It was a moment many EJami fans have been dreading, but yet there were viewers from Days of our Lives who actually thought the shockeroo of EJ (James Scott) having sex with Abigail (Kate Mansi) was a good story point to shake things up on the canvas! Let the opinions begin!
On Tuesday’s episode of the long running NBC soap opera, EJ and Abby just could not seemingly fight their attraction for one another and ended up hitting the sheets! The dialog repartee after they had sex was actually the most interesting part of this with Abigail in a bit of shock over what she had done stating, “I have only been with two men in my entire life … and they’re brothers … and DiMeras!”
As EJ tried to get some words out to Abigail on what had just happened between them, she interrupted and said, “And now you feel you owe this weak-willed girl an apology? The girl who couldn’t resist your charm, and who can’t think for herself?’ To which EJ replied, “Abigail, I saw you kneeling beside my brother stopping him from bleeding to death with you bare heads. Trust me! I don’t think you are some weak-willed little girl.”

The scenes at the end were vaguely reminiscent of Jack and Jennifer’s early days (I’m a huge sucker for the sinner/saint trope). DAYS really should grab hold of this pairing and run with it. The fallout will be glorious, and there’s a potential for something real underneath.
I loved the scenes! I’ve never really watched Days of Our Lives before but watched the promo and had to watch. Glad I did! They are so sexy and hot and they have loads of chemistry! As long a I keep getting this scenes, I’ll continue watching! 🙂
They have great Chemistry and Sami is too messed up to end up with EJ…he’s too mature for her. Abby and him are hot, hot , hot.

So hated this! This pairing makes absolutely no senses and Days jumped the shark trying to make viewers believe that Abigail would lose control and go to bed with EJ. Not to mention EJ being so in love with Sami & hitting it with Abigail. Beyond bizarre and no chemistry
I couldn’t agree more. This made me sick. It was not hot….nor was it believable! I’m upset that he did this because we all know it is just another way to keep Sami and EJ apart. I’d rather see those two become the next dangerous power couple than see this pairing. I keep praying it is just some crazy dream.
I was soo disgusted when I saw what happened between EJ and Abbi!! Especially because I cannot stand Abbi..blah!! I can’t believe this happened. The only reason I will probably continue watching is just to watch Sami beat the ever living $#%*! out of her and EJ. Abbi is such a hypocrite. She gets mad at Chad and Cameron for keeping things from her but yet she almost destroyed Austin and his marriage by lying about sleeping with him and now sleeps with EJ (sami’s fiance). She pretends to be a “goody-goody” but she is nothing but a slut! I’ve been a fan of DOOl for over 15 years, if they continue this stupid plot and make EJ and Abbi a “couple” I will officially be done watching DOOL.
I agree with you soo much on this!!! Abigail acts all innocent when she is nothing but a nasty little tramp. EJ and sami were meant to be together and Abagail just doesnt fit the picture isn’t EJ like way older than her, and ever since she “supposively lost her virginity to chad” shes becoming more and more of a little slut, accusing EJ of using his charm doesn’t she know how to say NO she was the one who first kissed EJ and If her nasty ass gets pregnant and this story line continues I think my days of watching days of our lives will come to an end. I cant stand a woman who can’t find a man and go after somebody elses man Abagail is a sloppy left over and aint nobody going to want her after this.

This whole thing truly did “jump the shark” and I’m NOT going to enjoy the fallout. Abigail is going to become obsessed…again…with another woman’s man, and I’m going to hate it. FF material for me!
What message are they portraying here? That it’s OK for a woman to “force” a man to have sex when he says “no” …several times?

