Let’s take a look below, so you can make your viewing decisions while on a break from the office, spending time with families or your loved one, heading to the beach and more!
General Hospital is delivering an encore episode which originally aired on January 31, 2025. In it, Rick (Rick Hearst) and Ava (Maura West) make a plea. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) confronts Anna (Finola Hughes), Laura (Genie Francis) gives Lulu (Alexa Havins) food for thoughts, and Brad (Parry Shen) makes an outrageous request. (You can check out the GH tease from the episode for more of what’s in store below).

Beyond the Gates is airing an encore episode as it takes the entire week to relive, what is its most-talked about moment in its short history – that of the reveal of Leslie’s (Trisha Mann-Grant) affair with Ted (then Maurice Johnson) and the doctor being the father, to her daughter, Eva (Ambyr Michelle). On Labor Day, the soap opera will rerun episode #45 and in it, the Duprees kick off Ted and Nicole’s (Daphnee Duplaix) anniversary party, Eva tries one last time to keep her mother in check, and Kat (Colby Muhammed) inches closer to unearthing the conspiracy that threatens to shatter the family’s big night.

The Bold and the Beautiful will be airing an all-new episode as next week, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) returns with a warning for Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) to stay away from interfering with Taylor’s (Rebecca Budig) relationship with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). Meanwhile, Liam (Scott Clifton) continues to try to woo Hope (Annika Noelle), while she struggles with what to do with her feelings about Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), and the upshot of Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) deceitful plan, which looks like she intends for her one night with Will (Crew Morrow) to result in a pregnancy continue. (Check out the preview for the “Look Ahead” on B&B below).

So, which episodes airing on Labor Day, are you most looking forward to watching? Let us know, via the comment section, but as mentioned previously, take a look at highlights from upcoming episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful, and the General Hospital tease from their Labor Day encore below.
I love Days of our Lives streaming exclusively at PeacockTV because there are no preemptions or news interruptions. Five episodes per week, 52 weeks per year.
Every weekday, holiday or not, there’s no guessing if Days of our Lives is all new…IT ALWAYS IS NEW!
I’m so happy Donald Trump’s farts are no longer cause for Days of our Lives interruptions.
I’m looking forward to his big, beautiful obituary.
Wow, so much Hate! A soap article and all you got is HATE. What HOPE are you selling to The People? Pro Crime, Anti Victim, Anti Cop & PRO sexual assault, raping & murdering ILLEGALS. EVEN THE SOUTH OF THE BORDER MOMS & GRANDMAWS CAME HERE TO SEX TRAFFICK CHILDREN……..Oh, and transing our children. Nope, ill never forgive the brainwashing perverted democrat teachers & confusing our kids on GENDER IDENTITY! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YALL?
Go back in the house and sit down.gitouttahere
Perverted Democrat Teacher here….. It’s amazing what we can cut off with a pencil sharpener. Lock up your kids. We spent all of our time and money on a masters degree so we can mess with your kids. Yes that’s our goal.
GROW UP!
Problem with your rant about the children. Two words – Jeffrey Epstein.
I feel like Michael. I love Days of our Lives! I love it being on Peacock. I even pay for no commercials. I survive on SS but I cut other things, not Days!!
I agree 100%
I will watch DOOL and Y&R. I generally don’t watch repeats unless they’re 10 years plus older. I really enjoyed Y&R during the Covid panic. GH missed a golden opportunity although I believe Valentini prefers viewers aren’t exposed to how good GH used to be when it was the # 1 soap in the ‘80s.
Young and restless
I don’t like reruns
Hooray for Y&R being a new episode. Things are getting mighty interesting in Genoa City. I’m really disappointed with BTG, yet again showing reruns. Several weeks ago they re-ran the first episodes. The logic escaped me then as it does now. I am really enjoying it, but unless they think they will boost viewership with this tactic, they are mistaken.
The BTG rerun week is likely a cost savings measure.
I think it’s disgraceful and very obviously wrong how Beyond the Gates is being treated. just started in February abd already reruns. Also Y&R and B&B no reruns during this time. I watch all three but BTG is my favorite and I don’t like the way this is playing out. It’s just making me not want to watch the others. It seems that they are trying to get an unfair advantage with the fans. The other two shows story lines are boring and repeats the same theme ie Victor vs Jack and Ridge-Taylor-Brooke. Blacks are afterthoughts for awhile then brought forth
when ratings are needed.
At keast the GH rerun features Brad ! I hope he resurfaces when Brit comes home.

