next, Ryan clubs Scott over the head, who now is the only person that saw Ryan at the ball.

Elsewhere, Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) confronts Willow (Katelyn MacMullan), after overhearing her conversation with Diane that she has a child, and he asks here if she was pregnant when she left “Dawn of Day”.  She claims she miscarried their child, but he refuses to believe a word out of her mouth and becomes irate.

Michael (Chad Duell) saves Willow and warns Shiloh to stay away from her and his family. An out-of-sorts Shiloh heads back to his table where Sam (Kelly Monaco), Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Brad (Parry Shen) are.  Shiloh informs Sam that he just found out someone had his baby and deceived him.  Lucas and Brad are both alarmed.

The first musical performance of the episode was Ned (Wally Kurth) and Olivia’s (Lisa LoCicero) rendition of Seals & Crofts classic, “Get Closer”.  Wally Kurth and Lisa LoCicero remain one of the endearing duos on the show.

Meanwhile, the question. and of course. the big musical finale hinged on Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), and if she would perform the song she wrote with Oscar (Garren Stitt) at his request and in his honor.  In the best scene of all the ball episodes this year, Sonny (Maurice Benard) finds a conflicted Joss outside the ballroom.  She says she thought she was stronger and could do this, but she isn’t.  An emotional Sonny shares with her how Oscar will always be with her, and be OK with whatever choice she makes. Sonny relates it back to Stone and his relationship with him while the young man was living and while he has been deceased.  Maurice Benard and Eden McCoy delivered in this tender scene.

In the next musical number, Valentin Cassasdine (James Patrick Stuart) attempts to calm down a drunken Nina (Michelle Stafford), who is all out of sorts due to her hatred of Willow.(and perhaps her lust for Jax?), by taking to the stage to perform his number.  This time, Stuart plays the piano and sings “Nothing without You” by Vienna Tang.  And once again, Valentin wowed the audience, and James sang beautifully, as he has each year at the ball.

Still undecided if she can perform, Josslyn worries she’s letting everyone down. Jax (Ingo Rademacher) comes to see her and reassures her, saying she doesn’t have to prove anything to anyone, she just needs to follow her heart.

Finally, Josslyn makes the decision to perform, and that she does in the emotional high point of the episode.  As she performs this song about the list of things she and Oscar were planning to do together before the young man died, and how she will carry it with her, she sees Oscar in the back of the ballroom in his tux singing with her and rooting her on.  Kudos to Eden McCoy for being the heartbeat of this year’s ball, along with Lynn Herring, who the ‘ball’ would not be the ball without Lucy Coe,

As the Nurses’ Ball winds down, Shiloh is becoming unglued, and as Sam tries to calm him down, he tells her she needs to finish her initiation tonight.  He says he needs her to be in the ‘trust’ and he needs her strength.  Oh-oh!  Will Sam go through with this to trap the guy, or are we going to witness a major backfire?

A massive light bulb has gone off in Lucas’ head and he tells Brad he believes Willow and Shiloh are Wylie’s birth parents. Brad doesn’t know what to say, and we all know why!

As Lucy is instructing the clean up crew to take everything down on the stage, the curtains open and Kevin is suspended in midair hoisted up, knocked out, and trapped in a straight-jacket!  Everyone is horrified.  Cut to Ava who is at her safe house preparing to kill Ryan all by herself.  She gets everything in place, while she sips on some booze and waits for Ryan to arrive, and sure enough, we come to the cliffhanger.   Ryan sees Ava from outside the widow.  What will happen next?

So, what did you think of the final installment of this year’s Nurses Ball? What did you think of the performances from Joss, Valentin, and Ned and Olivia? Will Ava kill Ryan, or will someone else do it? Share your thoughts via the comment section below. But first, check out Josslyn’s AKA Eden McCoy’s performance below.