EJ and Abi was a huge mistake! EJ needs to make amends and start telling Sami the truth then there needs to be wedding bells. Abi is sickening and should be removed from the show. She’s hard to stomach!!!!!
Cannot stand EJ and Abby. The one thing I felt EJ would do was be faithful to Sammy…No matter what else he did wrong. He blew it. His relationship with someone who understands him, his family life–all of it.
And Abby is so not worth it.
When I saw this coming I thought NO WAY Please don’t do this!!! I hate it and think I will stop watching after 30 years of being a loyal viewer. There have been other storylines in the past that I have been unhappy with but none more than this. I can’t even express how much I hate this. E.J. professes to love Sami so much and Abby is the woman his brother loves then next thing you know they are together??? Abby waits how long to lose her virginity and now she is willing to jump in bed with men who are engaged and not to mention one of her best friends’ mom’s fiancé???? Again I hate this and will not watch.
I completely agree with you! I have been watching Days of our Lives for 20 years and I felt sick to my stomach watching this unfold! I haven’t even watched for days now because of the new story line. I can not believe after all this time they made the viewers wait for Sammy and Ej to be together and then they do this. Days of Our Lives is not the same anymore
I really, really wanted EJ and Sammy to make it this time. No, they did not have to have a flawless relationship or stay “blissfully wed” for 40 years. But, CAN NOT stand that EJ has been unfaithful with ABBY, of all people. Give me a break. And, it’s not about “keeping her from talking with Hope”. That was poor writing.
Having said that, I still LOVE Days and it is good to great in so many ways. I just can’t quit watching my favorite soap 🙂
Sami and Abby can be babysitters for each other. When EJ and Sami go out, Abby can watch the kids and when EJ and Abby go out, Sami can watch the kids, including the beautiful EJabby baby. They can share everything, including each other. LOL!!!
Oh Myyyy. Cannot see our Ms. Sami getting on board with ev-er accepting Abbigail. No way. NO how. The real Sami Brady would shred her to teeny tiny pieces. Just hope the writers agree and make it so for Sami before she departs Salem!
I absolute LOVED the EJ and Abigail lovemaking! James Scott and Kate Mansi’s chemistry is unprecented – the EJabby sex scene is the hottest I’ve seen in Daytime in YEARS! The show would be foolish not to bank on this duo! They have a gold mine! Go for it please, DAYS!

I have watched DOOL since I was very young with my mother (so we will just say for at least 25+ years) and I think this gets us back to more of what made days popular so keep it up writers! It is a soap opera so if you expect people to stay with someone or not do something wrong you should be watching something else!! Team EJabby!!!
loved loved loved it…. I DVR it and watch it in bed at night wen my hubby dozes off. Even he was into it! Kudos to the writers EJ and Abigail have great chemistry and i can just see them sneaking off together for a rendezvous in the future!
Finally some excitement, and talk about HOT excitement! I loved the sex scene between Abigail and Ej and am hoping there are many more scenes between them! Already can’t wait for the next episode. Team Ejabby all the way!!!

They were SMOKING hot and also… tender and sweet. Wow. Blown away. Didn’t know I wanted this pairing, but all it took was one kiss and I am hooked. I hope TPTB don’t keep this as just a one time thing.

The scenes were excellent. JS and KM look great together and the love scenes direction and staging was very good. The scened played out very believable and the story possibilites alone are endless. Are they going to have an affair? Will this jsut be a ONS? Will she develop a fatal attraction type of thing for him…..all good soapy possibilites

Those EJ/Abby scenes were f’ing hot, hot, hot! James Scott could be hot with anyone but Kate Mansi brought it. I was quite shocked and no way was EJ using her..He was all about himself in those scenes. Twice he started to leave and desire pulled him back. I also like Sammy/EJ but have to say I am now rooting for Abby/EJ to have more than a fling. I have watched those scense about 10 times and I must say even my momma thought they were hot and she’s 61. Who could resist EJ/James Scott…Great Job Kate and James and great job to Days for going there.
I think they are incredible. EJ and Abby have the makings of being a new Jack and Jennifer. It’s wonderful to see the show exploring a dynamic of this type again. EJ and Abby have a connection that goes beyond the sexual although James Scott’s and Kate Mansi’s chemistry that is so potent it is off the charts mesmerizing and then some. Their love scene was scorching hot but then the tenderness at the end showed that there’s so much more there. There’s a depth waiting to be explored. I could see this couple impacting the canvas in a significantly for years to come. EJabby would set Salem on its ear.
I am SO VERY UPSET about EJ and Abby getting together. Why can’t Sami and EJ just be happy together. They are SO good together and SO made for each other. I just so desperately wish that someone will wake up and this whole EJ and Abby thing have just been a dream. I HATE that this has happened. Please fix this ASAP. I DO NOT want EJ and Abby together!

