Two-time Daytime Emmy winner, Eileen Davidson (Ashley Abbott) who returns this week on Y&R in story for a visit, will also be a part of the upcoming memorial episodes of the series as they honor their longtime castmate, Kristoff St. John who passed away at the age of 52 back in February.

On Y&R, the characters will say goodbye to Neil Winters and the actors who worked with St. John will share their remembrances.

Davidson will take part in the episodes airing April 25th and 26th, and then on April 29th.

Eileen told Soap Opera Digest in their latest issue on newsstands nationwide tomorrow, “When I was initially contacted by Y&R it was only supposed to be for a quick visit, but after Kristoff St. John’s passing, the show asked if I would participate in their plans to honor both Neil and Kristoff.”  Davidson goes on to say that she was ‘honored to be included.”

During,  the Michael Fairman Channel’s sit-down interview with Davidson when she departed Y&R last October, she spoke of how much she loved working with St John.  At the time she exited the series full-time, Neil and Ashley were involved romantically.

Yes it is nice to see Eileen again. Even nicer, to see Jack verbally take Ashley down for good making very public what she did to him. That would destroy Ashley’s reputation with those she does business with.

OMG!!!! Eileen is ageless—she is soooo beautiful–so happy to have seen her today. It makes sense for her to be present, honoring Kristoff’s life in death. Yes … I’m glad Ashley is participating. She was Neil’s last love affair. Only fitting she’d return for his memorial.

The Bold and the Beautiful to Dedicate Episode to Betty White On What Would Have Been Her 100th Birthday

Television legend, Betty White, who passed away a few weeks ago at the age of 99, will have the upcoming Monday, January 17th of The Bold and the Beautiful dedicated to her.

What makes the choosing of this date to honor White s so meaningful is that it would have marked Betty’s 100th birthday.

Within her storied career, Betty played Ann Douglas on The Bold and the Beautiful – the mother to Pam and Stephanie.  She made her final appearances on B&B in 2009 when the show killed-off the character.

White, passed away a few weeks ago on New Year’s Eve, and earlier this week it came to light that she suffered a stroke six days before her death.

Pictured in this post are Alley Mills (Pam_, the late Lee Phillip Bell (Co-creator B&B and Y&R), Betty White and Susan Flannery (Ex-Stephanie).

So, what do you think of B&B honoring Betty on what would have been her 100th birthday by dedicating the episode to her? Comment below.
