Remember D.A. Hugh Hughes of Llanview?  Josh Casaubon, formerly of One Life to Live who played Hugh from 2005-2006, has been cast for a guest starring role on ABC Family’s popular series, Young & Hungry.

According to TV Insider, Josh will play Chef Paul Crane who is said to be “masculine, passionate and ruggedly handsome—attractive enough to pose a threat to Josh,” the tech guru played by Jonathan Sadowski.

Young & Hungry will return for its third season on Freeform (the newly branded ABC Family) Wednesday, February 3.  Casaubon’s episode will air on February 17.

Emily Osment (Hannah Montana) and Sadowski star as the lead duo in the food blogger-inspired sitcom.  One of the series executive producers is none other than Ashley Tinsdale.  And for those who remember Hugh Hughes on One Life, it turned out that he was the son of despicable surgeon/murderer/crime lord, Spencer Truman (Paul Satterfield).

So, do you remember Josh on One Life? Will you be checking him out again on Young & Hungry? Comment below!

He was Spencer Truman’s son with Bo’s girlfriend Paige. There was a huge car accident which resulted in John McBain’s death and a badly burned Hugh being taken to the hospital and bandaged up. It was later revealed that the badly burned man was actually John and that it was Hugh who had died in the accident.

This morning on The View, an awkward situation arose, when while on the air, co-hosts, Sunny Hostin and Ana Navarro, where asked to leave the panel desk and exit the studio.

All of this happened before a live interview was scheduled to happen with Vice President Kamala Harris.  It was revealed that Hostin and Navarro tested positive for Covid-19, and were ‘breakthrough” cases since they had been previously vaccinated.

Host, Joy Behar delivered the news to the audience at home so they knew what was going on with the bizarre moment playing out on live TV, sharing,  “Ana and Sunny, at the last minute we realized they have tested positive for COVID so they have been taken off of the show.”

Harris, who had planned to join the ladies at the table, instead was going to be interviewed remotely from a different place in the ABC TV studio in New York, while Joy Behar and Sara Haines remained on the set.

As for Kamala Harris, Behar added: “It’s very important we keep her healthy and safe. The Secret Service is doing things to make her feel safe.”

While the delay was announced, Behar and Haines took questions from the in-studio audience.

Watch Behar below explain what was going on.

Then let us know, how do you feel The View handled the situation? Comment below.

The broadcast’s executive producer, Ian Stewart, confirmed an opening number, when he previously told Deadline, the number “is going to be a lot of people participating, singing, rapping.  It’s hopefully going to be a very impactful start, a ton of fun.”

The Primetime Emmys will have nominees in attendance, with a more limited amount virtually, and those who have tickets can stay in the venue through the whole show, unlike the Grammys or Oscars were those nominated were ushered in and out.  Look for the Emmys to take place outside the theatre under a tent.