AGREED! Why couldn’t they give us a EJami wedding? Why do soap writers think that a happily married couple is boring? Have them work on a problem together.
I really liked that they had finally gotten EJ and Sammi together, he’s loved her the entire time he’s been on the show. And I would have liked to see more stuff where she’s pulling her crazy stunts and he’s mad at first but adores her and accepts her as well…I mean Sami and EJ are cut from the same cloth and both will do just about anything at times – so definitely a fun couple to watch together – plus they’ve always had lots of heat on screen! EJ would do just about anything…but cheat on SAMI? She’s the one he cheats WITH. No way. Soaps are great for unpredictability, but c’mon – that just makes no sense. Hot scenes or not, makes no sense for the character of EJ. And btw, he has hot scenes with every woman they pair him with – so that’s not the point…I am hoping he did this for Sami in some way.
To answer some of your questions quickly before getting into a longer spew of my thoughts; No, I don’t think this was to keep Abby quiet. Yes, I do think their sex scenes were hot. Undeniably so do I think ‘Ejabby’ have on screen chemistry.
As for how the story will go from here on out? I’m not quite sure. These scenes were taped 5 months ago. They pretty much already know where they wanted to go with this story and while I would hope they go in the direction of them shaking things up; I know they are the underdog here.
EJ and Abby are a breath of fresh air. I don’t say that often and I don’t think that pairs often are because a lot of stories are forced or obvious in soaps nowadays. I believe that these two have a natural attraction to one another and from what I’ve seen; it’s been building for months. Maybe it wasn’t the full out ‘I want you and I’ll have you’ eventual kind of way but a scene here or there to where it manifestation itself in the scenes above.
What I liked about these scenes wasn’t the actual sex. I thought those were very hot but I knew they would be. It was the conversation after the sex took place. There was obvious guilt or at least admitting their wrongdoing but it also left things open ended for the future. This is if they decide to go in that direction because as stated before, these scenes were already taped far in advance.
As Abby said, she’s only been with 2 guys in her life and EJ was one of them. She’s inexperienced and EJ picked up on that. He didn’t mock her or tell her that she needs to gain some experience or make her feel inferior to his superior sexual experiences. Instead, he was able to pick up on her feelings and assure her that while what they did was wrong; it was something that he wanted in that moment. I think that was very important and cleared up any thing that could be said of it being something wrong or something he didn’t want. In that moment, Abby could have been completely overwhelmed but he eased her into this. So, for me, it wasn’t necessarily him closing the door completely but rather leaving it open with the light on.
Which brings me to my next point. EJ enjoys her. Not because she’s ‘sexy’ or ‘beautiful’ or for something that’s sexual and fleeting. There are tangible and long lasting things that he, himself, without prompting mentioned that he likes about her. That is a strong statement from someone like EJ and something that we haven’t seen from him in quite a long time. Even when Abby had gotten things mixed up as EJ was talking, he took control and told her to listen to him and to get his point about this. She sort of started freaking out and he calmed her. He didn’t let her lose her mind in this but rather brought her back and helped her see that even while being wrong; he was there with her. It was a very tender and touching moment at the end that I didn’t expect whatsoever but thoroughly enjoyed.
Obviously, I think it’s quite clear that I would love to see something develop between them. I think EJ needs something fresh, new, and different than what he has right now and has had in his past. But I also get it. Ejami is a ‘supercouple’ and this should be a bump in the road for them as they’ve overcome so much already. However, I think EJ and Abby, if given the right amount of nourishing treatment could become a couple with rooting power that no one could have expected to root for but in it for the long haul.
more than any thing…. I’m happy that the DAYS production was able to “find” a compatible, pairing…. with chemistry to further flesh out their characters and add more volume to the canvas… on which to cull more story
having said this…. this is one of those pairs… that in the back of our minds… these two – like all super couples – Sammi and EJ – will always find their way back to each other
diverson, tactics, intrigue, sparks, waylay… it’s all their… for the taking.. and to render absolutely how good this trio could be
as said… by many… this only gives Sami and EJ more avenues to act… she hasn’t sparred with Nicole over men in so long… so, why not Abs

I have watched Days on and off for two decades now. I’ve basically been watching out of habit for the longest time. This EJ and Abby twist has hit me like lightning in a bottle. They have such unexpected chemistry together, this is hot stuff and they are a much needed shot in the arm in the couples department. I’m excited to watch again!
I agree. For a long time I have dvr’d days and then fastforward thru most of it, especially EJ and Sami scenes together. Since EJ and Abby have hit the sheets, I haven’t missed a day. Finally something exciting to watch.

