If the numbers from the views on the trailer for NBC’s new series, This Is Us are any indication, a smash hit is on the way for the network and for one of its leads, The Young and the Restless Justin Hartley (Adam Newman)!

According to Deadline, this week the trailer for This Is Us which also stars Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia, plus Chrissy Metz, Sterling K. Brown, and Susan Kelechi Watson is nearing the 30 million mark for views on facebook as of Friday afternoon.  This is a record for a rookie show for the seven days of upfront week where new trailers for all networks are revealed and posted online.

The This Is Us trailer shatters the record for most Facebook video views posted by the CW’s Legends Of Tomorrow last year (4.1 million), and in addition, the upcoming series bested the trailer for Fox’s Prison Break event series (22 million view) as the most-watched trailer for the entire upfront week.

This Is Us follows an ensemble, some of them sharing the same birthday, whose life stories intertwine in curious ways, is clearly resonating with fans and on social media.  There is a high level of shares and favorable comments to what the audience has seen in this teaser for the upcoming series.

What do you think of the high interest in Justin’s new series, This Is Us? Have you loved the trailer as much as we have and the millions of others from around the globe? We previously posted the trailer here, or make sure to go to the facebook link and up the views, then  comment below!

Thanks. Maybe this show will make it past the first season. At least I hope so for Justin’s sake.

I believe many of those numbers were from Y&R fans viewing the trailer..

The trailer is really good and the show seems to be a future hit! Justin is too talented to expect him to remain on Y&R. I have much love for daytime craft BUT the money isnt there. JH can always return to Y&R later in life and be a Victor recast!

He would be stupid to leave his day job sometimes shows last five episodes and our cancelled the pilot pick up means zip nights time schedules so much is involved the only show I tape on NBC is Blacklist simply because James Spader is fantastic. By the way the bad haircut was indeed a sarcastic joke but yes I have been disappointed in the writing for Adam I miss the dark side I truly do

k, your right, networks have a quick, sharp knife with these shows! However, this show is testing well. I dont tune into much primetime but will see what this is about. The last time I was fooled was Blood and Oil. Love Don Johnson but the show was horrific! But anyway, Justin is young, he could probably handle both shows for a while? He is featured in the show but is not a lead. That way, like you pointed out, he will have daytime to fall back on if his new show doesnt last.

Ok teachable moment Chris Engender first Adam grown up was not happy with the way his character was vein portrayed had nothing to do with a gay scene which lasted ten seconds ruined his career ! Then comes Michael Muhney very opiated very anal about his job they fire him six months after the gossip about HHK he is gone then we hire a very nice guy nice body turn him into s watered down version of Adam! Now are we all happy now you said Chris was a homophobic and you said Michael was a grouper! Deal with i

Kimberly McCullough Gives Clues That Have GH Fans Suspecting She Was Back for John Reilly’s Tribute Episode: “Saw Some Old Friends and Reminisced about an Absent Dear One…”

General Hospital fans began taking note of a couple of tweets sent out by beloved longtime cast member, Kimberly McCullough (Robin Scorpio), over the last 24 hours on the actress-director’s Twitter feed.

First, Kimberly shared: “I did something really cool today that involved wearing make-up and heels all day, which I clearly wasn’t prepared for.”

After that she followed it up with, “Here’s a clue – saw some old friends and reminisced about a dear absent one ….”

If you combine that with the fact that Jackie Zeman also tweeted: “Good day shooting @GeneralHospital I was invited back for a special episode today. As Y’all know I rarely post a selfie but it’s been awhile since I’ve had ‘Bobbie’ hair and makeup done. Thank you Karen, Carl, and Ari. Have a wonderful weekend, Everyone,” it would appear that both McCullough and Zeman were back for the upcoming tribute episode to the late John Reilly, who for many years played Sean Donely.

In story, Robin’s parents, Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Anna (Finola Hughes) were very close with Sean, as well.  So it all makes sense that Robin would be part of this as well.

So, if this is proven to be true, are you excited to see Kimberly back on a special episode of GH?  Comment below.

Sharon Osbourne in First Interview Since Leaving ‘The Talk’ Tells Bill Maher She’s ‘Angry’ and ‘Hurt’

In Sharon Osbourne’s first interview since her exit from The Talk, following her remarks in the controversial exchange with Sheryl Underwood on the March 10th episode of the CBS afternoon series, the former co-host told Bill Maher how she was feeling at this juncture.

The conversation between Bill Maher and Osbourne aired last night on Maher’s HBO series, “Real Time”.

At the beginning of her appearance while addressing what has happened to her, Osbourne told Maher that the controversy has left her “angry”and “hurt”.  She went on to say, , “I’ve been called so many things in my life, I am so used to being called names, but a ‘racist’ is one I will not take.”

Maher seemed to incite the flames of the entire situation when ‘summed up’ the incident that occurred that ultimately led to Osbourne’s downfall.  As viewers recall, Osbourne came to the defense of Piers Morgan for his right to have his view on Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah Winfrey, where he did not believe what Markle had said about the royal family and her accusations.

Morgan walked off the set of his hosting gig at Good Morning Britain, and eventually lost the job to it as well.  So, with that Maher said of Morgan to Osbourne, “He was called a racist and lost his job, and you were called a racist and lost your job. Do I have it right?” Maher continued, “Who’s the racist and why? This is what I’m trying to figure out.”

Osbourne responded, “Me too.”  She went on to say, “Disagreeing with someone does not make you a racist.”  When the two brought up her alleged use of racial slurs against former ‘Talk’ co-hosts, she referred to those accusations as remarks from ‘disgruntled ladies.’

This interview has already been widely panned by the press, because Maher and Osbourne did not pointedly discuss  Osbourne’s treatment of Underwood on the March 10 episode that began the entire scenario, while ‘The Talk’ did address it on this past Monday’s episode when the show returned from its hiatus.

Watch a clip from Osbourne’s interview with Maher below.  Then let us know what you thought about her remarks and Maher’s via the comment section.

Cameron Mathison Shares He Will Make Summer Debut On GH and Says: “Incredibly Grateful to Frank Valentini and the Writers at GH for Including Me on Such an Iconic Show”

Longtime All My Children favorite and current co-host of Hallmark’s Home & Family, Cameron Mathison, took to his Instagram account on Friday to share his enthusiasm and excitement for what’s to come this summer when he joins ABC’s General Hospital.

No word yet as to what role Mathison will play – and whether it will indeed be Pine Valley’s Ryan Lavery, a new character, or a recast character from the past such as how Kim Delaney took over the role of Jackie Templeton, who has not been seen on the canvas for decades since Demi Moore made that role soap-famous.

In his post today, Cameron expressed thanks to GH EP Frank Valentini and the writing team,  noting: “Almost 10 years after All My Children went off the air I am so excited to be joining General Hospital this summer! I was a member of the abc family for over 15 years and soon I’ll be back: Incredibly grateful to Frank Valentini and the writers at GH for including me on such an iconic show I feel like a kid on Christmas, as I’ll also continue making Hallmark movies and continue to be part of that family as well😀🙏🏼 So so excited… thank you!!!! (More details to come😉)”

So, who do you think Cameron will play once he hits Port Charles?  Let us know and make sure to take our poll below on how you want Mathison to be integrated into the story as Ryan, a new character or a recast character blast from the past? Share your thoughts in the comment section.
