I’d trade two days of Shemar Moore for some real writing. This show has been a mess since Kay Alden and John F. Smith left.

Amen! First it was Lynn Marie Latham, and her slew of incredibly plot-driven stories, then it was Maria Arena Bell, who started off well and then fell into the same hole LML dug, and now Shelley Altman & Jean Passanante are ruining the show with their horrible writing. Seriously, I bet a 5 year old could write better than this pair! And not to mention Jill Farren Phelps running rampant around Y&R as her reign of terror continues. This show has been a mess for knocking on a decade now. When will CBS and Sony wise-up and realize this show… Read more »

OMG!!!! I have said the same thing. JFP is killing Y&R with her BS storylines and casting of friends. GH was nearly cancelled under her watch and she is doing the same at Y&R. She is the most arrogant EP ever to be in daytime. Losing Emmy Rylan, Genie Francis, Billy Miller, Michael Muhney, Michelle Stafford amongst others is a true testament to her arrogance. I Look forward to the demise of her career at Y&R. I pray that BB and/or DOOL fans never have to endure her slaughtering of a classic soap opera. Y&R is unrecognizable with the scalpel… Read more »

toscanti…A-M-E-N to everything that you’re saying here!!!!! Thank You. Back in the day, in terms of soap writers, Kay Alden and John F. Smith (IMO) were BEYOND GOLD on Y&R!!!!! As far as I’m concerned, BOTH KA and JFS took their writing duties at Y&R VERY, VERY SERIOUSLY!!!!! Most of all, Kay and John knew what the hell they were doing…EVERY MINUTE!!!!! Unlike…JFP’s soap opera HACK PUPPETS Shelley Altman and Jean Passanante, who have NO CLUE and will N-E-V-E-R have ANY CLUE as to what they’re doing!!!!! Bottom Line Here: When, oh, when will the NONSENSE end?!?!? I wonder.

I couldn’t agree more, Alan. The show was so well written when they wrote it. I never understood why they were let go. I have to wonder if there was more to the story.

I wasn’t necessarily surprised that he got a promo for two days work, but WAS surprised at how much of the footage of him was snatched from Criminal Minds promo shoots with him wearing a bulletproof vest. LMAO…

Was Malcolm a cop and I just don’t remember?

Welcome back Mr. Moore. There are some stories I am not crazy about right now: Nikki constantly turning to the bottle. Melody T. Scott is a capable actress and can play more than what she is being given right now. The music box saga. Please solve it and let’s move on. Dylan overload! Jack and Kelly. I love Cady McClain and again, a great actress, with nothing meaty to play and please end the Billy/Victoria/Stitch/Chelsea , storyline. Vicki and Billy worked because of the chemistry between Amelia H. and Billy Miller. I think in the end the baby will be… Read more »

Giving us more what? Lame stories? Newbies? Behind the scenes BS? LOL. Seriously, looking forward to Shemar’s brief return–even if his appearance is a stunt to boast viewership ever so briefly, I will take it.

LOVE SHEMAR MOORE! So sexy and talented. As long as Hilary doesn’t latch on to him too *ugh* . Wish he would stay permanently on cast.

Ingo Rademacher Speaks Out On His Dismissal From GH Sharing: “I Was Hoping to Play Jax For Another 10 or 25 Years and Unfortunately, That’s Not Going to Happen”

For the first time since he was fired for not adhering to General Hospital’s and Disney/ABC’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate, Ingo Rademacher (Ex-Jax), addressed his exit from the soap opera via an “official video” message on his Instagram account.

Ingo expressed: “I’m sorry that I didn’t put out this video earlier, but this is about thanking you guys, the fans of the show and also the GH crew and cast. I was on the show for 25 years. They were like my family a lot of the people there. I was hoping to play Jax for another 10 or 25 years and unfortunately, that’s not going to happen. I want to thank you guys for sticking with Jax for 25 years and I’m sorry that I’m not there anymore to play Jax, which is still something that I am trying to process  … it’s just kind of crazy.”

Rademacher also took aim at his former co-star, Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) for announcing on Twitter that he was no longer on the show, before he had a chance to do so, which he says was a huge disappointment to him given that they worked together for 25 years.

He went on to say how he appreciated all the positive comments from the fans adding, “A lot of you come on there to say that you’re vaccinated but stand for medical freedom, I love hearing that, because I believe it should be a choice.”  Ingo continued to express his view, “I don’t agree with vaccine mandates or corporations ever being able to mandate a vaccine to keep your job.”

The actor closed with another nod to the viewers of GH adding, “Thank you so much for supporting me for 25 years. I will have more news later on, but for now, just wanted to thank all of you amazing fans. Thank you.”

You can watch Rademacher’s full statement via his IG post below.  Then, let us know what you thought of Ingo’s long-awaited exit message in the comment section.

Kristina Wagner Shares She’s Back On Contract at General Hospital

This past week, General Hospital fans were thrilled with the news that longtime fan favorite, Kristina Wagner (Felicia) was on her way back to the soap opera to tape new episodes.  However on Saturday, the actress shared even bigger news.  She is back on contract at the ABC daytime drama series.

Kristina revealed via her Instagram: “I’m pleased to announce I just finished my first work week on contract with General Hospital. The good people there have made it a well oiled machine. I’m so impressed with the way they navigate the Covid protocols. It’s not easy but we’ll worth it. We’ve got some fun storylines coming up. I’ve been thrown in the middle of a current storyline and I think Felicia’s part in it gives it some color. Stay tuned!”

Earlier in the week on Tuesday via Twitter, Kristina expressed: “Tomorrow I head back to work on General Hospital! Lucky me. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of that family once again. Here we go. More to come. Felicia Scorpio rides again.”

Wagner began her GH role as Felicia Cummings, the Aztec princess back in 1984 and has appeared on and off the show since then.

So what storyline do you think Felicia will get thrown into? Will she return to Port Charles to help Maxie (Kirsten Storms)?  Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