The writers did a good job of weakening the Ejami relationship to the point where this would be actually plausible- having Sami reject EJ over and over again recently, you can understand how he is desperate for “female attention”. What’s bothering me is Abigail- what a little horn dog homewrecker!? It’s like she didn’t give his family a second thought….he did, but still gave in. I hope I stop hearing adjectives like “innocent and sweet” used to describe her, she was in full on femme – fatale mode. Ultimately, I’m an Ejami fan, but maybe this will stir things up and keep it interesting. Just please, please no pregnancy resulting from this!M
Disgusting. He is just using her to keep quiet and I don’t think days should run with this pairing. I can’t wait for this to explode in their faces and for him to lose Sami because she deserves better than a lying cheating man for a husband. This is very out of character for EJ and their scenes were very awkward. Sami is going to have an aneurysm when she finds out and we know she will. EJ deserves to lose everything.

That’s what I thought too!! I was like “Heck No!” But yet again it’s not the first time EJ cheats. He cheated on Sami with Nicole, and on Nicole with her own sister and also with Sami. My thoughts exactly…. Abby will now be pregnant and Sami will have to find out no matter what and of course on her wedding day. Not liking this at all. Sami and EJ as a power couple is what I would like to see…
What would be a great twist for a change is that if Abby was preggars and interupts the ceremony is that Abby is escorted out of the church and Sami and E.J. get married anyway…that would be so different and original when it comes to these type of storylines!!!

I am a week behind watching the show. When I read this was going to happen, I thought it what “DOOL” needed to give the show a jolt. Something has been missing since Kristen left Salem. I think the fallout is going to be amazing. Abigail had that “fatal attraction” storyline with Austin. Now, Sami is going to see Abby as someone who did this to Carrie and now her. I think the long-term fallout would be fantastic if she got pregnant. That would drive story for years and make Abby seem more human instead of a Barbie doll. I love Kate Mansi and think this will give her an amazing oportunity to work with all of the heavyweights.
These 2 are arguably the sexiest couple in Salem right now. …EJ and Sammi have gotten boring and pairing EJ and Abby gives me something to be excited about when I turn on the TV! Kudos to the writers for taking this path and going for the unexpected shock reaction! Very well done!
Ej shows more tenderness with Abby then he ever did with Sami. Scenes were definitely electric in a romantic way and not abusive as with Sami and forced. They need to dump the ejami train wreck and get on the Ejabby love train. The writers and producers have to learn you just can rewrite history it never works.
The EJ DiMera and Abigail scenes were amazing. EJabby all the way. One of the best things that has happen on Days of our Lives. Amazing Amazing Scenes.
EJ was just using this to keep Abigail quiet and that is why he added the thing at the end. Of course Sami will find out though and all hell will break loose. Then of course Abigail will turn into a crazy high school girl again with a crush on an older man like she did with Austin.
I really liked the scene right after when they both were just totally stunned. sometimes silence speaks volumes.

A few of my friends & I were talking about this episode & we agreed it really depressed us when they followed through with this. Found it ridiculous & Abigail is now sort of the villian. This does not make me want to watch this at all. Sami & EJ make this show because they fit so well together. He tells Sami he loves her so much it hurts & then does this. Very disappointed how this played out & that Abigail pushed the issue. Not as innocent as everyone thinks. Hope Sami finds out & goes after her & also tells Jennifer
Love this turn of events! I get so bored with Sami and EJ’s story. EJ and Abigail have some seriously great chemistry on screen. Days really needs to keep this story alive! I love it!!
Ok, look, I don’t hate EJami. I think they’re pretty hot and well matched most of the time, but EJ is just too good to waste on one woman. In fact, I’d gladly watch a show in which he has no storyline beyond having sex with a different woman every episode. lol This Abigail thing has been brewing for over a year now and I’m extremely pleased with the payoff. I don’t blame either of them a bit. Furthermore, I think it’s a misdemeanor in Salem for any woman to pass up an opportunity to sleep with EJ Dimera, so she was just performing her civic duty.
Al joking aside, I loved it, but I don’t think it will mean much. Abigail seems to see it for what it was: two very hot ships passing in the night. EJ still adores Sami and he will find a way around this. He has to, because no matter how much chemistry EJabby has, they would not work. If he couldn’t make it work with Taylor, who was older and wiser, there’s no way he can make this work. Maybe sometime down the road though. She IS Jack and Jennifer’s daughter, which means she’s no shrinking violet. She needs to grow up some, but there’s nothing wrong with laying a little foundation for the future. After all, if there’s one thing soaps have on their side, it’s time.