BEYOND THE GATES Preview: Andre’s Blast From The Past Is Set To Turn His Life Upside Down

On Beyond the Gates, Andre Richardson’s (Sean Freeman) “happily” married life to Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) is about to be tested like never before on upcoming episodes of the CBS soap opera the week of August 17-21.
After the shocking reveal on the Friday, August 14 cliffhanger, viewers learned that the person who was sending Andre ominous text messages is none other than The Impaler herself, Heather Armstrong (Ashley Jones). Clearly from the latest promo for the action at the Bowman hotel and in and around Fairmont Crest (see below), Andre knows Heather quite well, as she makes moves on him.
While all this is going down, Dani tries to diffuse the Dupree family for thinking there is anything going on between her and her ex-husband, Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett). Dani’s behavior over Bill being in the hospital has been of someone who is still deeply in love with the guy (specially because of her very public outbursts) and as viewers know, she recently had sex with her ex in the elevator at the country club during a tornado!

Tamara Tunie Opens Up About ‘Beyond the Gates’ Co-Star Clifton Davis Emmy Snub, and Her ‘Bittersweet’ Nomination Upon Scott Bryce’s Death

Beyond the Gates scored 15 Daytime Emmy nominations, the best-ever showing for a series entering the Daytime Emmy race in history for the first time. Among those 15 nominations came the news of the well-deserved nod for Tamara Tunie as Outstanding Lead Actress for her role of Anita Williams Dupree.
Tunie is nominated in the Lead Actress category along with her TV daughter, Karla Mosley (Dani Dupree). For both actresses, this marks their first Daytime Emmy nominations.
However, one of the main actors on the show, Clifton Davis, who plays Anita’s husband, Vernon Dupree, did not make the list for the Lead Actor finalists.

CLIFTON DAVIS TOOK LEAD ACTOR OMISSION ‘LIKE A CHAMP’
In a talk with Gold Derby, Tunie addressed the omission by sharing, awards are a “dice roll from year to year.” She shared she hopes in 2027 Davis will get his due. Tamara offered up Clifton’s reaction to not being amongst the cast going for gold on October 30, the night of the Daytime Emmys in Hollywood.
“There were several other people who were overlooked, not just Clifton, and it’s all with a grain of salt, and it’s not a reflection on the work in any way, shape, or form,” the veteran actress explained. “Oftentimes, as we know in this business, there are other considerations and things that happen. Some votes may cancel out other votes, and it just doesn’t mean anything. It doesn’t diminish that he’s a legend, and he always will be. He took it like a champ. He’s been doing this long enough to understand that it doesn’t reflect the work at all.”
JOY MIXED WITH SORROW AFTER THE PASSING OF AS THE WORLD TURNS’ SCOTT BRYCE
In addition to the joy of scoring her long overdue Emmy nomination, Tunie also experienced incredible sorrow. The night before the Daytime Emmy nominations were revealed for Lead Actress on Monday, July 13, came the news that Tamara’s longtime friend and As the World Turns co-star, Scott Bryce, has lost his battle with cancer at the age of 68.
It was gut-punch to Tamara’s soul. She recalled, “He was my brother. I was so heartbroken and low, and then the announcement came that I was nominated, and it lifted my spirits tremendously. At the same time, it was bittersweet and poignant, because I know that Scotty would have been the first one to pick up the phone and call me.”
Bryce appeared as Craig Montgomery on the CBS soap opera from 1982–1991, 1993–1994, and 2007–2008. Tamara Tunie played Jessica Griffin from 1987 to February 1995, 1999 -2007, and one final appearance in 2009.
To honor her beloved friend, while Tunie was not able to attend Scott’s Celebration of Life service in Connecticut on July 25, she did write a beautiful tribute that was read during the memorial to the attendees.
TAMARA TUNIE’S DAYTIME-EMMY NOMINATED REEL SCENE SELECTIONS
Tamara also shared what scenes were on her nominated reel which includes: “Anita doing a rap, Anita being her own female impersonator, and Anita in what I call my Michael Corleone moment, when Dani has shot up the wedding and she comes into the house and I say, ‘Is this my daughter I see before me? How dare you!'”
In addition, Anita’s cancer journey is also part of the reel. Tunie explained how she was able to play the story which suc poignancy. “I have loved ones who have been on that cancer journey. Some survived, some did not. I was able to pull a lot of emotional information because of my experiences with loved ones.”
So, do you feel Clifton Davis was a definite Lead Actor Daytime Emmy snub? Are you rooting for Tamara to pick up the gold statuette given the heartbreaking loss of Scott Bryce and the scenes on her nominated reel? Share your thoughts via the comment section below.