One of the best scenes i have ever watched on a soap. I love it when you dont see it coming. When he went to the cabin, I thought maybe the old Ej was going to ‘get rid’ of Abby but surprise, he was just going to seduce her instead. At least it was better than Kate and Rafe….YUCK!
Yup. EJami are SO forced! It is funny to watch there scenes because they are trying so hard. EJabby is more natural.
It was wrenching . Many fans are so taken with character of EJ that fans felt like EJ was cheating n all the female fans and Sami.
I hope that the kiss was the only real thing that happened and the rest was simply Abby’ s dream after she safely returned to Horton House.
I see the idea behind Abby.’s attraction to EJ. But EJ could hardly look at her. He was ashamed and uncomfortable. The cameras were at a slight distance – unlike EJ and Sami and even the EJ and Nicole elevator scenes several years ago.
Rgardless, this seems to be a slight obstacle and an opportunity for EJ and Sami to do things differently and be forthcoming with the truth. And recognize there relationship is the most important thing.

I have been watching Days since I was 15 years old (I am now 43) and this is the first time I have ever written in! EJ/Abigail was one of the bests twists I’ve seen in years. Having recorded it, I had to fight the urge to fast forward through the other scenes to get to this one. I think they make a great paring!!! I think Abigial’s character could do a lot for EJ’s bad-boy image as well as EJ’s character could bring Abigial off her high-horse some. I can not wait to get home from work today and watch it! I’m over the EJ/Samantha characters. Actually Samantha’s character gets on my nerves. At some point, you would think her character had to mature, but nope, her charcter role is so predictable. Her role is way to spastic and irrantional which is why I fast forward through many of her scenes (sorry Allison), but that kind of continuous drama I can do without.

Ive always been Ejami, but the hypocritical, judgemental whiney side of Sami has really driven me crazy. She shot him in the head and has lied about everything her entire life; he’s kidnapped their daughter and manipulated her. EJ accepts her bad side and doesn’t judge. She can’t reciprocate. She has to be a victim. Ejabby is a fresh start. Crazy chemistry and new stories =I am actually looking forward to watching DAYS again!
I agree about the Samantha character. 2 episodes in a row without her grunting to EJ about this or that makes the show that much more enjoyable to watch. I actually prefer her when she interacts away from EJ like with Kate and Gabi or Eric and Brady.
Loved, loved, loved the EJ/Abbie pairing…it was hot and looked “real”! Sammi and EJ together are so boring and predictable and Sammi…well she just is not the best in sex scenes, seems contrived…..EJ is gorgeous and DOL needs to take advantage of that….let the viewers have some fun! I like the unexpected and would love to see Nicole and Eric but that has almost missed it’s mark as it has just dragged on too long.
Sorry to disagree, but why do you want to change EJ’s bad boy image?. This “flaw”, for lack of a more fitting word, is what makes him attractive. Women fans flock after him. And, as far a Abigail being a good girl? Pleeeeease!!!!! Just because she was a virgin does not make her lili-white. She has always been a slut in her head. Remember Austin? Have you forgotten her scheming? A leopard does not change its spots so conveniently….sacrebleu!!!!
Sami is leaving the show, I hope when they write her out she is taking the kids and leaving town and EJ is just stuck with Abby, and he looses everything serves him right, I hate cheaters and skunks…

Now EJ has something else to hide from Sami. I guess he doesn’t love her as much as he says. So she hadn’t had sex with him in a few days. So what? Does tha mean he lost his self control? Abby was his brother’s gf. She is the same age (or thereabouts) as Will, who is practically his stepson.
I really think Abby is a tramp. EJ was leaving and Abby stopped him. She has no respect for the fact that he is engaged, her former bf’s brother. She broke up with Chad because he lied to her. EJ lied to her too. I just don’t get it.

53rd Annual Daytime Emmy Nominations Announced: ‘The Young and the Restless’ Tops With 18, ‘Beyond the Gates’ With 16
The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) today announced the full list of nominees for the upcoming 53rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards, and it was CBS daytime’s The Young and the Restless and broadcast television newest soap opera, Beyond the Gates that racked up the most nominations with 18 and 16, respectively.
The full reveal on Tuesday follows the announcement of several major categories including Lead Actor and Actress on Monday via Extra and Entertainment Tonight and The View today revealing Daytime Drama Series and more.
The 53rd Annual Daytime Emmys ceremony is set to take place on Friday, October 30 at the historic Hollywood Palladium in Hollywood, California.

In a statement, Adam Sharp, President and CEO of NATAS expressed, “We’re proud to honor the extraordinary talent and creative teams whose work continues to define and elevate daytime television, As the Daytime landscape evolves and new forms of storytelling emerge, we remain committed to recognizing the innovation happening across the industry.”
“Each year, the Daytime Emmy Awards celebrate the creativity, passion, and dedication that drive this vibrant community of storytellers,” said Rachel Schwartz, Head of the Daytime Emmy Awards. “Congratulations to this year’s nominees, whose work continues to entertain, inspire and connect with audiences every day. We look forward to celebrating their remarkable achievements in Hollywood this October.”
The Daytime Emmy Awards have recognized outstanding achievement in television programming and crafts since 1974, honoring work in a variety of genres, including daytime dramas, talk series, entertainment news, culinary, adventure, instructional and legal/courtroom programming.
This year’s Lifetime Achievement Honoree, Gold & Silver Circle Inductees, and ceremony host will be announced at a later date.

Monday on Entertainment Tonight, the second set of nominations for the 53rd annual Daytime Emmy Awards were announced which included the highly-coveted Outstanding Lead Performance in a Daytime Drama Series – Actress and Outstanding Daytime Talk Series.
ET followed suit after Extra announced the nominees, as previously reported, in the Outstanding Lead Performance in a Daytime Drama Series – Actor and Outstanding Daytime Talk Host.
Now, five leading ladies of the soaps are vying for the gold for Lead Actress and the category marked the first-ever nominations for CBS daytime’s Beyond the Gates when two actresses made the final cut. Only General Hospital is not represented among the actresses this year after Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) took home the trophy last year.

THE FIVE LEADING LADIES OF THE SOAPS ARE …
The 2026 Lead Actress nominees are: Stacy Haiduk (Kristen DiMera), Days of Our Lives, Karla Mosley (Dani Dupree), Beyond the Gates, Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers), The Young and the Restless, Heather Tom (Katie Logan), The Bold and the Beautiful, and Tamara Tunie (Anita Dupree), Beyond the Gates.
This marks the first Daytime Emmy nominations for Karla Mosley and Tamara Tunie. In addition, this marks the first-time in her career that Stacy Haiduk had received a Lead Actress nod after two Supporting Actress nominations.
Meanwhile, Michelle Stafford had previously won 3 Emmys – 2 for Lead Actress and 1 for Supporting, but this recognition makes it her 11th overall nomination.
Heather Tom currently is tied for the most all-time Daytime Emmy wins with One Life to Live alum and General Hospital guest star, Erika Slezak. The B&B star has 19 nominations throughout her career.

DAYTIME TALK SERIES
In the Outstanding Daytime Talk Series category, the nominees are: 3rd Hour of Today, The Drew Barrymore Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Live with Kelly and Mark, Today with Jenna and Friends and The View.

It’s Daytime Emmy nomination week, and as previously reported things kick-off on Monday, July 13 when Entertainment Tonight (7pm ET) will announce the nominees for Lead Actress category and Daytime Talk Series for the upcoming 53rd annual Daytime Emmy Awards. In addition on Monday, Extra (7pm ET) will reveal the nominees for Lead Actor and Daytime Talk Host.
On Tuesday, The View (11am ET) starts things off with their announcement of Daytime Drama, Entertainment News program and Outstanding Daytime Personality-Daily. That is followed by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) full reveal of all the categories beginning at 12noon ET/9am PT on their website and their official social handles on X and Instagram.
Then, Tuesday night at 8pm ET/5pm PT join Michael Fairman as he hosts his 12th annual Daytime Emmy Nominations Special 2026 live on You Tube’s Michael Fairman Channel where he will chat with some of the just announced nominees as we celebrate the hard work of the men and women in front of the camera who will be going for gold.
WHEN ARE THE DAYTIME EMMYS?
This year, the 53rd annual Daytime Emmy Awards will be handed out on October 30 in ceremonies in Hollywood, California (Venue yet to be revealed). At that time, as like last year, both the major categories and creative arts will be presented. There is no word yet on a broadcast partner for the annual celebration of daytime programming, or if it will soley be streamed on NATAS’ watch.theemmys.tv and various apps and platforms.
